Abstract

The pandemic condition causes the learning process to be diverted into an online system. The teacher's behavior changes in an effort to make adjustments along with the changes in learning. Therefore, the authors are interested in researching teacher behavior and online learning. This study aims to conduct research on the effect of teacher behavior and online learning on Akidah Akhlaq learning achievement in students of SMP Al-Muayyad Surakarta in the academic year 2020/2021. This research method is a type of quantitative research with the independent variable (X) is teacher behavior and online learning and the dependent variable (Y) is Akidah Akhlaq learning achievement. The population in this study amounted to 134 and a sample of 47% or 64 students. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed by T-test and F-test, termination coefficient (R-square) and multiple linear regression analysis with the results that all independent variables (X) simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kinerja kepemimpinan kepala Madrasah dan motivasi kerja guru dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MA Salafiyah Mu’adalah Pondok Tremas Pacitan Jawa Timur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi pastisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Data yang telah diperoleh dianalisa menggunakan analisis interaktif. Kinerja Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah Dan Motivasi Kerja Guru Terhadap Mutu Pendidikan di MA Salafiyah Mu’adalah Pondok Tremas Pacitan memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada masyarakat dengan cara memberikan arahan untuk melaksanakan uji pemetaan terhadap calon siswa baru, sehingga sekolah benar-benar mengetahui kapasitas dari calon siswa barunya dan menyiapkan formula yang tepat untuk setiap anak didik.

Abstract

Character is mental characteristics and morals that exist in a person. Besides character is also interpreted as ownership of good things. The goodness is like honesty, courage, justice, and compassion. Character education is a deliberate/conscious effort to realize virtue, that is a good quality of humanity objectively, not only good for individual individuals, but also good for society as a whole. This study aims to: Know the problems of character education in terms of micro, meso, and macro approaches. Knowing the implementation of character education according to the three approaches of micro, meso, and macro. Knowing the reason for the need for character education is carried out in MTs Negeri Klaten Regency. Knowing the results of the implementation of character education according to three approaches to micro, meso, and macro. This research uses a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were the Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Madrasa in the field of curriculum, Deputy Head of Madrasa in Student Affairs, Counseling Guidance Teacher and students. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data in this study used the data analysis technique of the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed: 1) The implementation of the micro aspect was carried out by the madrasah steakholder, the meso aspect by building madrasa culture, while the macro aspect was working with parents of the parents. 2) The results of the implementation of character education that have been developed each contribute to the madrasa, namely the improvement of better student character.

Abstract

AbstrakWanita karier memiliki banyak peran, anatara lain sebagai ibu rumah tangga, sebagai pendidik anak-anaknya,  dan sebagai pencari nafkah. Bahkan dalam pendidikan religiusitas anak, ibu lebih dominan daripada peran ayah. Penelitian ini akan menjawab   pola  asuh  yang  Ibu-ibu Pekerja Pabrik (IiPP) lakukan dalam membina dan mendidik religiusitas  anak; dimensi religiusitas apa yang IiPP bina,  dan faktor-faktor yang terlibat dalam pembinaan religiusitas anak. Jenis penelitian ini kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenolgi dan naturalistik. Penentuan subyek dengan metode  purposive  dan snowball sampling.  Pengumpulan data mengunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisisnya menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman dengan langkah-langkah; koleksi data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi/penyimpulan data. Hasil penelitiannya IiPP menggunakan pola asuh tipe permisif dan authoritative. Dimensi religiusitas yang IiPP lakukan terbatas pada tiga dimenasi yakni  ritual/peribadatan, ideologi/keyakinan, dan eksperiensial/pengalaman. Faktor pendukung suksesnya IiPP menerapkan pola asuh dalam membina religiusitas anak adalah keluarga dekat dan keluarga jauh, mertua, pengelola TPA, dan lingkungan masyarakat yang kondusif. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya ialah peran ganda IiPP, anak-anak bermain gadget tanpa batas waktu, dan IiPP sendiei kurang pengetahuan agamanya.Kata kunci: Ibu-ibu pekerja pabrik, religusitas, pola asuh, dan dimensi keagamaan AbstractCareer women have many roles, among others as housewives, as educators of their children, and as breadwinners. Even in a child's religious education, the mother is more dominant than the role of the father. This research will answer the parenting that Factory Workers Mothers (IiPP) do in fostering and educating child religiosity; what dimensions of religiosity iiPP fosters, and the factors involved in fostering child religiosity. This type of research is qualitative with phenomenology and a naturalistic approach.  Determination of subyek by purposive method and snowball sampling. Data collection uses observations, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique uses  Miles and Huberman models with steps; data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification/inference. The results of his research IiPP  used permissive and authoritative type parenting. The dimensions of religiosity that iiPP does are limited to three dimensions, namely ritual/worship, ideology/belief, and experiential / experience. Factors supporting the success of IiPP implementing parenting in fostering child religiosity are immediate families and distant families, in-laws, landfill managers, and a conducive community environment. While the inhibiting factor is the dual role of IiPP, children play gadgets indefinitely, and IiPP sender lacks religious knowledge.Keywords: Factory worker mothers, religiosity, parenting, and religious dimensions

