Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan peran kinerja bauran pemasaran jasa pendidikan (fasilitas fisik dan proses) dan dampaknya terhadap citra perguruan tinggi. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan survei lapangan. Sample dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa perguruan tinggi swasta yaitu sebanyak 130 orang dengan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis dijalankan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi dan perangkat lunak SPSS Versi 21,0 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aspek bauran jasa pendidikan memiliki peran signifikan dalam membentuk citra perguruan tinggi. Untuk kinerja pemasaran dalam bauran fasilitas fisik dan bauran proses berpengaruh terhadap citra perguruan tinggi. Citra perguruan tinggi adalah pandangan, impresi, perasaan, konsepsi mahasiswa mengenai kegiatan operasional pendidikan mulai dari input, proses, output berorientasi pada segi layanan yang langsung di rasakan mahasiswa sebagai penerima jasa, dimana mungkin mempengaruhi langsung atau tidak langsung. Implikasi dari penelitian ini diarahkan untuk pengembangan strategi lembaga di segitiga pemasaran jasa dengan mengacu pada aspek bauran pemasaran jasa dan implikasi manajerial khusus dalam mengelola perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) is trying improvement and increasement the quality continously all persons. TQM is a inovation in managing a education which make focus in improving and increasing the quality continously which oriented to customer’satisfaction. Standard of Education and The Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 in The Vacational School is a role and quality giudance contain minimun criteria and achievement the quality which must be finished school in operating one of education.both of them must finish consistently in order to purpose school can achieve, namely involving and enableness all school society.that thing,the observer is imterested to indentify about “Comitment Of School Society About Implementation Effectivity Total Quality Management In SMKN In Cimahi”.The purpose of obserment id is to know commitment of school society about organisation,to know implementatiom effectivity TQM and to know school society about implementation Effectivity TQM. The method that is used in the observement is the method quantative, that is located in SMKN CIMAHI, by using technic sample random sampling in sample taking. A informant as data source and tecnic data collecting that is used questionnaire and interview. And the usage programme SPSS version 21.0 and Microsoft Excel in data processing.According data processing result Weight Mean Score (WMS) find observernent in school society in SMKN CIMAHI in the position EXCELLENT in getting score 4,13 where SMKN 1 Has low score 4,08 and HIGH score SMKN 2 4,37 meanwhile SMKN 3 is 4,31 and the next about implementation Effectivity TQM in School Cimahi has WELL generally in rate score 3,97 which SMKN 1 (4,00) has high score from SMKN 2 (3,97) SMKN 3 (3,91) have low score among the other school. Meanwhile finding from normality test result that variable data X and Y distribute Normal, data processing and data analysis use parametic statistic technic. From variable corelation coefision test X and Y is gotten 0,710 and test result Signification is gotten value t-hitung 12,488 and t-tabel 1,804and coefision test result detemination is getting 50,5% it means commitment of school society inflence strongly 50,5% and signification about effectivity implementatiom TQM in SMKN CIMAHI. 49,5% is influenced other factor is included he obcerverment. The conclusion that a need consistent teachers and administration staff as school society to commite about organisation through obedience about quality operate the job according the quality guidance.

Abstract

This study entitled "Effect of Service Quality Education Student Satisfaction at the university education of Indonesia ". The problem that the writer suggested in this study is the student satisfaction about the quality of education services in university education of Indonesia. In general, this study aims to determine the effect of the quality of educational services to the student satisfaction at the university education of Indonesia. The method used in this research is descriptive with quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire that is through online by using google form and a questionnaire to the respondent directly spread through print out the questionnaire, the number of questionnaires that are spread as much as 99. The result of the calculation Weight Mean Score (WMS), showed that the quality of educational services included in the high category with a score of 3.69 and student satisfaction with a score of 3.68, including the high category. Analysis of the correlation between the quality of educational services to the student satisfaction has a strong relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.724. The regression equation of these two variables, namely Y = 10 175 + 0.820X, this means every one-unit change in the quality of education services will provide updates to the satisfaction of the students of 0,820. The results of significance test using t-test, namely t hitung (10,350)> t_tabel (1.984) means that there is a significant relationship between the variables X and Y, then the coefficient of determination test results showed that the degree of connectedness between the quality of educational services to the student satisfaction affects 52.5 % while the remaining 47.5% influenced by other factors not examined. It is concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between the quality of education services to the satisfaction of students in university education Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penyelenggaraan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kabupaten Ciamis dikaitkan dengan potensi unggulan wilayah di daerah tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Adapun data yang digunakan berupa data primer dan sekunder. Data primer didapatkan melalui wawancara dengan guru di SMKN 1 Cipaku dan data sekunder berupa dokumen SMK Sekabupaten Ciamis dari Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Ciamis, laporan potensi ekonomi Kabupaten Ciamis tahun 2015 dari Badan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Ciamis dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kabupaten Ciamis memiliki potensi unggulan wilayah pada sektor pertanian dan industri pengolahan, namun hanya ada 14 jurusan yang termasuk kelompok Agribisnis dan Agroteknologi di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan dan jumlah siswanya hanya mencapai 4% dari keseluruhan jumlah siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kabupaten Ciamis. Dengan demikian pemerintah setempat perlu mengadakan evaluasi tentang relevansi bidang keahlian Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan dengan potensi unggulan wilayah (baik dari segi kualitas maupun kuantitas). Dan kedepannya perlu ada usaha yang tepat dari sekolah dan pemerintah untuk meyakinkan siswa dan masyarakat bahwa sekolah menengah kejuruan bidang agribisnis dan agroteknologi sangat penting dan memiliki prospek yang bagus di masa depan.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an ethics index of education services at universities in Indonesia with an approach to marketing education services. This is because service ethics is a long-term investment to build trust by providing services that can create ethical education. This research was calculated using the “weighted average value” of each indicator of service ethics, with a population of students from State and Private Universities in Banjarmasin and Makassar. Based on findings obtained from two major groups of the University, namely Higher Education in the City of Banjarmasin and Higher Education in the City of Makassar, the University has a Good Higher Education Ethics Performance (KEPT). Each University, whether Higher Education in Banjarmasin City or Higher Education in Makassar City has different characteristics, for Higher Education in Banjarmasin and Makassar City have similarities with the highest aspects in the Education Service Ethics Index in Higher Education, namely Lecturers provide opportunities for students to apply the lowest questions and aspects, namely the campus building does not provide facilities for students with disabilities or special needs (there are no block or road markers, there are toilets for people with disabilities, names or room numbers using braille).

