Abstract

This paper deals with gender women’s leadership in the executive and legislative boards in Central Sulawesi from the perspective of Islam. The method of data collection includes documentation, observation and depth interview. The Data collected were analyzed by employing a qualitative method. The results of the research shows that (1) Islam gives the same role to women to get involved in  public life as men; (2) Women’s representativeness in the executive and legislative boards (governor office) in Central Sulawesi  can be said to be relatively low.Kata Kunci: gender perspektif Islam, kepemimpinan perempuan, Lembaga Eksekutif, Lembaga Legislatif

Abstract

The inculcation of character values ​​and wisdom in early childhood is a very urgent matter because, it is our shared responsibility that in children's daily lives will be reflected in the attitudes and behavior of children and how to deal with personal problems. Education as a process of intelligence through learning so that teachers and parents must be responsible for making a person not only know the values ​​of goodness alone, but can make the children realize the values ​​of virtue in daily life for the realization of tough characters and noble personality. Learning moderate Islamic character values ​​can be carried out properly and maximally when all parties. Cooperating and doing the same through a policy or regulation of school leaders, as a policy maker and the interests of an educational institution based on values. Basically learning activities, in addition to making students master competencies (material) that are targeted, are also designed to make students know, realize or care, and can internalize values ​​and make them behave in their lives.

Abstract

The results of this study show that there are many ways that teachers can motivate students to learn at SMK Negeri 1 Palu after the earthquake, among others, by using various methods and activities. Because when the teacher uses the same method continuously it can cause boredom and reduce the enthusiasm for learning of students. Furthermore, the teacher can also increase the learning motivation of students by making students active. After the earthquake the teacher gave more prizes to students who had high scores in Islamic Religious Education subjects such as tuition free scholarships for 6 months and usually the teacher gave praise that made students more motivated in learning. After the earthquake, students who violate the subject of Islamic religious education will be given educational punishments, namely two different punishments depending on the size or size of the mistakes made by students. The background of the formation of rewards and punishments at SMK Negeri 1 Palu is the desire to reward students who are active / accomplished and if they provide sanctions / penalties based on objective data.
