Abstract

School partners indicated that there were several problems, namely that there were still students who did not understand how to interpret resistivity geoelectrical data. This is due to the limited facilities and infrastructure as well as teaching staff in supporting the learning process in schools. The purpose of this PkM is to prepare students' abilities as early as possible so that they can understand how to interpret resistivity geoelectrical data before entering the world of work in geology and mining. Another thing is that school partners can more easily and effectively teach the interpretation of resistivity data using the geoelectric method in the teaching and learning process in schools.. The method used in achieving the objectives is a questionnaire (pretest and posttest) with descriptive statistical analysis, lectures (presentations) and discussions as well as field practice. The results of the analysis showed an increase in students' ability in the acquisition of geoelectric resistivity data after attending the training. Prior to participating in the training, 70% of students had the ability to acquire geoelectric resistivity data in the Poor category. However, after participating in the training, the students' abilities increased to Excellent (55%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru madrasah. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, yang menekankan pada pengujian teori melalui pengukuran variabel penelitian dengan angka dan memerlukan analisis data dengan prosedur statistik. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang di bagikan kepada guru Madrasah di Kabupaten Maros yang diklasifikasikan didasarkan pada jenis kelamin, usia dan pendidikan terakhir. Pengaruh langsung kemampuan (X1) dan motivasi kerja (Y1) terhadap kinerja guru (Y2), untuk mengetahui nilai dari pengaruh langsung kemampuan terhadap kinerja guru dapat dilihat dari nilai koefisien yaitu sebesar 0,135 dan bernilai positif. Adapun tingkat probabilitas signifikansinya (P-Value) = 0,023 < 0,050. Dengan demikian kemampuan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru Madrasah di Kabupaten Maros.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview of how large the level of implementation of the International Safety Management Code (ISM-Code) is in shipping companies and on ships operating in these companies, and to analyze how they affect the company's operations. The object of this research is a cruise ship company in Makassar, namely PT. Dillah Samudera. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, where the analysis technique uses two kinds of data, namely primary data which is data obtained through questionnaire interviews and secondary data which is data obtained through literature and documents from companies and related agencies. The results obtained are the level of implementation of the ISM-Code on ships operated by PT. Dillah Samudera obtained an average (mean) according to the scale of 2.21 or 73.67%. As well as implementing the ISM-Code for PT. Ocean Dillah is an average of 2.89 or 96.33%. So it can be determined that the ISM-Code requirements for PT. Most of these Dillah Samudera have complied with the requirements of the ISM-Code. Keywords; Implementation; ISM-Code; Shipping companies

Abstract

Research and implementation has been carried out which aims to determine the profile of interactive presentation media for cadets at the Indonesian Maritime Academy AIPI Makassar which is valid, determine of the lecturer's assessment of the applied presentation media, determine the cadets' response to the applied presentation media. The developed media was validated by two experts consisting of material experts and applied experts. The sample in this study consisted of practitioners who were Applied Physics lecturers as many as 2 people and second semester of cadets at the Indonesian Maritime Academy AIPI, totaling 35 Cadets. The development procedure uses the four-D (4-D) model which consists of defining, designing, and developing stages. The defining stage includes beginning-end analysis, learner analysis, concept analysis, goal specification. The design stage includes media selection, initial design. At the development stage, validation by experts was carried out and revised so as to obtain results that were suitable for use. The results showed that the interactive presentation media and learning tools for Applied Physics courses developed were declared valid so that they were feasible to use in the RPS, the lecturer's assessment of interactive presentation media showed that both practitioners agreed that the media developed was feasible to use and met the indicators related to media assessment, students' responses to interactive presentation media obtained very good responses
