Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in physics student learning achievement which using the worksheet oriented thinking abilityinductive with deductive. This research is experimental research (quasy experimental design). The study population was all students of class X in SMKN 3 Mataram with the study sample consisted of two classes, X GEO B and X TSM B. X GEO B class taught using worksheet  oriented thinking ability inductive and X TSM B class taught using worksheet oriented thinking ability deductive. Instruments in this study using multiple-choice test. The results of post-test data analysis obtained the average value of the two classes of samples is 81.27 (X GEO B) and 72.25 (X TSM B) so obtained tcount = 3.56, while ttable = 2.00 at significance level of 5% so that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) accepted. These results show that there are differences in physics learning outcomes of students who use the worksheet oriented thinking ability inductive with deductive.

THE EFFECT OF THE LEARNING HABIT AND  THE PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT ON THE LEARNING RESULT IN DOCUMENT MULTIPLICATION HANDLING SUBJECT MATTER OF THE STUDENTS IN GRADE XI OF THE OFFICE ADMINISTRATION PROGRAM OF VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL WIKARYA OF KARANGANYAR IN ACADEMIC YEAR 2012/2013. Skripsi: The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sebelas Maret University Surakarta, July 2013.The objectives of this research are to investigate: (1) whether or not there is a significant effect of the learning habit on the learning result in Document Multiplication Handling subject matter of the students in Grade XI of the Office Administration Program of Vocational High School Wikarya of Karanganyar in Academic Year 2012/2013; (2) whether or not there is a significant effect of the physical environment on the learning result in Document Multiplication Handling subject matter of the students in Grade XI of the Office Administration Program of Vocational High School Wikarya of Karanganyar in Academic Year 2012/2013; and (3) whether or not there is a simultaneously significant effect of the learning habit and the physical environment on the learning result in Document Multiplication Handling subject matter of the students in Grade XI of the Office Administration Program of Vocational High School Wikarya of Karanganyar in Academic Year 2012/2013.This research used the descriptive quantitative research method. The population of the research was all of the students in Grade XI of the Office Administration Program of Vocational High School Wikarya of Karanganyar in Academic Year 2012/2013 as many as 91students. The samples of the research consisted of 51 students and were taken by using the proportionate random sampling technique. The data of the research were gathered through questionnaire and documentation. They were then analyzed by using the multiple linear regression technique of analysis.The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a significant effect of the learning habit on the learning result in Document Multiplication Handling subject matter of the students in Grade XI of the Office Administration Program of Vocational High School Wikarya of Karanganyar in Academic Year 2012/2013 as indicated by the value of rcount = 0.506 > that of rtable= 0.276 at the significance level of 5% ; (2) there is a significant effect of the physical environment on the learning result in Document Multiplication Handling subject matter of the students in Grade XI of the Office Administration Program of Vocational High School Wikarya of Karanganyar in Academic Year 2012/2013 as shown by the value of rcount = 0.484 > that of rtable= 0.276 at the significance level of 5%; and (3) there is a simultaneously significant effect of the learning habit and the physical environment on the learning result in Document Multiplication Handling subject matter of the students in Grade XI of the Office Administration Program of Vocational High School Wikarya of Karanganyar in Academic Year 2012/2013 pointed out by the value of Fcount = 15.742 > that of rtable= 3.191 at the significance level of 5%.The multiple linear regression equation is ? = 26.769 + 0.547 X1 + 0.424 X2. The simultaneous contribution of the independent variables on the dependent variable (R2) is 39.6%. The relative contribution of the learning habit to the learning result is 52.85%, and that of the physical environment to the learning result is 47.15%. In addition, the effective contribution of the learning habit to the learning result is 20.93%, and that of the physical environment to the learning result is 18.68%.Keywords: Learning habit, physical environment, and learning result.

