Abstract

Seiring dengan maraknya usaha di bidang sayuran hidroponik, UD. Media Farms menyadari akan munculnya persaingan bisnis yang ketat, sehingga diperlukan strategi untuk menarik konsumen, kurangnya sumber informasi baru menjadi salah satu kendala kemajuan bisnis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui informasi mengenai sayuran apa saja yang sering dibeli konsumen secara bersamaan dalam satu kali transaksi guna mengoptimalkan hasil panen sayuran hidroponik dan menentukan strategi bisnis penjualan sayuran hidroponik. Metode data mining yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode association rule dengan algoritma apriori. Dari proses pengolahan data menggunakan algoritma aprori dan pengujian dengan alat rapid miner, dengan parameter support minimal 20% dan confidence minimal 60% maka aturan asosiasi yang terbentuk adalah 7 aturan. Dari 7 rule yang terbentuk, ditemukan 3 rule dengan nilai confidence tertinggi yaitu (selada → kangkung) dengan nilai support 50% dan confidence 79%, (selada, bayam merah → kangkung) dengan nilai support 25% dan kepercayaan diri 78%, (selada, pakcoy → kangkung) dengan nilai support 22% dan confidence 76%. Ketiga rule tersebut memiliki nilai lift ratio > 1 yang artinya rule tersebut valid dan dapat digunakan dengan baik.

Abstract

The technological disruptions that have occurred over the past few decades have inevitably affected the printing industry especially the mass media printing industry. Print media with products such as: Books, Magazines, Newspapers, Tabloids, will definitely be affected. The product was eliminated by digital media, not to mention, the covid pandemic that occurred in the last two years also triggered a sharp decline in the media business. The eight-color KBA machine, which is the focus of this research, is a ten-year-old machine with excellent printing capabilities, namely high capacity, 4-color alternating printing capability, and automatic machine control. Deteriorating machine life, as well as maintenance, functional audits and upgrades are key factors. Problems that often arise are print units, infeed, and control units, resulting in downtime and delays in the production process so that machine performance becomes less effective. The purpose of this research is to determine the maintenance interval schedule and find out the maintenance actions or activities that need to be carried out. To overcome the problem in this study using the method of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) with the calculation of Failure Modes and Effects Analyze (FMEA). RCM is defined as the process used to determine what must be done for machine maintenance, while FMEA is defined as the method for identifying the highest form of failure for each machine fault that occurs. From the calculation results using FMEA, FTA and RCM obtained the maintenance interval results on the Cylinder Section components with a maintenance interval of 10.58 hours.

Abstract

PT X is a manufacturing company located in the Ejip industrial area, each month using an average of 950 KWH of electricity every month, where the electricity tariff in the area is 10% more expensive per KWH than using PLN. The ratio of electricity costs to turnover averaged 4 - 5% each month, this was very burdensome, so a project was created with the hope of a decrease of Rp. 200 million every month. The method used is Lean Six Sigma, where the project is carried out for 3 months. From the results of implementing Six Sigma, the company can find out the dominant cause and from the project costs can be reduced by 9% or 83 KWH every month.
