Abstract

Conventional amplifier usually uses ground power supply as a signal reference. So it caused the conventional amplifier has IHM noise (Interval Hum Noise Modulation). The system of amplifier must be really balance from the input to output in order to minimalize the noise. This research make a balance amplifier class AB push-pull with power rms 120 Watt and frequency bandwidth between 50Hz to 10kHz. This amplifier use complementary pair as a current-driver. The Experimental result show that the balanced amplifier has power output only 110 Watt, 22 Volt operating voltage and have a bandwidth from 30 Hz until 15 KHz, gain 13,5 dB. Beside that the Experimental result, balanced power amplifier also has very small IHM compared with unbalanced power amplifier. Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia : Pada umumnya amplifier konvensional melibatkan jalur power supply (ground) yang berhubungan dengan jalur audio. Hal ini mengakibatkan pengolahan sinyal audio akan muncul IHM (Interval Hum Modulation) noise. Oleh karena itu, untuk dapat menekan timbulnya noise seminimal mungkin, maka dibuat sebuah amplifier yang tidak bereferensi pada ground power supply. Amplifier tersebut harus benar-benar balance dari input sampai ke output. Untuk merealisasikan balance amplifier tersebut maka ditetapkan spesifikasi klas AB push-pull dengan daya rms sebesar 120 Watt dan lebar bandwidth antara 50 sampai 10kHz. Pada power amplifier digunakan sistem rangkaian complementary pairs sebagai penguat arus. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian ternyata daya output yang keluar ke speaker hanya 110 Watt dengan tegangan supply 22 volt dan memiliki lebar bandwidth antara 30 Hz sampai 15 Hz dengan penguatan sebesar 13.5 dB. Sedangkan pengujian cacat signal juga dilakukan dengan membandingkan antara balanced power amplifier dan unbalanced power amplifier dan hasilnya balanced power amplifier memiliki IHM noise jauh lebih kecil dibandingkan unbalanced power amplifier. Abstract

Effect of Compost and Urea on Seedling Growth of Betel Palm (Areca catechu L.) Iwan Wahyudi dan Muhammad Hatta Fakultas Pertanian Unsyiah, Darussalam Banda Aceh ABSTRACT This study was aimed at finding an appropriate dosage of compost and urea for seedling growth of betel palm. In addition, this study was also to determine whether the provision of compost can increase effectiveness of urea fertilizer for seedling growth of betel palm. Results of research showed that compost significantly affected seedling growth of betel palm. The best dosage of compost for the seedling growth was 1.5 kg per seedling. Urea fertilizer also significantly affected seedling growth of betel palm. The best dosage of urea for the seedling growth was 1.5 g per seedling. There were no significant interactions in most variables of seedling growth observed.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is one of the chronic diseases with the incidence of disease is increasing from year to year. Without good management of diabetes mellitus may cause some complications that impact on the decrease of patient's life quality, therefore an effort is needed so that patients can manage the disease to avoid complications. One of the first steps in disease management is education. Promedia is one of the educational programs on DM disease management followed by regular follow-up through telenursing (follow up via phone). The purpose of this study was to see the effect of diabetes mellitus management education program (Promedia) on metabolic parameters in patients with type II DM who were outpatient in RSUD dr. Slamet Garut. Implementation in 4 months consists of educational phase (4 meetings) and followed follow up for 12 weeks through telenursing. Research design with quasi experiment with control group pre and posttest design; total sampling, parametric measurement data analysis using t test. The results of the measurement analysis in the intervention group were obtained BB (P value 0,00), systolic BP (P value 0.01), diastolic BP (P value 0.02), blood sugar level (P value 0,00), Cholesterol (P value 0.02), so it can be concluded there are significant differences between first and second measurement. Meanwhile, the results of the measurement analysis in the control group obtained BB (P value 0.08), Systolic BP (0.085), diastolic BP (P value 0.33), blood sugar level (P value 0.75), Cholesterol (P value 0.18), so it can be concluded there is no significant difference between first and second measurement. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between Diabetes Melitus Management Education Program (Promedia) on metabolic weight, blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol. From these results it is recommended to use Promedia as an integral part of the management diabetes mellitus handling of diabetes type II.
