Abstract

Abstract This study aims to: (1) Know how to develop Electric Power Substation Learning Media class XI majoring in Electrical Power Grid Engineering at SMK Negeri 1 Lubuk Pakam, (2) Knowing the feasibility level of Electric Power Substation Learning Media class XI majoring in Electrical Power Network Engineering at SMK Negeri 1 Lubuk Pakam.Abstract must reflect the overall substance of the article content and be able to help readers determine its relevance to their interests and decide whether to read the document in its entirety. This research is included in Research and Development (R&D). This media manufacturing procedure includes (1) Analysis of the product to be developed, (2) Developing the initial product, (3) Expert validation and revision, (4) Small-scale field test and product revision, (5) Large-scale field test and final produc. The development of this product uses Video Scribe software. Product data in the form of qualitative data obtained from the advice and input of media experts, material experts, teachers and students, as well as quantitative data derived from the assessment of media experts, material experts, teachers and students. The results of this study are: (1) making video media tutorial electric power substation steps include, making product design developed, collecting supporting materials for electric power substation materials, finishing, media assessment by media and material experts, revisions, small-scale trials and large-scale trials. (2) The feasibility result of video tutorial media based on animation using Video Scribe software as follows: media expert assessment obtained a score of 4.86 with a very decent category, material expert assessment gets a score of 4.46 with a very decent category, small-scale test assessment gets a score of 4.34  Key Words: Development of learning media, electric power substation. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1)  Mengetahui cara pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Gardu Induk Tenaga Listrik kelas XI jurusan Teknik Jaringan Tenaga Listrik di SMK Negeri 1 Lubuk Pakam, (2) Mengetahui tingkat kelayakan Media Pembelajaran Gardu Induk Tenaga Listrik kelas XI jurusan Teknik Jaringan Tenaga Listrik di SMK Negeri 1 Lubuk Pakam. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam Penelitian dan Pengembangan (Research and Development (R&D)). Prosedur pembuatan media ini meliputi (1) Analisis produk yang akan dikembangkan, (2) Mengembangkan produk awal, (3) Validasi ahli dan revisi, (4) Uji lapangan skala kecil dan revisi produk, (5) Uji lapangan skala besar dan produk akhir. Pengembangan produk ini menggunakan software Video Scribe. Data produk berupa data kualitatif yang didapat dari saran dan masukan ahli media, ahli materi, guru dan siswa,serta berupa data kuantitatif yang berasal dari penilaian ahli media, ahli materi,guru dan siswa. Hasil penelitian ini adalah : (1) pembuatan media video tutorial gardu induk tenaga listrik  langkah-langkahnya meliputi, membuat desain produk yang dikembangkan, mengumpulkan bahan-bahan pendukung untuk materi gardu induk tenaga listrik, finishing, penilaian media oleh ahli media dan materi, revisi, uji coba skala kecil dan uji coba skala besar. (2) Hasil kelayakan media video tutorial berbasis animasi dengan menggunakan software Video Scribe sebagai berikut : penilaian ahli media diperoleh nilai 4,86 dengan kategori sangat layak, penilaian ahli materi mendapatkan nilai sebesar 4,46 dengan kategori sangat layak, penilaian uji skala kecil mendapatkan nilai sebesar 4,34 dengan kategori sangat layak, penilaian uji skala besar mendapatkan nilai sebesar 4,17 dengan kategori sangat layak. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan media pembelajaran, gardu induk tenaga listrik.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine: (1) the relationship between teacher productivity in teaching and students' interest in learning during the covid-19 pandemic; (2) the relationship between teacher creativity in teaching and students' interest in learning during the covid-19 pandemic; (3) the relationship between teacher productivity and creativity in teaching and students' interest in learning during the covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is ex post facto. The population in this study amounted to 75 respondents with a sample of 63 respondents who were taken through the Purposesive Sampling technique. Prerequisite tests used in this study include normality test, linearity test, multiple regression coefficient test. Hypothesis testing includes partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test), hypothesis test 1, hypothesis test 2 and hypothesis test 3. Data collection is done by means of observation and distributing questionnaires. The research questionnaire was first tested for validity and reliability. Then the data collected was processed with the help of Ms. Excel and SPSS version 22 software. The results of this study prove that: (1) There is a relationship between teacher productivity in teaching and students' interest in learning with the results of the research that the correlation coefficient of 0.595 is greater at the significance level of 0.05 or 5%. (2) There is a relationship between teacher creativity in teaching and students' interest in learning with the results of the research the correlation coefficient of 0.593 is greater at the significance level of 0.05 or 5%. (3) There is a relationship between teacher productivity and creativity in teaching and students' interest in learning with the results of the F test calculation, the Fcount value is 22.850 and Ftable is 2.76. Thus the Fcount > Ftable (22.850 > 2.76) and the significance value (0.000 < 0.05).Key Words: Teacher Productivity, Teacher Creativity, Students' Interest in Learning. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujua untuk mengetahui: (1) hubungan produktivitas guru dalam mengajar dengan minat belajar peserta didik pada masa pandemi covid-19; (2) hubungan kreativitas guru dalam mengajar dengan minat belajar peserta didik pada masa pandemi covid-19; (3) hubungan produktivitas dan kreativitas guru dalam mengajar dengan minat belajar peserta didik pada masa pandemi covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 75 responden dengan sampel sebanyak 63 responden yang diambil melalui teknik Purposesive Sampling. Uji prasyarat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji normaltas, uji lineritas, uji koefisien regresi ganda. Uji hipotesis meliputi uji parsial (uji t), uji simultan (uji F), uji hipotesis 1, uji hipotesis 2 dan uji hipotesis 3. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan penyebaran angket. Angket penelitian terlebih dahulu diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Kemudian data yang terkumpul diolah dengan bantuan Ms. Excel dan software SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa: (1) Adanya Hubungan antara produktivitas guru dalam mengajar dengan minat belajar peserta didik dengan hasil penelitian koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,595 lebih besar pada taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,05 atau 5%. (2) Adanya Hubungan antara kreativitas guru dalam mengajar terhadap minat belajar peserta didik dengan hasil penelitian koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,593 lebih besar pada taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,05 atau 5%. (3) Adanya Hubungan antara produktivitas dan kreativitas guru dalam mengajar dengan minat belajar peserta didik dengan hasil perhitungan uji F diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 22,850 dan Ftabel sebesar 2,76. Dengan demikian nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (22,850 > 2,76) dan nilai signifikasi (0,000 < 0,05)..Kata Kunci: Produktivitas Guru, Kreativitas Guru, Minat Belajar Peserta Didik

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to develop a practicum worksheet for class XI TITL electric motor installation subjects at SMKN 1 Lubuk Pakam, to test the feasibility of the practicum worksheet for electric motor installation subjects that have been made for class XI at SMKN 1 Lubuk Pakam. The methodology of this research is research and development (Research & Development) with the development model of Four-D Models. Four-D Models consists of 4 stages, namely: define, design, develop, disseminate. The Dissaminate stage was not carried out due to the narrow scope of research. The questionnaire is validated by an evaluation expert. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it is known that this development research produces learning resources in accordance with the syllabus, namely practicum worksheets consisting of 11 practical activities, the feasibility level of practicum worksheets is known from the results of the assessment of material experts, media experts, and the results of teacher and student responses. Abstract must reflect the overall substance of the article content and be able to help readers determine its relevance to their interests and decide whether to read the document in its entirety. The results of material expert validation covering aspects of content feasibility, language, presentation, and benefits reached an average score of 116 with a percentage of 92.8% in the "very feasible" category. The results of media expert validation covering aspects of appearance, ease of use, consistency, format, and graphics reached an average score of 99.4 with a percentage of 90.36% in the "very feasible" category. Based on the response, the teacher obtained an average score of 117.33 with a percentage of 93.86%. Meanwhile, for the response, students obtained an average score of 102.68 with a percentage of 85.56% in the "very feasible" category.Key Words: practicum worksheet, installation of electric motors. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Lembar kerja praktikum mata pelajaran instalasi motor listrik kelas XI TITL di SMKN 1 Lubuk Pakam, untuk menguji kelayakan lembar kerja praktikum mata pelajaran instalasi motor listrik yang telah dibuat untuk kelas XI di SMKN 1 Lubuk Pakam. Metodologi penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research & Development) dengan model pengembangan Four-D Models. Four-D Models terdiri dari 4 tahap, yaitu: pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), pengembangan (develop), penyebaran (Dissaminate). Tahap Dissaminate tidak dilaksanakan karena lingkup peneltian yang sempit. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrumen non tes berupa angket dengan skala Likert 5 pilihan jawaban. Angket divalidasi oleh seorang ahli evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan, diketahui bahwa penelitian pengembangan ini menghasilkan sumber belajar sesuai dengan silabus yaitu lembar kerja praktikum yang terdiri dari 11 kegiatan praktik, tingkat kelayakan lembar kerja praktikum diketahui dari hasil penilaian ahli materi, ahli media, dan hasil respon guru dan siswa. Hasil validasi ahli materi yang meliputi aspek kelayakan isi, kebahasaan, sajian, dan manfaat mencapai rata-rata skor 116 dengan presentase 92.8% pada kategori “sangat layak”. Hasil validasi ahli media yang meliputi aspek tampilan, kemudahan penggunaan, konsistensi, format, dan kegrafikan mencapai rata-rata skor 99.4 dengan presentase 90.36% pada kategori “sangat layak”. Berdasarkan respon guru memperoleh skor rata-rata 117.33 dengan presentase 93.86%. Sementara itu untuk respon siswa memperoleh skor rata-rata 102.68 dengan presentase 85.56% pada kategori “sangat layak”.Kata Kunci : lembar kerja praktikum, instalasi motor listrik.
