Abstract

INTISARIKompetisi siswa berprestasi merupakan ajang setiap tahun untuk para siswa menengah kejuruan dalam unjuk kemampuan mereka dalam bidangnya. Banyaknya siswa dari berbagai jurusan yang mengikuti seleksi lomba kompetensi, sehingga dalam proses seleksi pelaksanaan menjadi kurang optimal dalam segi proses penilaian dan penentuan keputusan akhir. Sehingga diputuskan untuk menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan calon peserta lomba siswa berprestasi yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu sekolah dalam menentukan siswa mana yang layak untuk mengikuti kompetisi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Simple Additive Weighting. Metode ini merupakan metode penjumlahan berbobot. Metode ini membutuhkan proses normalisasi matriks keputusan (x) ke suatu skala yang dapat dibandingkan dengan semua rating alternatif yang ada. Hasil penelitian yaitu berupa perangkingan siswa mana yang cocok sebagai calon peserta lomba. Dalam penelitian ini, siswa yang terpilih yaitu Siswa ketiga dengan nilai akhir perhitungan yaitu 13,5. Sistem yang dibangun pada penelitian ni telah sesuai dengan perhitungan manual sehingga sistem ini dikatakan telah berhasil diterapkan.Kata kunci— kompetisi siswa, Simple Additive Weighting, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan. ABSTRACTOutstanding student competition is an event every year for middle students in demonstrating their abilities in their fields. The number of students from various departments participated in the competency selection process, so that in the implementation selection process it was less than optimal in terms of the assessment process and final decision making. So it was decided to use a decision support system for the selection of outstanding student candidates who could be used to assist schools in determining which students were eligible for the competition. The method used is Simple Additive Weighting. This method is a weighted addition method. This method requires the process of normalizing the decision matrix (x) to a scale that can be compared with all available alternative ratings. The results of the study are in the form of ranking which students are suitable as potential participants. In this study, the selected students were the third student with the final value of the calculation, 13.5. The system built on this research is in accordance with manual calculations so that the system is said to have been successfully implemented.Keywords— student contestants, Simple Additive Weighting, Decision Support System.

Abstract

Peran sales dalam sebuah perusahaan yaitu seseorang yang bertugas untuk melakukan tugas menawarkan, mendistribusikan dan mencari pesanan pelanggan yang berupa produk, termasuk juga mengumpulkan informasi tertentu dari para konsumen. Sehingga tugas sales ini sangat penting dalam pendapatan sebuah perusahaan. Dengan membuat apresiasi setiap bulan berupa tunjangan bonus setiap bulan yang hanya diberikan kepada sales terbaik, maka akan memberikan semangat para sales dalam melakukan promosi dan penjualan terhadap produk pada perusahaan tersebut. Dalam memberikan apresiasi diperlukan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan untuk merangkingkan sales terbaik yang akan dipilih. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity (TOPSIS). Metode ini dirasa mampu untuk merekomendasikan sales terbaik setiap bulannya pada suatu perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa rangking dan selanjutnya akan dibuat rekomendasi untuk sales terbaik yang akan dipilih. Hasil yang didapat pada penelitian menggunakan metode SAW TOPSIS yaitu alternatif C11 terpilih sebagai sales terbaik dengan nilai 0,650 sehingga menjadikan Afandi sales terbaik.Kata Kunci—Sales, SAW, TOPSIS, RangkingThe role of sales in a company is someone who is tasked with the task of offering, distributing and searching for customer’s product order, this is include collecting certain information from customers. So the sales task is very important for earnings of company with monthly appreciation in the form of bonus allowance for the best sales, it is expected to encourage sales to promote and sell the company’s product. In giving appreciation need a decision support system to rank the best sales to be chosen. This research will discuss about the implementation of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity (TOPSIS) method. This method is considered capable of recommending the best sales every month for a company. The results of this research are in the form of ranking and recommendations will then be made for the best sales to be selected. The research result using SAW and TOPSIS method is the alternative C11 is choose as the best sales with score 0.650 and made Affandi as the best sales.Keywords—Sales, SAW, TOPSIS, Ranking

