PT. Nichias Rockwool Indonesia or can be called PT. NRI located in Kujang Cikampek Area of West Java is engaged in thermal insulation that produces and also engages in repair services with a wide industrial reach for more than 100 years. PT Nichias Rockwool Indonesia consists of several interrelated departments and synergizes to realize the company's goals. Inventory is one of the important elements in the operation of a company. In the absence of inventory the company will be faced with the risk of not being able to meet the needs of consumers so that it will lose the opportunity to get profits that result in targets to consumers not being met, decisions regarding how much and when to place orders are considered in inventory issues, especially if the need consists of several types of products from different suppliers with a limited budget. One of the raw materials needed in the process of making thermal insulation is iron plate, the raw material is obtained from other companies engaged in iron manufacturing and has cooperated with PT. Nichias Rockwool Indonesia. To maintain the imbalance, the company needs to do planning between production and material needs in order to meet the production stock in PT. Nichias Rockwool Indonesia and meets the needs of consumers.

Along with increasing development in all fields, especially in the economic field, transportation facilities as one of the economic links are also experiencing rapid progress. Transportation services are one form of service that is needed by the community, both from the general public, government and industrial companies. PT. Sustainable fruit is a company that was initially engaged in the export and import of various kinds of fruit, but over time the company began to develop into the transportation sector. Engaged in transportation services PT. Buah Lestari rents out various types of vehicles such as trucks and buses. Companies engaged in transportation must pay attention to the cost of maintenance and what spare-pats are used in maintenance and the benefits of regular maintenance. At PT Buah Lestari Putra there are 123 types of spare-pats that must be replaced within the last 3 months and the cost is Rp. 52,212,000. Periodic maintenance also has many benefits such as, reducing the cost of a larger exit, more secure security, reducing downtime, etc.

This study discusses the design of multifunctional plastik wardrobe products based on consumer demand and a business feasibility study for multifunctional plastik wardrobe products to be run in Cikarang. The method used is quantitative by using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) as well as business feasibility aspects. The data required includes product dimensions, while a business feasibility study requires data on the cost of capital, demand and supply for the years 2021-2023. The results of QFD processing show that there are 3 factors and 2 dimensions of the product whose importance is owned by high quality attributes, while the results of the calculation of the business feasibility study show that this business is feasible / feasible to run on this basis based on the feasibility aspect of the business.

Occupational safety and health (K3) is one of the important factors in the smooth running of the product so that the K3 program must be implemented in the company and not just a discourse. Work accidents are accidents that occur in the work environment which can occur due to unsafe working conditions or due to human error. This type of research is a qualitative research with an observational approach and in-depth interviews. The company is also still negligent in terms of fulfilling security facilities, such as providing good, correct and easy-to-reach signs. PPE that is still not fully met. So the company must immediately complete all of them in order to achieve zero accident. The application of K3 at PT. XYZ is still not considered optimal. To achieve zero accident, PT. XYZ must carry out good K3 planning and implementation in accordance with proper procedures.

Currently competition in the industrial world is unpredictable, company actors always prioritize quality and always strive for the best service and product results from the production of their respective companies, this is because the customer is always generous to the company. In addition, there are many aspects that are factors for business competition in the industrial world, one aspect of which is quality. PT. Jaya Prakarsa is a company engaged in the manufacturing industry where this company produces all packaging needs, the type of production that is Made By Order causes many products to have defects. This can affect and make PT. Jaya Prakarsa experienced a decline in quality in terms of products and in terms of production. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the quality of one of the products that dominates the product defect, namely the oilpump, using the basic seventools method, where the result of this method is to minimize defects in this oilpump product. The suggestions for improvement that can be given for each problem that causes product rejects are to provide stitching results standards and boundary jigs on the stitching machine for stitching defects, and labeling pallets on semifinished and finished products.