Abstract

Translating English songs into Javanese language both semantically and emotionally presents a challenge to translators because regional differences always limits some linguistic and cultural aspects. Here, Pentul Kustik band attempts to provide a good English-Javanese song translation that can help Javanese people to understand the song and popularize it. Low’s Pentathlon Approach (2005) highlights several unique aspects of translating lyrics, which cover the elements of singability, sense, naturalness, rhythm, and rhyme. This study uses Low’s theory and assesses the quality of English-Javanese translation of song lyrics The object of this study is 15 English-Javanese song translation by Pentul Kustik Band. There are 328 data analyzed. The result shows that 223 data (68.09%) are considered singable and 105 data (32.02%) are considered less singable. In the aspect of sense, 142 data(46.30%) were considered having less accurate sense, while 186% data (53.70%) having accurate sense. In addition, 252 data (78.02%) are found to be natural and only 71 data (22.08%) are said to be less natural. The rhythm analysis indicates 123 data (37.50%) uses addition, 115 data (35.06%) uses reduction and 90 data(27.44%) preserves the original syllable numbers. The rhymes found in this study have 3 patterns. First, the translator replicates the sound and the pattern of the original song rhyme into the translated version. Second, the translator preserves the pattern of the original rhyme but modifies the sound used in the translated version. Third, some translations are found as half-rhymed or unrhymed free verses.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan pengaruh dari model pembelajaran take and give pada mata pelajaran fisika pokok bahasan vektor kelas X MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Madapangga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Madapangga yang berjumlah 224 siswa, sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kelas X MIPA 2 sebagai kelas kontrol sebanyak 32 siswa dan kelas X MIPA 3 sebagai kelas ekperimen berjumlah 32 siswa. Dalam pengumpulan data penulis menggunakan pretest dan posttest yang terdiri dari 8 soal esay, dalam menganalisis data penulis menggunakan uji-t. Hasil dari perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa nilai t-test lebih rendah dari nilai t-tabel, sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa model pembelajaran take and give berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X MIPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Madapangga tahun pelajaran 2018/2019

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada olahraga tradisional sebagai alat untuk membantu proses pembelajaran penjas, olahraga tradisional pada dasarnya merupakan permainan rakyat pada jaman dahulu, kemudian banyak sekali manfaat dari permainan tradisional tersebut mulai dari aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik, untuk itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh permainan tradisional terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode experimental dengan One-Grup Prettest-posttest design. Populasi dan sampel yaitu SDN 32 Mataram dengan Jumalah sampel 25 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling teknik pengumpulan data ini menggunakan angket motivasi belajar. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan t-test: paired two sample for means. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh permainan olahraga tradisional terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Dengan Nilai t-hitung > t table (-3,441>2,262) maka keputusan Ha diterima dan H ditolak. Jadi terdapat perbedaan tingkat motivasi siswa sebelum dan sesudah mendapat perlakuan olahraga tradisional.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kelayakan bahan ajar fisika berbasis PBL (Problem Based Learning) pada pokok bahasan Listrik Dinamis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang menggunakan lima langkah awal metode Borg dan Gall, yaitu penelitian dan pengumpulan data, perencanaan, pengembangan draf produk, uji coba, dan revisi hasil uji coba. Kelayakan diukur dengan menggunakan uji validasi oleh tim ahli materi (dosen Fisika) dan pengguna bahan ajar (guru Fisika Madrasah Aliyah NW Kota Raja Kec. Sikur Lombok Timur).dan uji keterbacaan oleh siswa. Hasil validasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar fisika berbasis PBL (Problem Based Learning) dan penanaman nilai-nilai kewirausahaan pada pokok bahasan listrik dinamis mem-peroleh nilai rata-rata 3,57 yang berarti layak. Bahan ajar ini perlu dilakukan per-baikan berdasarkan saran dan kritik dari tim validator. Bahan ajar fisika ini belum dapat digunakan untuk pembelajaran di kelas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disarankan untuk melakukan penelitian pengembangan lebih lanjut terhadap bahan ajar fisika tersebut dengan melakukan kajian eksperimen dan uji coba yang lebih luas, sehingga di-peroleh bahan ajar fisika berbasis PBL (Problem Based Learning) dan penanaman nilai-nilai kewirausahaan pada pokok bahasan listrik dinamis yang teruji validitasnya secara empiris dan siap digunakan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan miniatur pada materi gaya terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII semester 2 SMPN 15 Mataram. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan model desain Randomized Posttest-Only Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMPN 15 Mataram. Sampel yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas VIIIK yang berjumlah 39 orang sebagai kelas kontrol dan siswa kelas VIIIA yang berjumlah 42 orang sebagai kelas eksperimen yang diambil dengan teknik random sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan memberikan tes akhir kepada siswa kelas sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan tes objektif yang telah diuji validitas, reliabilitas, daya pembeda, dan taraf kesukarannya. Berdasarkan data hasil tes akhir menunjukkan rata-rata kelas eksperimen sebesar 73,45 dan kelas kontrol sebesar 53,65 tes akhir siswa kelas sampel dianalisis menggunakan uji-t. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji-t diperoleh thitung sebesar 4,107 dan ttabel 1,99. Didapatkan thitung lebih besar dari ttabel pada taraf kesalahan 5% dan dk sebesar 77 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari penggunaan miniatur pada materi gaya terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII semester 2 SMPN 15 Mataram tahun pelajaran 2011/2012