Abstract

Tickle Hotel merupakan hotel yang berada di kota Yogyakarta. Hotel ini memiliki standarisasi hotel berbintang 2 dan pastinya memiliki sistem yang telah terkomputerisasi. Akan tetapi masih banyak permasalahan didalam sistemnya terutama untuk sistem reservasi. Pada kegiatan pengolahan data hotel, basis data yang ada pada sistem ini belum mengikuti standar basis data yang baik sehingga masih banyak mengalami redudansi data yang menyebabkan penggunaan memori yang terlalu banyak. Oleh karena itu peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan Analisis Sistem Reservasi Hotel Tickle dalam penerapannya untuk menunjang konsep Smart City dan melakukan pembenahan basis data yang mampu mengolah data dari proses data pemesanan kamar, data resto, dan data room service, yang  selanjutnya  data  dan  informasi yang  diperoleh  akan  disimpan  di dalam database, selanjutnya akan cetak dalam bentuk laporan, untuk pemilihan Database Management System (DBMS) menggunakan MySQL. Abstract

Bagi PT. Eratel Prima, canvasser merupakan ujung tombak dalam suatu perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang pendistribusian produk indosat. Perusahaan ini mengandalkan modal dari Indosat sehingga penilaian Key Performance Indicator sangat penting untuk perusahaan ini. Canvasser sangatlah berpengaruh pada penilaian KPI ini. Sebagai ujung tombak perusahaan, tentu sangat penting untuk memelihara konsistensi dari kinerja canvasser. Untuk memberikan semangat pada canvasser, maka perusahaan memberikan apresiasi berupa bonus setiap bulan bagi canvasser yang memiliki kinerja terbaik. Dalam proses penilaian canvasser terbaik dilakukan oleh Head of Marketing. Namun, proses penilaian masih dilakukan secara penilaian masih subjektif dan tidak relevan dengan situasi aktual. Selain itu, proses penilaian masih manual sehingga membutuhkan waktu lama untuk melakukan pengolahan data. Hal inilah yang menjadi latar belakang untuk membuat sebuah sistem guna memilih canvasser terbaik Metode pengambilan keputusan yang digunakan adalah metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Metode ini digunakan untuk menentukan nilai pembobotan setiap kriteria, yang kemudian dilakukan proses peringkat untuk menentukan alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif. Hasil perhitungan akhir dari sistem dan hasil perhitungan manual menunjukkan hasil yang sama dengan menggunakan 10 canvasser yang dinilai, dan canvasser mendapat nilai tertinggi yaitu Eko dengan nilai 18.6667 yang terpilih untuk menjadi canvasser terbaik.AbstractFor PT. Eratel Prima, Canvasser is a company’s spearhead for indosat product distribution. Indosat as the investor of this company require a good evaluation of Key Performance Indicator (KPI). Canvasser’s role is very influential for KPI score. As a company’s spearhead, it is very important to maintenance the consistency of canvasser performance. To encourage their spirit, the company give a monthly reward in the form of bonuses for a canvasser with the best performance. The assessment process done by the Head of Marketing. But this assessment process done with manual method and for data process require more time.  In addition, the assessment is still subjective and not relevant with actual situation. Based on this problem, it needed a system to select the best canvasser. The used method for decision support system is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW).  This method used to determine the weighting value of each criterion, and then carried out a ranking process to determine the best alternative from a number of alternatives. The result of this research are the ranking and further recommendation for the best canvasser.

Abstract

The implementation of online-based applications is deemed necessary to assist teachers as one of the supporting applications in e-learning. Based on the results of interview, observation, and implementation of community service activity carried out by Lecturers of STMIK Palangka Raya was very enthusiastically welcomed by the teachers at Miftahul Jannah Schools Palangka Raya. The application applied in the activity was Zoom. The implementation of this application is one of the teachers’ efforts in their professionalism to improve the quality of learning. The assistance in using the Zoom application in this service activity aims to increase teachers understanding in using it as a means of teaching and learning. The methods used in community service activity were practice, lectures, and demonstrations. These methods used to reduce the obstacles which have been problem for teachers in using application for teaching online. As the result, from the carried out activity, the participants, teachers, can apply the Zoom application starting from downloading, installing, and accessing it.