Automotive component manufacturers often use machinery in their production process. Machines that are often used will usually experience problems that cause hampered production processes that affect the productivity of the machine. This study aims to analyze the productivity levels of Section Forging Press machines 2, 3 and 4 in PT. Fujita Indonesia. The method used in this study is the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method. From the results of research using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method it is known that the average productivity of Section Forging Press machines 2 is 54%, Section Forging Press 3 is 63% and Section Forging Press 4 is 60%. The average productivity of Section Forging Presses 2, 3 and 4 is 59% which still does not meet the standards of the Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM) where the OEE provisions are 85%. The productivity levels of Section Forging Press Machines 2, 3 and 4 can be said to have not produced well.

In the current era of industrialization, companies are competing to improve the quality of their production in order to compete with their competitors. In UKM Jawara Sakti, there are many quality improvement efforts that can be done, one of which is by using the seven tools method. This research data collection was carried out 30 times to support the validity of the data. seen from 3000 crackers examined, 20.53% experienced product defects. This figure is considered very large and detrimental. Therefore, by utilizing seven tools and 5W+1H, it is expected to improve product quality. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the production process carried out by the company was good or there were errors. The results showed that most of the defects were in the crushed skin, then it was not crispy and the skin did not expand. On the control chart, there are 3 points that cross the control limit, meaning that the production process of skin crackers is still not good and there are defects. it is known from the fishbone diagram that the factors that influence the crushed skin factor are human, material and machine. From not crunchy, it has factors, namely material, human, machine, and environment. From the skin does not expand, has a machine and material factors. After that, an analysis was carried out using 5W+1H to get counseling for improvement.

Marketing is one of the important things in the sales system, good marketing will bring big profits for the company. Companies are competing in preparing marketing programs that will be carried out in order to maintain the existence of their company. In addition to a good marketing program, the company must also be supported by the management of a balanced product line and brand, such as the Go Karawang Coffee shop which provides important points in its marketing program so that its products can compete and survive with its competitors. The selection of a brand or brand that is easy to remember by the public provides a plus point for the company. In addition, it is implemented with a system to increase the brand through internet media by collaborating on food/beverage delivery services. From the results of the interview, it was found that the relationship between marketing product design and product line and brand management gave good results for the sales of Kopi Go Karawang products

Permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi oleh PT. XYZ adalah masalah kualitas pada benang cotton jenis Ne 40S. Perusahaan saat ini tidak menggunakan metode tertentu untuk memperbaiki kualitas benang cotton Ne 40S. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menggunakan metode Six sigma dengan tahapan DMAIC (Deffine, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) untuk memberikan perbaikan pada PT. XYZ. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya perubahan nilai sigma sebesar 0,185, perubahan DPMO (Defects per million opportunities) sebesar 15.742,926 dan perubahan COPQ (Cost of poor quality) sebesar 30%. Perubahan angka pada penelitian ini menunjukan tahapan DMAIC mampu memberikan usulan yang lebih baik dalam perbaikan kualitas benang cotton Ne 40S.

Kualitas merupakan karakteristik atau nilai yang melekat pada suatu produk, kualitas menjadi faktor utama yang diperhatikan oleh konsumen yang mengonsumsi produk tersebut. Pengendalian kualitas dalam sebuah home industry sangat perlu untuk dilakukan mengingat persaingan kualitas produk sangat ketat pada saat ini, dengan meningkatkan kualitas produk home industry, diharapkan dapat bertahan dan terus meningkatkan posisinya di dalam pasar. Upaya pengendalian kualitas dapat dimulai dengan memperbaiki sistem kerja yang sudah ada menjadi lebih baik lagi. Analisis sistem kerja dapat dilakukan dengan metode seven tools, dengan memperhatikan aspek-aspek 5M+1E (man, money, machine, method, material, dan environment) maka kekurangan-kekurangan sistem kerja pada saat ini dapat diketahui dan diperbaiki. Hasil analisis sistem kerja pada produksi gentong tanah liat menunjukkan bahwa cacat produk yang sering terjadi di home industry ini adalah cacat pada saat penyimpanan produk, pada saat pengeringan, dan pada saat pembakaran. Jumlah cacat produk pada sepuluh hari produksi adalah 32 produk dengan persentase kumulatif sebanyak 5% dari total produksi. Setelah dilakukan analisis, maka perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan meliputi perbaikan manusia, mesin, material, dan metode.
