Abstract

This research aimed to analyze: (1) design of lesson plans; (2)learning implementation; (3)evaluation system;(4)increasing competency in managing petty cash of students through drill and practice strategy with ITbased. The subjects of research were the students of class XIIAP1 and XIIAP2 SMKN 4 Bandar Lampung, year 2011-2012. The research in three cyclesTujuan penelitian ini menganalisis:(1) desain RPP; (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran; (3) sistem evaluasi; (4) peningkatan kompetensi siswa Mengelola Dana Kas Kecil melalui strategi drill and practice berbasis TIK.Subyek penelitian siswa kelas XIIAP1 dan XIIAP2 SMKN 4 Bandar Lampung, tahun 2011-2012. Penelitian dilakukan tiga siklusKata kunci: drill and practice, kompetensi, TIK.
