Abstract

Penggunaan traffic jaringan selular yang tinggi dapat menyebabkan performansi jaringan menjadi buruk. Jika penggunaan traffic pada link microwave sangat tinggi dan hampir mencapai kapasitas bandwidth jaringan yang disediakan, maka akan menimbulkan WAN congestion. Utilisasi link microwave radio yang tinggi juga dapat mengindikasikan terjadinya WAN congestion. WAN congestion yang terjadipada link radio site 1331<> site 1126 PT. XL Axiata dapat ditangani dengan metode link aggregation physical layer. Metode link aggregation yang digunakan adalah meningkatkan sistem radio dari 1+1 menjadi sistem radio 2+0 dengan menggabungkan 2 port fisik radio menjadi 1 link logical. Metode link aggregation physical layer meningkatkan kapasitas ethernet link radio 1331<>1126  yang semula sebesar 116 Mbps menjadi 274 mbps. Utilisasi jaringan yang semula bernilai 94,49% menurun 51,93%, menjadi 42,56% setelah dilakukan upgrade kapasitas link radio menggunakan metode link aggregation physical layer. Parameter performansi yang diukur setelah dilakukan peningkatan kapasitas yaitu Iubpacket loss tertinggi sebesar 2%, Iub jitter tertinggi sebesar 2,3 ms, Iub rejection tertinggi sebesar 10%, dan nilai Iub delay sebesar 0 ms. Nilai performansi menjadi lebih baik dan sesuai standar KPI PT. XL Axiata. Peningkatan kapasitas link radio juga membuat performansi jaringan menjadi lebih baik, karenakebutuhan bandwidth pelanggan terpenuhi dengan adanya penambahan kapasitas yang efisien.Kata kunci: kapasitas, link aggregation, throughput, utilisasi, WAN congestion

Abstract

A streaming television usually broadcasted through internet and can be watched on computer or mobile phone. However it can also be seen through television using video sender as the transmitter. To transmit it, of course, a suitable antenna is needed, in this case a bowtie antenna is selected. This research describe the design of a bowtie antenna that will be used as a transmitter antenna on a video sender. This bowtie antenna is designed by using an aluminum plate works on frequency of 655 MHz and has a return loss value of -21.127 dB, VSWR 1.192, 5.11 dB gain and bi-directional radiation pattern. The analysis process is carried out by analyzing the data taken from the audio and video results received in television as well as data from the measurement of signal strength captured by Register Transfer Level Software Define Radio (RTL SDR) and dipole antennas. Measurement results will be displayed in the sdrSharp software. The results of this measurement will be associated with field strength which is related to television signals. This bowtie antenna can transmit audio and video up to 30 m and has an average field strength value in Line of Sight (LOS) conditions of 120.3208 dBμV / m and at Non Line of Sight (NLOS) conditions of 123.5014 dBμV / m which is in accordance with the field strength standard in Indonesia that regulated in Perkominfo No. 31 Tahun 2014 which is above 70 dBμV / m in band V.

Abstract

This Community Service Activity as one of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education aims to provide tools and training for multimedia-based learning systems at the Nusantara Islamic Junior High School and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Sirojul Athfal 5. There is a decision from four ministers (Minister of Education and Culture, , Minister of Home Affairs, and the Minister of Health) to open Limited Face-to-face Learning activities in schools starting in July 2021, requiring all schools to prepare to learn in accordance with the Covid-19 protocol. The implementation of learning is still done in a limited manner, so a method is needed so that the achievement of the material can be given according to the target. The implementation steps include Distance Learning, which will make it easier for teachers and students to use the Learning Management System (LMS). This type of LMS training will make it easier for teachers to provide online visual teaching, assign assignments, arrange assignment collections, give daily or semester exams. Analysis of the implementation of this service activity was carried out by giving questionnaires to 21 participating teachers to see the effect of perceptions of usefulness, convenience, service quality, use, and effectiveness of Google Classroom on the learning process at partner schools.In general, the results of the questionnaire show that the use of Google Classroom can support a hybrid learning system in partner schools. Keywords— Covid-19 protocol, Google Classroom, learning management system, multimediabased learning systems   Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat sebagai salah satu Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan perangkat dan pelatihan sistem pembelajaran berbasis multimedia di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Islam Nusantara dan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Sirojul Athfal 5. Adanya keputusan dari empat menteri (Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan,  Menteri Dalam Negeri dan Menteri Kesehatan) untuk membuka kegiatan Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Terbatas di sekolah mulai bulan Juli 2021, mengharuskan semua sekolah untuk mempersiapkan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan protokol Covid-19. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran masih dilakukan secara terbatas, sehingga diperlukan metode agar pencapaian materi bisa diberikan sesuai sasaran. Langkah pelaksanaannya diantaranya melalui Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ), dimana akan lebih memudahkan guru dan siswa jika menggunakan Learning Management System (LMS). Pelatihan sejenis LMS ini akan memudahkan guru dalam memberikan pengajaran visual secara online, memberikan tugas, mengatur pengumpulan tugas, memberikan ujian baik harian atau pun semester.

