Abstract

This thesis contains research on the Role of Medicine Marketing Communication Alternative in Increasing Public Trust. This research aims to knowing the role of Accurate Health's alternative medicine marketing communication Center on the blog in increasing patient confidence. This research uses the method qualitative descriptive research, the data collection technique used is interview depth, literature, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques using reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. To test the validity of this research using triangulation by comparing. The subject of this research is Fudin Pang, Akp, S.Psi, M.Psi and Accurate Health Center patients and the object is the role of Accurate Health Center marketing communications on the level of patient trust. The theory that use, communications, marketing communications, communication technology and trust. The results of this study indicate that the role of marketing communication in blogs has good role and very effective because of developing communication technology makes it easier for users to obtain information without looking at the user's status, everyone have also been able to manage existing new media (internet) communication technology and making each user more flexible. Through this research, it is also known that Each patient has their own level of trust and has their own way to convince themselves in their decision to take treatment.before deciding to do alternative medicine at Accurate Health Center.

Abstract

The era of digital transformation has changed the way many businesses operate, communicate and compete. In this era, businesses need to develop relevant strategies to remain competitive. Contemporary businesses are undergoing digital transformation, the role of a viable strategy has become very important for any company. There are various important aspects to focus on when developing a digital business strategy: primarily, increasing the scope of business operations as well as implementing the latest IT solutions to make this strategy a long-term “scale-up” plan intended to maintain the company's viability, performance and contribute to the achievement of Development Goals Sustainable (SDGs). The purpose of this article is to analyze the development of efficient business strategies in the digital era. The method used in this analysis is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this discussion show that in the era of the “new economy” and the digital transformation that accompanies it, an innovative digital business strategy based on advanced IT solutions and aligned with the SDGs is a great opportunity for companies to deviate from competitors and gain a competitive advantage

Abstract

Interpersonal communication or interpersonal communication is communication that refers to the process of closeness, the intimacy of the communication, with the aim of the message conveyed having a direct effect, therefore interpersonal communication begins with a psychological approach, building closeness and intimacy. Satisfaction or dissatisfaction is a conclusion from the interaction between expectations and experience after using the services or services provided. This research took place from May to September at the Matsum City Health Center. This research method is descriptive qualitative with purposive sampling data collection technique is a scientific observation and is carried out carefully and carefully so that the results become more accurate and precise which aims to see the description of interpersonal communication of patient registration officers on service satisfaction at the Matsum City Health Center. The subjects of this study were registration officers and patients who interacted with each other during the registration process. The collection methods used were interviews and observation. Based on this study, the description of interpersonal communication carried out by the registration officer to the patient is in accordance with the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), Interpersonal communication between the registration officer and the patient is intertwined with several questions from the registration officer who make the patient feel cared for so that from this communication a sense of satisfaction arises in the patient. This study suggests to further improve the communication of registration officers interpersonal communication that is more effective, so as to maintain the satisfaction of patients seeking treatment at the Matsum City Health Center.
