Abstract Capital market is activity bringing into contact between long-range fund buyer and seller in order to developing its effort. In executing its economics function, capital market provide facility to remove fund from lender to borrower, expected of is existence of capital market will be able to become fund gathering alternative besides banking system. Capital market enablecompany publish securities that are in the form of debt sign letter and or proprietary marking letter share. Important information which it is important to know investor candidate before doing investment capital market that is shall have knowledge company financial statement information and share price. To investor represent consideration, do profiting to buy pertinent company share or price of stocks. Analysis represent matter which very base, which must be done by investor before doing conducting investment at share. Without rational and accurate analysis of possibility all capital owner. will obtain get bigger loss. Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of information technology is rapidly triggered by the need for information quickly, accurately, and current. Information technology has become a major facility for the activities of various sectors of life which contributed greatly to the fundamental changes in organizational management structure and operations, information technology has been exploited by some people who can see business opportunities of the technology, influence and role of information technology indirectly, have made an online business grow. Those who understand the business can see good opportunities in the world of online business. Because many of the benefits or profits in the business online. Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of the research is to analyses (1) the impact of leadership towards employee’s performance, (2) the impact of motivation towards employee’s performance, (3) the impact of communication towards employee’s performance, (4) the impact of work environment towards employee’s performance, (5) variable the most influencing towards employee’s performance. The analysis result shows the regression equation is : Y = -3,675 + 0,417X1 + 0,213X2 + 0,148X3 + 0,572X4 + e. ; (1) The t test variable of leadership, motivation, communication, and work environment with p value 0,018; 0,041; 0,178; and 0,005; so the variables of leadership, motivation, and work environment have a positive anf significantly effect on the employee’s performance, but communication variable has not significantly effect on the employee’s performance. (2) Work environment variable have most dominant influence to the employee’s performance, because t-value of work (3,040) are bigger than another variables. (3) Coefficient determination test is Adjusted R2 = 0,792. The conclusion of the research that: (1) Leadership had a positive and significance effect to the employee’s performance of the Jumantono Subdistrict in Karanganyar Regency, (2) Motivation have a positive and significance effect to the employee’s performance of the Jumantono Subdistrict in Karanganyar Regency, (3) Communication has not significantly effect to the employee’s performance of the Jumantono Subdistrict in Karanganyar Regency, (4) Work environment have a positive and significance effect to the employee’s performance of the Jumantono Subdistrict in Karanganyar Regency, (5) Work environment variable have most dominant influence to the employee’s performance. Abstract

Abstract Management Information System is a system of human/machine unified (integrated) to present information that supports the functions of the operation, management and decision making within an organization. The system uses software, hardware computer, procedure guidelines, models and management decisions and a data base. Management Information System based computer system is useful both in closed and open systems. In the decision model is closed, the computer acts as a counter to calculate the optimum results. In the open model, the computer acts as a helper for human decision makers to calculate, store, looking back, analyze the data and so on. The design allows the human decision makers to allocate tasks for himself or on the computer. Management Information System is a set of indispensable information tool by small scale industries/small entrepreneurs to overcome the problems encountered. With the growing role of the Management Information System can finally taken advantage of the special characteristics of successful managers of small firms. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the significance of the effect of: (1) variables of leadership style on job satisfaction, (2) the work environment variables on job satisfaction, (3) motivation variables on job satisfaction, (4) variable moderating effect of motivation on the effect of leadership style on job satisfaction , (5) variable moderating effect of motivation on the effect of work environment on job satisfaction. Its population is 70 employees Mother and Child Hospital Award Semarang. Samples were taken 70 people by census method. The data collection technique using a questionnaire with validity and reliability. Engineering analysis using multiple linear regression with the classic assumption test. Conclusion of the study: (1) a significant effect of leadership style on job satisfaction verified, (2) The working environment has no significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) Motivation significant effect on job satisfaction, (4) Motivation does not moderate the effect of leadership style on satisfaction employment, (5) Motivation moderating influence of work environment on job satisfaction. Abstract

ABTRACT To comprehend change management represent principle in growth an organization. This change is triggered from environment that changing dynamically, either from external environment and also internal environment of organization. Organizational change is not matter which is easy to be done. There are many constraints which can block change program, for example: organization system constraints and power, difference in functional orientation and organization chart which is mechanistic, organizational culture, group norm, groupthink and individual constraints, like is not ready to resulting to feel uncertainty, worry, and no peaceful. Organizational change oftentimes cannot be let happened "naturally" just. Change oftentimes requires to be designed, to be engineered and managed by a strong leadership, visionary, smart, and orient development. In the middle of intensively environmental change, without effort change of correct organizational under strong leadership, visionary, smart, and orient development, an organization will limp, even possibly will die to be castigated by its strength of change current. Abstract

ABSTRACT Make-Up of Loan to Deposit Ratio have an effect on to degradation of share price. Excelsior Loan to Deposit Ratio give indication progressively lower nya ability of pertinent bank likuiditas which cause to degradation of share price. Make-Up of Capital Ratio have an effect on to make-up of share price, with make-up of Capital Ratio give bank capital information enough support bank operation and can permeate loss of bank in conducting fund cultivation causing also the make-up of share price. high Return On Equity express ability of bank yield high advantage to stockholder causing request of share mount hereinafter will have an effect on the increasing of share price. Dividend Per Share do not have an effect on to share price change. This matter is caused by many company of banking which do not pay for dividend during period 2002 - 2003, change of Debt to Equity don't have influence to share price change, its logic is ever greater of DER hence will be ever greater of accounted by risk is investor.
