Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis kepuasan nasabah terhadap aplikasi mesin antrian (Existing) Bank NTB Syariah Cabang Sumbawa dan merancang aplikasi mesin antrian yang diharapkan oleh nasabah untuk meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah. Penelitian diawali dengan melakukan Analisa terhadap kepuasan nasabah dalam menggunakan Aplikasi Mesin Antrian (Existing), dimana parameter analisa menggunakan 10 Dimensi Pelayanan yakni ; Reliability, Responsiveness, Competence, Access, Courtesy, Communication, Credibility, Security, Understanding knowing the customer dan Tangible. Dari hasil Analisa didapatkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap aplikasi mesin antrian (Existing) Bank NTB Syariah Cabang Sumbawa berada pada level puas. Hal ini didasarkan pada rata-rata kuesioner yang telah diisi oleh 100 responden menunjukan angka 72,11 %. Dan adanya keinginan responden untuk  dikembangkan aplikasi mesin antrian yang bersifat fleksibel yaitu aplikasi antrian berbasis android sebesar 91,03%. Dengan demikian nasabah sangat menginginkan adanya aplikasi antrian berbasis android. Akhir penelitian, peneliti membangun grand design pengembangan aplikasi mesin antrian berbasis android yang dapat menjadi masukkan kepada pimpinan Bank NTB Syariah Cabang Sumbawa dalam mengembangkan aplikasi mesin antrian.

Abstract

The Sumbawa University of Technology uses an academic information system (SIAKAD) to improve the quality of academic administration services.  Based on the observations, there is a limited source of the information on the evaluation of SIAKAD at the University. Therefore, it is necessary to assess the SIAKAD performance as it can be used for further decision making and the development in leading the academic services. To achieve the research objectives, a success analysis was carried out using the DeLone and McLean success model and the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the Lisrel 8.8 program approach. The population in this study are 105 people which consisted of SIAKAD users at the Sumbawa University of Technology including lecturers, students, and staff.The results showed that the level of use of SIAKAD was 78%, the level of satisfaction with using SIAKAD was 91%, while the net benefit level of SIAKAD at the University of Technology Sumbawa was 54%.The Sumbawa University of Technology uses an academic information system (SIAKAD) to improve the quality of academic administration services.  Based on the observations, there is a limited source of the information on the evaluation of SIAKAD at the University. Abstract

The existence of the STIE BIMA business incubator as a facilitation facility in accelerating entrepreneurial growth is expected to be the answer to some of the problems of business partners who will be incubated (tenants). This study aims to determine the effect of Business Incubator Effectiveness on Business Community Assistance with a case study at the Bima University of Economics. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The research population is the entire business community assisted by Inbis STIE Bima totaling 165 groups. The research sample was determined by Stratified random sampling method, amounting to 100 respondents. The results of the study show that there is a significant effect of the effectiveness of the business incubator (Variable X) on assisting the business community (Variable Y) by the STIE Bima business incubator. So that it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the STIE Bima business incubator organization regarding business community assistance also shows evidence that there is significance. This research suggests that there is a need to increase the resource capabilities of the STIE Bima business incubator management team and collaboration with various policy-making stakeholders to support business community assistance.

Abstract

One of the ways to develop Bima Ikat is by involving the roles of universities, the government and business people known as the triple helix model. This study aims to analyze the role of government, academics and business people in the development of woven textiles in the city of Bima. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The population in this study were all weavers in the weaving village of Ntobo sub-district, Bima City and the sample used Quota sampling with a specified number of 300 respondents. The results of the study show that there are three priority alternative strategies that can be proposed as follows; Assistance activities by the tourism agency have not been supported by cross-stakeholder coordination in Bima City, weavers as a source of livelihood are constrained by relatively expensive product prices and weaving activities have not yet scaled the production of creative industries that need to be supported by government regulations. According to the data analysis and research results, it can be concluded that the role of each element related to the development of Ikat in Bima City is carried out through three main strategies. Based on the results of the research findings, the suggestion is that it is expected that woven woven craftsmen whose business has developed consistently, need to maintain even more development with strategies and preventive efforts against various possibilities.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian mengenai penerapan model pembelajaran Teaching Factory (TeFa)  dalam pembelajaran fisika untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran fisika. Pembelajaran fisika di sekolah masih menggunakan metode konvensional yang cenderung berpusat pada guru. Pengelolaan KIT di sekolah yang kurang optimal juga menjadi salah satu faktor yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini. Melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Teaching Factory ini, diharapkan pembelajaran fisika dapat lebih melibatkan siswa secara aktif dalam pembelajaran, juga dapat menjadi alternatif solusi untuk masalah rendahnya optimalisasi KIT yang ada di sekolah. Sehingga pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pelajaran fisika, juga dapat mencapai tujuan pembelajaran fisika yang meliputi hasil belajar meningkat baik pada Domain proses, Domain kreativitas dan Domain sikap. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X-DKV sebanyak 31 siswa sebagai kelas Eksperimen dan X-DPIB sebagai kelas Kontrol sebanyak 30 siswa di salah satu SMK Negeri 1 Buer di kabupaten Sumbawa semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2022/2023 . Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada domain pengetahuan/knowledge domain diketahui dengan menghitung skor pretes dan postes. Perolehan rata-rata N-gain Score untuk pengetahuan adalah sebesar 64,36 % dengan kategori Cukup Efektif. Sedangkan profil hasil belajar siswa pada domain proses sains/process of science domain dengan rata-rata IPK sebesar 77,26 % dengan kategori terampil, profil hasil belajar pada domain kreativitas/creativity domain dengan rata-rata IPK sebesar 81,44 % dengan kategori terampil, dan profil hasil belajar pada domain sikap/attitudinal domain dengan rata-rata IPK sebesar 81,67 % dengan kategori baik.. Kata kunci: materi energy dan perubahan; model pembelajaran Teaching Factory. ABSTRACTThe research on the application of the Teaching Factory (TeFa) learning model in physics learning to improve student learning outcomes is motivated by the low student learning outcomes in physics subjects.Physics learning in schools still uses conventional methods that tend to be teacher-centered. The management of KIT in schools that is less than optimal is also one of the factors behind this research. Through the application of the Teaching Factory learning model, it is hoped that physics learning can involve students more actively in learning, and can also be an alternative solution to the problem of the low optimization of KIT in schools. So that in the end it can improve student learning outcomes in physics lessons, can also achieve physics learning goals which include increased learning outcomes both in the process domain, creativity domain and attitude domain. The research method used is a quasi-experimental method with a research design of One Group Pretest-Posttest Design.The subjects of this study were 31 students in class X-DKV as Experiment class and X-DPIB as control class as many as 30 students at one Buer State Vocational School in Sumbawa district in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. The increase in student learning outcomes in the knowledge domain is known by calculating the pretest and posttest scores. The average N-gain score for knowledge is 64.36% with the category of Quite Effective. While the profile of student learning outcomes in the domain of the process of science / process of science domain with an average GPA of 77.26% in the skilled category, the profile of learning outcomes in the domain of creativity / creativity domain with an average GPA of 81.44% in the skilled category , and the profile of learning outcomes in the attitude domain/attitudinal domain with an average GPA of 81.67 % with a good category. Keywords: energy and change material; Teaching Factory learning model.