Abstract

Hidroponik merupakan metode pembudidayaan tanaman tertentu menggunakan air sebagai media tanamnya. Pemenuhan dan pemeliharaan tanaman hidroponik relatif tidaklah sulit, namun membutuhkan perhatian yang lebih, seperti pemantauan kondisi larutan yang harus dilakukan secara rutin. Sampai saat ini, pemantauan parameter larutan nutrisi tanaman hidroponik masih banyak dilakukan secara manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan sistem monitoring suhu dan kepekatan larutan di media tanam serta sistem pengendali otomatis penambahan larutan nutrisi tanaman hidroponik. Sistem menggunakan sensor suhu DS18b20 dan sensor kepekatan larutan SEN0244. Sedangkan komunikasi jarak jauh antara user dan unit hidroponik menggunakan modul LoRa RFM95W dengan frekuensi 915 MHz. Secara otomatis sistem akan memberikan larutan nutrisi apabila kadar kepekatan larutan sudah mengalami penurunan di bawah 1000 ppm. Hasil pengujian pengiriman data pada kondisi LOS mendapatkan jarak jangkauan terjauh adalah 700 m dengan RSSI -103 dBm sedangkan pada kondisi NLOS didapatkan jarak terjauh hanya 200 m dengan RSSI -101 dBm. Selain itu hasil pengujian kondisi kepekatan air selama dua minggu menunjukan bahwa saat sensor kepekatan nutrisi mendeteksi nilai di bawah 1000 ppm maka pompa bekerja memberikan larutan tambahan.

Abstract

LCD projectors are widely used to support presentations on teaching and learning activities, meetings, seminars and so on. This study discusses the design and manufacture of a 2x2 planar array triangular patch microstrip antenna as a receiving antenna for wireless LCD projectors to overcome cable length limitations. The research method starts from the design, simulation of design results, fabrication, parameter measurement and antenna testing. The design was carried out using the CST Studio Suite application, then made on the FR-4 PCB. Testing includes measurement of antenna parameters and performance. In testing the antenna parameters, the values ​​obtained are in accordance with predetermined specifications, gain above 3 dB, VSWR below 2 dB, return loss below -10 dB and unidirectional radiation pattern. The antenna performance test results show that the quality of signal and video reception from the microstrip receiving antenna that has been made is still better than the default antenna for the receiver device.   Keywords: Microstrip triangular patch plannar 2x2 elements, wireless LCD projector

Abstract

Internet of things is one of the pillars of Industry 4.0 so that the competence of concepts and practices is very useful, especially for students or workers. This practice module is designed to support practical activities (or training) for developing Internet of Things applications. The method used to make the prototype of this module consists of determining specifications, designing and selecting appropriate hardware, application development, and testing. As a result, this module uses the ESP32 board as the main controller and a number of input and output components, which consist of ten different input components and seven different output components. In general, this prototype has worked well in accordance with specified specifications so that it can be used to develop various IoT applications with existing or added input and output components.

Abstract

The amusement rides, has a height limit for riding a rides. The regulation was made for security and safetywhen riding a rides. In dangerous amusement rides, height regulation is made with a minimum height with a high enoughnumber, the height limit can be above 130 cm. The limit makes many visitors can’t ride rides because they have less height.But even though the regulation has been made, there are still many visitors who still want to ride the amusement rides eventhough its height is insufficient. Therefore, it would be more effective if an automatic door was made that could detect theheight of the visitor's and the door would open if the visitor's had a sufficient height. This door is placed in the positionbefore the queue, so in addition to the automatic door, there is also a system of counting the number of visitors who are in thequeue. The number of queues will be displayed on the seven segment screen and if the queue is full it will be informed on theLCD. The height limit on this door is made with a minimum height of 130 cm so that the door is open. This door height andautomatic queuing system uses the Arduino Mega microcontroller and the FC-51 infrared obstacle sensor to detect visitors.Besides this door is equipped with LEDs and loudspeakers as a provider of information about the visitors of the amusementrides is allowed to enter or not due to the height of the visitor's. ABSTRAK:Sebuah wahana bermain, memiliki peraturan batas tinggi badan untuk menaiki wahana. Peraturan tersebutdibuat demi keamanan dan keselamatan saat menaiki suatu wahana. Dalam wahana yang berbahaya, peraturan batas tinggibadan dibuat dengan tinggi minimal dengan angka yang cukup tinggi, batas tinggi bisa berupa diatas 130 cm. Batas tersebutmembuat banyak pengunjung wahana tidak bisa menaiki wahana karena memiliki tinggi yang kurang. Walaupun peraturantersebut sudah dibuat, masih banyak pengunjung wahana yang tetap ingin menaiki wahana walaupun tinggi nya kurangmencukupi. Oleh karena itu, akan lebih efektif jika dibuat sebuat pintu otomatis yang dapat mendeteksi tinggi badanpengunjung wahana dan pintu akan terbuka jika pengunjung wahana memiliki tinggi yang cukup. Pintu ini diletakan padaposisi sebelum antrian, maka selain pintu otomatis, juga ada sistem penghitung jumlah pengunjung yang berada didalamantrian. Jumlah antrian akan ditampilkan di layar seven segment dan jika antrian penuh akan diinformasikan pada LCD. Batastinggi badan pada pintu ini dibuat dengan tinggi minimal 130 cm agar pintu terbuka. Sistem pintu pengukur tinggi dan antrianotomatis ini menggunakan mikrokontoler Arduino Mega serta sensor infrared obstacle FC-51 untuk mendeteksi adanyapengunjung. Selain itu pintu ini dilengkapi dengan LED dan loudspeaker sebagai pemberi informasi tentang pengunjungwahana diperbolehkan untuk masuk atau tidak dikarenakan tinggi badan pengunjung wahana.