Abstract

In spite of positive impact in it, authoritarian nursery is essential to be studied because of its negative effect to children This article aims to determine the cause of authoritarian parenting in early childhood in Sleman district. This research was qualitative research with a case study approach. It is a single case study with one research subject. This research is not intended to generalize, but shows the importance of phenomena encountered in other families as well. One case in Sleman district that has implemented authoritarian parenting to her children was showed by tight rules, not involvement of the children to agree with the parents and verbal abuse in harsh words and yelling’s as the punishment. The research result showed that the leading cause of Mrs R committed authoritarian parenting toward her children is caused by several reasons parenting style from the elders who are authoritarian when instilling religious education, the circumstance outside the home that caused parents to be more protective toward their children, the demands of religion-based schools make the parents more rigid to educate their children, and the influence of parents’ diversity background adhered to the particular tenet.

Abstract

The purpose and urgency of this study are to find out the biography of Sheikh Nawawi Al-Bantani, his thoughts on conservative religion, and the relevance of his thinking on Contemporary Islamic education. Collecting data for this research is a qualitative method with a type (library research) library study. Meanwhile, in analyzing the data, researchers use content analysis. The results of this study show that Sheikh Nawawi was born in 1230 H / 1815 AD in the village of Tanara Serang Banten, and he died when he was even 84 years old. Moreover, he can be categorized as a figure from the conservative religious school (al-Mazhab al-muhafiz al-diniyya), where this school has several criteria. First, seeing that the concept of Islamic Education must be built on spiritual values. Secondly, studying and classifying science is based on religious matters. Third, the source of income is purely from the teachings of the Islamic religion. Fourth, it does not consider the concrete dynamics of the Muslim community in the classical and contemporary eras. The relevance of sheikh Nawawi's thought to contemporary Islamic Education is that Islamic Education should be built based on religion and aim to be closer to Allah Azza wa jalla and not aim to gain office, wealth, and worldliness alone.

Abstract

Pentingnya nilai pendidikan akhlak untuk menjadi trand pada gaya hidup masyarakat sebagai upaya membangun dan mempertahankan kebudayaan ditengah perkembangan teknologi yang tentunya akan berdampak pada sosial masyarakat. Akhlak yang menjadi citra bagi setiap individu dapat berpengaruh luas dilingkunagn masyarakat sehingga perlu adanya kejelasan sumber ketauladanan supaya akhlak yang menjadi kebiasaan dan budaya memiliki sandaran yang jelas tidak sekedar perubahan zaman saja. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif dan berjenis studi Pustaka (library research). Sumber primer dalam penelitian ini adalah Buku tafsir al Misbah Karya M. Quraish Shihab, sedangkan sumber data sekundernya adalah literatur lainnya, baik berupa buku, jurnal, majalah dan lain sebagainya yang masih memiliki kaitan dengan topik yang peneliti kaji. Dari kajian yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa nilai pendidikan akhlak yang terdapat dalam QS. Al-Baqarah Ayat 125 adalah memberi rasa nyaman di sekitar tempat tinggal, untuk berkumpul dan beristirahat. Adapun dalam Qs. Al-Baqarah Ayat 126, nilai pendidikan akhlak yang muncul adalah memberi rasa nyaman, sejahtera dan limpahan rizki terhadap lingkungan dan nilai pendidikan akhlak yang muncul dalam QS. Al-Baqarah Ayat 127 adalah Professional dan tanggung jawab kerja
