Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara iklim organisasi denganperilaku inovasi karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif denganmetode korelasional, melibatkan 36 orang karyawan yang bekerja di harian Tribun Medandan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonrandom sampling yaitu conviniencesampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi memiliki tiga kuadran yangberhubungan dengan perilaku inovasi yaitu kuadran human relation model, rational goalmodel dan open system model, sedangkan satu kuadran lainnya yaitu internal process modeltidak menunjukkan adanya pengaruh dengan perilaku inovasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitianini dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan perilaku inovasi karyawan di suatuperusahaan, maka pihak manajemen patut pula untuk memperhitungan iklim organisasi yangberkembang di perusahaannya.Kata kunci : Perilaku Inovasi Karyawan, Iklim Organisasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang bersifat korelasional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh semangat kerja terhadap employee engagement. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Perkebunan X yang berjumlah 42 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala yaitu skala employee engagement dan skala semangat kerja yang disusun berdasarkan dimensi employee engagement oleh Menurut Macey, Schneider, Barbera & Young (2009) serta aspek semangat kerja oleh Anoraga dan Suyati (1995). Hasil analisa data penelitian dengan menggunakan analisa regresi sederhana menunjukkan hubungan yang positif antara semangat kerja dengan employee engagement (R=0.661 dan p=0.000). Sumbangan efektif variabel semangat kerja sebesar 43.7% terhadap employee engagement. Hasil penelitian ini selanjutnya menjadi dasar untuk menetapkan intervensi berupa pelatihan peningkatan semangat kerja dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan semangat kerja yang akhirnya akan meningkatkan employee engagement pada karyawan.

Abstract

In the New Normal Era, Universitas Terbuka (UT) emerged as the leading Open Distance Learning Organization. In order to survive and excel, Universitas Terbuka requires a strong organizational commitment from lecturers who are important elements in the learning system at UT. This article aims to examine the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment for Universitas Terbuka’s lecturers. This was a correlational quantitative research conducted at the UT Headquarters and UT regional offices (UPBJJ UT). The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Analysis of Simple linier Regression was used to test the hypothesis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on the organizational commitment of UT lecturers. It means the more conducive the organizational culture adapted by the organization is, the higher the level of organizational commitment of UT lecturers have. The implication of this research could be a guide for the management to develop an organizational maintenance program which pays attention to the organizational culture.

Abstract

Policy is a reference for the government bureaucracy in carrying out its functions and duties. Public service phenomena and problems are a serious concern in Indonesia, and this is indicated by how low public expectations are for public services. There are still many problems with public services in Indonesia, and this causes shallow public expectations of public services. The common public choice of alternative public services is also one of the causes of the birth of a hybrid organization. Besides that, during the era of disruption known as the industrial revolution 4.0, public policy could not be separated from public service innovation using communication and information technology through the concept of e-government for the creation of good public services. This is also included in the invention of health services for the community. Therefore, this study takes the theme of Optimizing the Utilization of Information Technology and Application of Hybrid Organizations in Health Service Innovation. This study uses a qualitative approach using a case study analysis strategy at the First Level Health Facility in the Nunukan sub-district, the Nunukan district, North Kalimantan. The results show that the use of Information and Communication Technology in public services, especially in health services, is proven to be able to help the community in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability through the availability of accurate and comprehensive patient health information, so that providers can provide the best possible treatments. Meanwhile, in terms of providing health insurance costs amid limited resources owned by the government, the Hybrid Organization concept is a solution to the problem wherein a hybrid system, financing comes from the basis of public resources, and non-profit organizations and the form of control requires government and private supervision as well as good practices professionally organized

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design social media content in order to promote the "Road Tour Legacy of Java Batik Sidji X Coffee Series" event. This design activity starts with qualitative data collection to find out the promotional media planning used. Data collection techniques were carried out by conducting interviews and direct observation of one of the artists involved in the event. The results showed that the design of event content was carried out by determining the platform, determining the content, SWOT analysis & evaluation (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats), and Action & Communication. about Batik on the Youtube Channel, and the information provided by Batik Sidji via Instagram can attract public attention to the art of Batik.