Abstract

The function of the coupler in RF WiMAX is to separate the transmitted signal to the received signal. At the branch line couplerthere are two equal output values with the phase difference of 90°. The phase difference is used as the separator between the transmitter and the receiver. In this paper, a microstripbranch line couplerwith a T-junction will be designed which is operated at 2,3 GHz frequency with two equal output values of - 3dB and 90 ° phase differences. In here also the length and width for each impedance line of the microstripbranch line coupler using FR4 substrate with a dielectric constant of 4,6 and a thickness of 1,6 mm are calculated. It is shown from the results that the microstripbranch line coupleroperates at 2,300 GHz, the return loss is - 27.633 dB, the VSWR is 1,060, and the bandwidth is 200 MHz. And it is shown from the measurement microstrip branch line coupler operates at 2,320 GHz, the return loss is - 24.33 dB, the VSWR is 1,120, and the bandwidth is 210 MHz. Key words :Coupler, Microtrip, Mobile WiMax ABSTRAK Fungsi coupler pada RF WiMAX dirancang sebagai pemisah sinyalyang ditransmisikan dengan yang diterima. Pada branch line coupler terdapat dua output yang bernilai sama besar dengan beda fasa sebesar 90°. Perbedaan fasa inilah yang digunakan sebagai pemisah antara transmitter dengan receiver. Pada penelitian ini dirancang microstrip branch line coupler dengan T-junction yang bekerja pada frekuensi 2,3 GHz dengan nilai kedua ouput sebesar – 3 dB dan beda fasa 90°. Tahapan yang dilakukan adalah merancang panjang dan lebar untuk setiap saluran impedansi pada microstrip branch line coupler dengan menggunakan substrat FR4 yang memiliki konstanta dielektrik sebesar 4,4 dengan ketebalan 1,6 mm. Dari hasil perancangan didapat frekuensi kerja dari microstrip branch line coupler adalah 2,300 GHz, besarnya return loss adalah -27,633 dB, VSWR sebesar 1,060, dan bandwidth sebesar 200MHz. Hasil yang dirancang di pabrikasi dan dilakukan pengukuran. Dari hasil pengukuran didapat frekuensi kerja dari microstrip branch line coupler adalah 2,320 GHz, besarnya return loss adalah -24,33 dB, VSWR sebesar 1,120, dan bandwidth sebesar 210 MHz. Abstract

Efforts to prevent cases of sexual violence can be carried out in various ways, one of which is by making a panic button that can be used when in an emergency situation. This panic button is equipped with several features, namely image capture, voice recording, message notifications, and sending GPS location coordinates. The main component used is a push button which is connected to the ESP32 and ESP-32Cam microcontrollers. Other modules used are the Neo - 6M GPS module as a location tracker, the ISD1820 module as a voice recorder, and a buzzer as an alarm generator. The ESP-32Cam module functions to take pictures automatically. When the victim of sexual violence presses the push button on the device, the buzzer will sound as an alarm and the ISD1820 module will start recording sound. Then, ESP32 will send a message via the Telegram application in the form of a warning sign and a Google Maps link obtained from the GPS module. In addition, the push button is also connected to the ESP-32Cam which automatically takes pictures and sends them to the Telegram application. There are 2 tests performed on this panic button. The first is the GPS feature test which was carried out in 2 different conditions with an average distance difference of 3.7765 m at an open location and 13.085 m at a closed location. The second is the calculation of the delay in the process of sending data from the panic button to the telegram application with a delay value of 04.29 seconds in remote testing and a delay of 04.2133 seconds at close range and the average delay value is 04.25 seconds.
