Abstract

Upaya yang dilakukan untuk menjamin kualitas produk adalah dengan mencegah dan mengeliminir kegagalan produk yang memerlukan analisa kegagalan. Untuk mengetahui, menganalisa dan mengatasi variasi produk yang terjadi, dapat digunakan suatu metode pengendalian kualitas yaitu Six Sigmamelalui tahapan DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve dan Control).  Untuk mengidentifikasi potensi, penyebab serta efek kegagalan yang terjadi. Untuk tindakan ini, dapat digunakan konsep FMEA (Failure mode and effect analysis) yang mempunyai banyak aplikasi dalam lingkungan Six Sigma dalam hal mencari berbagai masalah kegagalan sehingga pemberian prioritas rencana tindakan perbaikan dapat dilakukan dengan melihat nilai RPN (Risk Priority Number) kejadian gagal  yang teridentifikasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan nilai Defect Per Million Opportunities (DPMO) dan tingkat sigma, menentukan nilai RPN dan memberikan rencana tindakan perbaikan. Penelitian ini mengikuti langkah-langkah dari six sigma yaitu DMAIC dimana penentuan RPN dengan metode FMEA dilakukan pada tahap improve. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, dapat diperoleh bahwa nilai DPMO proses HRC adalah sebesar 677,73 dengan tingkat sigma sebesar 4,70. Hal ini dijadikan performance baseline perusahaan untuk melakukan perbaikan kualitas HRC. Hasil identifikasi CTQ dominan dapat diketahui bahwa CTQ yang sering terjadi adalah jenis rollmark. Oleh karena itu, untuk saat ini rollmark menjadi prioritas perbaikan. Analisis penyebab rollmark dengan FMEA diperoleh mode kegagalan suhu mesin diatas standard dan kinerja mesin menurun menjadi rencana tindakan perbaikan prioritas karena memiliki nilai RPN tertinggi yaitu 150. Kata Kunci: Pengendalian kualitas, Six sigma, FMEA

Abstract

Menentukan sebuah keputusan dalam sebuah usaha adalah hal yang cukup sulit, berbagai pertimbangan harus diperhitungkan dengan matang. Dalam usaha meubeul, modal dan jumlah produk yang dipesan merupakan sumber pertimbangan yang harus diperhitungkan, karena merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam menentukan beroperasi atau tidaknya usaha dalam menghasilkan produk pesanan. Pada penelitian ini membahas tentang implementasi Fuzzy Tsukamoto dalam membuat keputusan pembelian bahan pokok atau pun pembuatan kursi jenis leter L pada perusahaan meubel. Dari data 1 Tahun terakhir, permintaan terbesar mencapi 382 kursi/ tahun dan terkecil mencapi 112 kursi / satu tahun. Dengan segala keterbatasanya, sampai saat ini, perusahaan baru mampu memproduksi kursi maksimum 550 kursi/ tahun, untuk mengefesiensi Waktu dan SDM tiap bulan perusahaan tersebut harus memproduksi paling tidak 140 kursi dengan memaksimalkan modal dan sumber daya yang terbatas.

Abstract

Jumlah produksi dapat dimaksimalkan dengan mengoptimalkan produktivitas dari operator dalam menggunakan mesin produksi dan menempatkan setiap operator pada mesin yang tepat. Hal ini dapat terlaksana dengan dibuatnya suatu sistem penugasan yang tepat bagi para operatornya. Terdapat konsep yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah penugasan yaitu Algoritma Hungarian dan Generate and Test. Generate and Test merupakan salah satu metode yang sering digunakan dalam menyelesaikan travelling sales problem (TSP) atau yang lebih dikenal dengan pencarian rute terpendek, namun dalam penelitian ini digunakan sebagai metode dalam menyelesaikan masalah penugasan (problem assignment) dengan tujuan peningkatan jumlah produksi. Pada penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai penugasan operator dengan menggunakan algoritma Hungarian dan generate and test yang hasilnya akan dibandingkan untuk menentukan metode terbaik yang dilihat dari hasil produksi sehingga akan diperoleh sistem penugasan yang optimal dalam upaya meningkatkan kapasitas produksi. Berdasarkan hasil pegolahan data dapat diketahui bahwa metode Hungarian memberikan hasil penugasan yang lebih baik dengan hasil produksi 206 batch sedangkan hasil prduksi dengan algoritma generate and test yaitu 203 batch dimana dipengaruhi oleh perbedaan penugasan dengan kedua metode tersebut yaitu pada shift 2 grup A dan shift 3 grup A.

Abstract

Bottled drinking water is market with a variety of packaging, one of which is gallon packaging. Some of the problems that occur in the quality of the gallon are leaky gallons, broken gallons, dirty water, dirty bodies, and mossy gallons. This study aims to determine the company's baseline performance as seen from the value of Defect Per Million Opportunities (DPMO) and sigma level, identifying the causes of product defects. Discussions were carried out following DMAIC's steps on six sigma. Based on the results of data processing, it can see that the DPMO value is 662.46, and the sigma level is 4.84. This result can be the basis for the company to improve the performance of the quality of the products produced.