Abstract

Abstract: Innovative Work Behavior Development Through Technopreneurship Leadership in Vocational Schools: An Mixed Method Explanatory Research. Objectives: This study explores the development of innovative work behavior through technopreneurship leadership. Methods: Explanatory mixed method with quantitative data collection in the form of questionnaires through a survey of 267 permanent teachers of foundations at private vocational schools in Bogor City and analyzed descriptively. Meanwhile, qualitative data collection in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation were analyzed using the Atlas Ti application. Findings: The results of this study indicate that to be able to develop innovative work behavior it is necessary to be supported by the ability of leaders in digital understanding and entrepreneurial skills in developing work programs in vocational schools. So with the abilities possessed by technopreneurship leaders, they will be able to influence the creation of a creative and innovative environment. Conclusion: Technopreneurship’s leadership ability makes a new model of leadership in the future, especially in the development of innovative work behavior.Keywords: innovative work behavior, technopreneurship leadership, vocational teachers.Abstrak: Pengembangan Perilaku Kerja Inovatif Melalui Kepemimpinan Technopreneurship di Sekolah Kejuruan: Penelitian Penjelasan Metode Campuran. Tujuan: Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengembangan perilaku kerja inovatif melalui kepemimpinan jenis baru yakni kepemimpinan technopreneurship. Metode: Adapun metode yang digunakan yakni Explanatory mixed method dengan pengumpulan data kuantitatif berupa kuisioner melalui survei terhadap 267 guru tetap yayasan pada sekolah vokasi swasta di Kota Bogor dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Sedangkan pengumpulan data secara kualitatif berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan aplikasi Atlas Ti. Temuan: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan untuk dapat mengembangkan perilaku kerja inovatif perlu didukung oleh kemampuan pemimpin dalam pemahaman digital dan kemampuan enterpeneurship di dalam pengembangan program kerja di sekolah vokasi. Sehingga dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh pemimpin yang technopreneurship akan dapat berpengaruh terhadap penciptaan lingkungan yang kreatif dan inovatif. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran terkait Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran terkait Adaptasi Pelaksanaan Tugas Guru dan Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Di SMP Negeri 1 Kuningan. Peran Guru dalam pelaksanaan tugas pada masa pandemi Covid-19 terdiri dari perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan penilaian pembelajaran. Untuk Peran Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah dalam pelaksanaan tugas pada masa pandemi Covid-19 terdiri dari pelayanan, pelayanan kepada guru dan siswa dan pengelolaan sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui wawancara, dan observasi yang kemudian menggunakan perangkat lunak Nvivo dalam reduksi datanya.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Adaptasi Pelaksanaan Tugas Guru dan Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di SMP Negeri 1 Kuningan yaitu berusaha untuk mengoptimalkan pembelajaran agar materi tersampaikan dengan baik kepada siswa seperti dengan cara meningkatkan kemampuan IT yang menunjang pada kegiatan proses belajar mengajar, penyesuaian alokasi waktu agar pelaksanaan pembelajaran lebih singkat namun lebih detail sehingga pada saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung tidak terlalu bertele-tele sehingga point penting harus tersampaikan ke peserta didik dan tersedianya workshop tentang pembelajaran daring agar efektif di tahun 2020 yang disediakan oleh sekolah

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the level of return on education investment and the results of human resource analysis using the Payback Period, Net Benefit or Cost Ratio, and Net Present Value methods for graduates in the English Education Department of Higher Education at West Java and Banten Province. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. Samples taken in this study were 60 graduates in the English Education Department of Higher Education at West Java and Banten Province. Based on the results of the research, obtained 3 domiciles from all respondents, namely Banten, DKI Jakarta, and West Java provinces. The results showed that there was a high income gap be- tween graduates in each domicile. Using the Payback Period method, for graduates who are domiciled in Banten and West Java province, showed that investment is feasible but for graduates who are domiciled in the DKI Jakarta province, showed that unfeasible. Using the Net Benefit or Cost Ratio (BCR) method, for graduates domiciled in Banten and West Java province indicate that the investment is feasible, that the BCR value is more than 1. However, for graduates who are domiciled at the DKI Jakarta province, that the investment is unfeasible, that the BCR value is less than 1, that is 0.30. Using the Net Present Value (NPV) method, for graduates who are domiciled at Banten and West Java province showed that the in- vestment is feasible, that a positive NPV value. However, for graduates who are domiciled in DKI Jakarta province, showed that the investment is unfeasible, that the NPV value is negative.
