Abstract

Standardization have moved rapidly following the development of science and technology and the need of trade. So that, to facilitate trade and to protect domestic consumers, we need supply or standards appropriately, such as study of new area of standardization with international standard and SNI development approach. The determination of priority of new area of standardization to be done by analysis the standards growth, use the same ICS, compare with the growth of international standards (ISO & IEC) versus SNI. The growth is measured by the growth curve slope during year 1991-2007, with slope more than 50% is meant high. Several new area of standardization from the study include Information technology, Sinematography, Radiation, and medical laboratorium science.

Abstract

Gerakan 5R (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, Rajin) di PT X sangat berkaitan erat dengan K3 (Keselamatan danKesehatan Kerja) yang sesuai dengan standar OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety AssessmentSeries). Guna mengetahui sejauhmana pengaruhnya terhadap karyawan maka dilakukan analisis penerapanprogram K3/5R di PT X dengan pendekatan standar OHSAS 18001 dan statistik tes U Mann-Whitney sertapengaruhnya pada produktivitas karyawan. Dari hasil analisis produktivitas kerja ternyata setelah penerapan 5Rada pengaruhnya, terlihat dari tes U Mann-Whitney dengan H0 ditolak dan H1Kata kunci: Standar OHSAS 18001, 5R, K3, tes U Mann-Whitney, produktivitasditerima. Dengan demikianpengaruh penerapan 5R cukup besar. Pada saat dimulainya Gerakan 5R terlihat bahwa produktivitas kerjakaryawan naik cukup besar dari Rp. 5,93 juta/karyawan pada tahun ke 6 (Tahun pertama dimulai Gerakan 5)menjadi 10,98 pada tahun ke 7 (Tahun kedua Gerakan 5R) atau naik 85,2%. Demikian pula pada tahun ke 8(Tahun ketiga Gerakan 5R) produktivitas kerja menjadi 20,59 atau naik 87,5% dibandingkan dengan produktivitaskerja tahun ke 7 (Tahun kedua Gerakan 5R)

Abstract

Kemandirian peralatan utama sistem persenjataan (alutsista) pertahanan dan keamanan (hankam) dalam menghadapi kemungkinan darurat perang akibat diembargo mutlak dilakukan, termasuk dalam bahan pelat munisi buatan dalam negeri untuk munisi kaliber kecil 5,56 mm khususnya tipe kode Pindad MU 5TJ sebagai peluru yang paling banyak digunakan di pasukan TNI, satu paket dengan senjata senapan serbu SS1. Percobaan dilakukan terhadap pelat kuningan munisi kaliber 5,56 mm mengikuti persyaratan standar perusahaan yang mengacu pada standar NATO SS 109. Bahan baku: Kawat tembaga super, Zinc Ingot SHG, Nikel Screen, Posphor copper, dan pelat Alumunium. Peleburan tanpa Al sebanyak 80 kg (4 Slab), dan peleburan + Al sebanyak 160 Kg (7 Slab). Hasil karakterisasi uji coba pembuatan pelat kuningan (Cu-Zn 70-30) – Komposisi kimia slab: kandungan kimia Cu masih dalam rentang standar Perusahaan, demikian pula unsur Pb, Fe, Ni, P, Sb, dan Sn masih berada di bawah ambang batas standar perusahaan. Percobaan lain yang dilakukan adalah uji pengerolan, pengamatan metalografi (mikro-struktur) pelat kuningan, pengujian kekerasan pelat kuningan, dan pengujian anil pelat kuningan yang kesemuanya secara umum telah memenuhi persyaratan standar perusahaan yang mengacu pada standar NATO SS 109. Biaya produksi pelat kuningan per kg= Rp 55,838.000/160 kg= Rp 348,987.5, atau Biaya produksi pelat kuningan per lembar= Rp 55,838.000/11 lembar= Rp 5,076,181.8 yang tentunya akan lebih rendah harga dibanding produk impor, karena tidak termasuk biaya transpor dan asuransi dari luar negeri.

Abstract

The study of hospital waste water treatment technology, with choice one of  waste water treatment technology this is activated sludge process, which already common use related to the National Standard of Indonesia (SNI) about environment, especially waste water, and more specifically is activated sludge. These snis are used to compliment of testing from technology of hospital waste water treatment. There for, it is need to be more reinforce the application of SNI so that each the technical regulation don’t want to detail the technical aspect it self. This because to revise the legal regulation is not easy, meanwhile the SNI can be revised anytime we need. We need to continue and to increase cooperation (MOU) between the Ministry of Environment and the National Accreditation Committee (KAN), about the joint assessment accreditation of environment parameters quality laboratory. The good application of technology and standard will have a good impacts for the growth of economic environment equipments industry. From the hospital waste water samples in Jakarta has showed  that the chemical consentrate pollution very fluctuated, e.g.,  BOD 31,52 - 675,33 mg/l, ammoniac 10,79 - 158,73 mg/l, detergent (MBAS) 1,66 - 9,79 mg/l. From the BOD (mg/l) parameter with minimum 31, 52 and maximum 675,33 still include in the BOD parameter, as decree of KLH No 58/95, mentioned that the maximum gradient 75 mg/l, but to see from the mean as 353,43 are far out from the article of  KLH decree.  Key words : Air limbah, lumpur aktif, teknologi, SNI, lingkungan, standardisasi