Abstract

Determining a decision in a business is quite difficult. Various considerations must be carefully calculated. Capital and the number of products ordered are sources of consideration that must be taken into account. This study discusses the implementation of fuzzy tsukamoto in making decisions on purchasing raw materials or making orders for rice boxes, where the input is capital of Rp. 3,500,000 and the number of orders is 500 boxes while the results of this study are four outputs including purchasing 93 Kg of rice, purchasing 47 chicken meat, purchasing 21 vegetables or fresh vegetables and purchasing 37 Kg of citrus fruit.

Abstract

The search problem is a problem that is commonly applied to systems based on the concept of Artificial Intelligence. One of the well-known heuristic search methods in Artificial Intelligence terminology is Generate and Test. In general, there are no companies operating without raw materials, raw materials in PT. DSI is a type of main and supporting raw material. Refined sugar production at PT. DSI Banten has been experiencing fluctuations in the output of production every day, the data in April 2014 showed from 1-7 consecutively that is 726, 578, 592, 518, 692, 734, 473 tons (PT. DSI, April 2014 ). The purpose of this study is to implement the heuristic search concept with the Generate and Test Algorithm in the search for a combination of the two raw materials to obtain the highest amount of production / output in the form of refined sugar, from the results of this study obtained a system that is able to find the highest amount of sugar production per cuisine, namely in the form of types of supporting raw materials (Limestone CaO, HCL, NaOH) and types of main raw materials (Raw sugar). After conducting research through the heuristic search concept with the GnT method, from 3 types of supporting raw materials (type 1: supplier from PT. SAP, type 2: supplier from PT. MNA, type 3: supplier from PT. CKT) and 3 types of raw material main (raw sugar 1: import from Australia, raw sugar type 2: import from Vietnam, raw sugar type 3: import from Thailand) found an optimization of the two raw materials with the results of supporting material type "3" and main raw material type " 2 "with the amount of 123 tons per cuisine for refined sugar output, the results obtained are able to increase productivity in the refined sugar processing.

Abstract

Based on demand data from January 2013 to December 2013 at PT. Bukit Surya Mas there is an increase in demand, supply and amount of consumer production every month. With the occurrence of demand, supply and maximum production results PT. Bukit Surya Mas always tries to ensure that the amount of production ordered can be completed on time. This is done as a way to give satisfaction to customers, so that there will be no shortage of production services to consumers just because of the late delivery of the product. Problems that arise in this world often contain uncertainty, fuzzy logic is one method for analyzing systems that contain uncertainty. In this study the Mamdani method or often also known as the Min - Max method. The design of the system to get the output is done in stages (a) the formation of the fuzzy set, (b) the application of the implication function, (c) forming the rules, (d) affirmation (defuzzification). In this study defuzzification was carried out using the centroid method. In this method the defuzzyfication value moves smoothly, so changes in the fuzzy set will also move smoothly. From the results of the research that has been carried out, the following is the Masterbatch product from the input variable in January 2014, namely the total demand of 150,735.00 kg and the total inventory of 24,785 kg resulting in an output of 20,300 units.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of service quality and prioritize improvements. The method that used in this study is service quality (SERVQUAL) combined with fuzzy concepts to find out the gap between expectations and consumer perceptions through five dimensions namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Fuzzy concepts are used to present uncertainties over respondents' assessment of subjective questionnaires. To determine the priority of improvement, used the Customer Value Index Potential Gains (IPGCV) method. Based on processing data results by using fuzzy-servqual method, it is known that the Tangible dimension has a gap of -0.13, the Reliability dimension has a gap of -0.13, the Responsive dimension has a gap of -0.14, the dimension of Assurance has a gap of -0.12, Empathy dimension has a gap of -0.11. The negative value on fuzzy-servqual assessment can be interpreted that the overall service has not met customer expectations. Achievement of the quality level is equal to 0.8606 which is indicates the quality of services still need improvement because the level of service quality is less than 1. Abstract

Era revolusi industri 4.0 ditandai dengan penggunaan internet of things (IoT) menuntut adanya perubahan model bisnis menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Sebagai konsekuensinya dunia bisnis melakukan perubahan dengan menggunakan e-commerce pada rangkaian proses yang dilakukan. Sama halnya dengan proses bisnis pada umumnya, model bisnis e-commerce juga memerlukan keterlibatan berbagi pihak yang sering disebut dengan istilah Supply Chain Management (SCM). Adanya keterlibatan dari berbagi pihak dalam jaringan supply chain (SC) e-commerce, diperlukan pengukuran kinerja SC untuk melakukan efektivitas yang dilakukan. Tantangannya adalah pengukuran kinerja SC pada e-commerce yang pada umumnya dilakukan pada perusahaan non e-commerce. Paper ini akan membahas tentang identifikasi Key Performance Indicator (KPI) pada pengukuran kinerja SC e-commerce berdasarkan dimensi teknologi informasi melalui studi literatur.

Abstract

Implementation of data mining, machine learning, and statistical data from educational department commonly known as educational data mining. Most of school systems require a teacher to teach a number of students at one time. Exam are regularly being use as a method to measure student’s achievement, which is difficult to understand because examination cannot be done easily. The other hand, programming classes makes source code editing and UNIX commands able to easily detect and store automatically as log-data. Hence, rather that estimating the performance of those student based on this log-data, this study being more focused on detecting them who experienced a difficulty or unable to take programming classes. We propose CLG clustering methods that can predict a risk of being dropped out from school using cluster data for outlier detection.