Abstract

The concept that an important information cannot be known by parties who don’t have rights can be done by making the confidentiality of data using cryptography. Safety in vigenere ciphers depends on the number of keys used, the more the number of keys, the wider the key space. While caesar cipher or often also called caesar code is a classic coding system based on simple substitution. This study uses a combination of Vigenere Cipher and Caesar Cipher algorithms so that the security of the contents of the message is protected stronger and safer so that if the message sent is tapped by someone who is not responsible then the hijacker has difficulty knowing contents of the message. So that the confidentiality and authenticity of message is up to the recipient In this study successfully implemented both methods and has an output in the form of a reading symbol, not letters.

Abstract

Taletan Ijo is an online shop that sells fruit seeds. In carrying out its business processes, he utilizes a sales information system. The system is used to manage sales data. If the data is not used, it will lead to accumulation of data but lack of information. Taletan ijo uses the manual method in its product marketing strategy so that the strategy used is not quite right. Stored sales transaction data can be used as a reference in making marketing strategies such as making product sales packages. This study uses data mining methods, namely associations with a priori algorithms to process transaction data into information that can help support decisions in determining marketing strategies. The results of the study show that the lift ratio test results obtained are 3.2 which indicates that the value is valid with a minimum number of transactions of 10 and a confidence value of 80.

Abstract

The rapid and widespread dissemination of information currently affects the tourism sector. One tourist area that is quite widely discussed is the Mandalika Circuit. Twitter is one platform that provides comments related to the Mandalika Circuit. The amount of information related to the Mandalika Circuit is currently not being utilized properly by managers (government or private). It causes many topics related to the Mandalika Circuit that are currently trending, and public sentiment regarding the Mandalika Circuit is unknown to the government or private sector. Ignorance can result in delays in decision making which can harm the manager. To overcome this problem, research on sentiment analysis and topic modeling related to the Mandalika Circuit was carried out. The sentiment analysis method used is SVM and for modeling using LDA. Based on the results of the sentiment analysis, 1500 tweets were obtained before doing the pre-processing process, thus getting a dataset of 500 tweets divided into 398 positive and 102 negative tweets. So it can be concluded that more Twitter users give positive than negative responses to the Mandalika Circuit. The test results show that the SVM algorithm can classify sentiment toward the Mandalika Circuit well, as indicated by the measurement of the performance of the SVM algorithm, namely 87% accuracy, 77% precision, 84.81% recall, and 98.52% specificity. These results also show that the F1 Score compares the average precision and recall, which is weighted at 80.72%.

Abstract

Video editing pada saat ini diperlukan di berbagai instansi, salah satunya pada KPU Kota Palangka Raya. Tujuan dari kegiatan pelatihan ini yaitu mempermudah para peserta dalam memahami berbagai keperluan untuk video editing. Pelatihan video editing dapat diterapkan oleh peserta dalam tugas dan pekerjaan, seperti untuk mendukung sosialisasi yang berhubungan dengan Pemilu. Tidak hanya itu, video juga untuk penyampaian kegiatan, sosialisasi, maupun promosi yang diadakan oleh KPU Kota Palangka Raya agar dapat tersampaikan ke masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu ceramah, demonstrasi, dan praktik. Masing-masing dari metode sangat berkaitan karena untuk memaksimalkan hasil dari pelatihan tersebut. Hasil dari pelatihan ini yaitu peserta dapat membuat dan menerapkan penggunaan software video editing,yaitu Canva. Tidak hanya itu, peserta juga dapat mendistribusikan hasil video melalui media sosial. Dampak dari kegiatan pelatihan ini yaitu peserta dapat mengimplementasikan pelatihan video editing dengan mudah dan dapat berkreasi sesuai kebutuhan.

Abstract

K-Means algorithm as a method of grouping a set of data. The purpose of this study is to find out the use of the K-Means algorithm for outgoing mail data. The method used in this study focuses on the K-Means method. The grouping data used is 284 outgoing mail data at the STMIK Palangkaraya Informatics Engineering Study Program. Outgoing mail data is grouped into two groups, namely staffing and academic administration. Grouping based on letter number, status of recipient of letter, subject of letter. Steps in the K-Means algorithm result two iterations because there is a group movement that occurs, namely there is a movement from one group to another because the value of the object function changes. The iteration can be stopped in 2nd iteration because the object function change value is below the given threshold value, which is 0.1 and there is no group movement in the data used. Two iterations that have occurred, it shows a decrease in the value of changes in object function and data transfer in group locations.
