Abstract

Abstract. Studies on polygamy is never finished, theres always pro and contra, in this study, the study of polygamy is focused on the study of law, fiqh study, and the study of hadith, and the view of some contemporary scholars on the issue of polygamy. Although just a description of the polygamy of the various rules, at the point of importance is the authors attitude towards the phenomenon of polygamy in Indonesia. Normative law that gives firmness in social life becomes important in this study. Normative approach is very thick in this paper, because the data used is based on a normative study. Regardless of the normative approach in this study to be one consideration in completing pro and contra on polygamy issues.Kata Kunci: Poligami, Hukum Islam, sarjana hukum Islam.

Abstract

Sebuah interpretasi dan pemahaman selalu berdasarkankondisi sosial, politik, dan budaya mereka. Al Misbahadalah salah satu penafsiran Alquran modern Indonesiayang terkenal yang ditulis oleh M. Quraish Shihab. Artikelini berhubungan dengan pemikiran Quraish tentangperempuan melalui tafsirnya. Tulisan Ini menyimpulkanbahwa Quraisy membuat interpretasi kuno, tapi ia tidakmenyangkal adanya interpretasi baru. Ia membangunjembatan dan alur rantai sehingga interpretasi sensitif jender dapat dipertimbangkan dalam penafsiran masadepan. Pembaharuan ini mengalami kemajuan perlahandan pasti, dapat dibuktikan dengan tidak adanyapenolakan dalam penafsiran ketika ia menafsirkan ayat-ayat tentang wanita dan isu-isu gender.Kata kunci: Penafsiran Qur’an, Al-Misbah, Ayat Gender

Abstract

This research is library research that discusses the thought of Ibn Hazm. This research focuses on the study of the methodology of ijtihad of Ibn Hazm. One of the themes of ijtihad of Ibn Hazm  can still, up to the present, be considered is his concept on social assurance.  Ibn Hazm is the follower of the School of Ẓairiyyah who emphasizes more on text of the reality and in some matters rejects qiyas. Therefore, his thought on social assurance  is of importance to study. This research studies the method of ijtihād of Ibn Hazm, his istidlāl and the influence of the School of Zhairiyyah on his ijtihad as well as his istinbāṭ  or  ijtihād on social assurance  for the haves not. Ibn Hazm possesses liberal interpretation to  social assurance. Therefore, his thought on social assurance is of importance to study, particularly when related to the development of the contemporary Islamic Law and to the BPJS that currently grows   in Indonesia.Kata Kunci : Ẓahiriiyah, Ibnu Hazm, Ijtihad, BPJS.

Abstract

This article examines the patterns of M. Quraish Shihab’s interpretation in his work Tafsir Al-Misbah. From the beginning it appears that Tafsir al-Misbah uses multidipliner approach in assessing and interpreting the Koran.  So that, it is can be concluded that M. Quraish Shihab is subjectivist position. It can be seen from his styles of interpretation  often strengthened by historical data as the data interpretation or sometimes data cited from other holy scriptures such as  Gospel and  the Book of the Law. The later is cited to use as a comparison  in order to strengthen his interpretation argument over the verses of Quran . Nowadays,  these types of interpretation effort are quite influential in understanding the Quran. although the progression of the new interpretation is measured based on the ability of the developing  community.Kata Kunci:        Corak, quasi-Obyektifis Tradisionalis, Obyektifis, quasi Obyektifis Modernis

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan riset lapangan. Tema yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah keberagamaan inklusif anak usia dini di keluarga Ahmadiyah Manislor, Kuningan, Jawa Barat. Ada tiga hal yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini yaitu konsep keberagamaan inklusif, pendidikan anak usia dini dalam keluarga Ahmadiyah Manislor Kuningan Jawa Barat serta implementasi keberagamaan inklusif AUD pada masyarakat tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis isi untuk menjelaskan konsep keberagamaan inklusif anak usia dini dan pendekatan fenomenologi untuk memotret toleransi keberagamaan anak usia dini pada keluarga tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Konsep keberagamaan inklusif anak usia dini dapat dibangun melalui pembentukan identitas anak. (2) Pendidikan anak usia dini keluarga Ahmadiyah Manislor dilakukan melalui pembiasaan, pengenalan konsep cintai semua dan tak ada satupun yang dibenci, dialog dan penanaman jiwa sosial. (3) Implementasi keberagamaan inklusif keluarga Ahmadiyah Manislor dilakukan dengan toleransi, pembentukan identitas dan pemenuhan kebutuhan anak. This field research basically explore inclusive religiosity of early childhood among Ahmadiyah families at Manislor Kuningan West Java. In this study, there are three research questions dealt with the concept of inclusive diversity for early childhood, the tolerance education within the Ahmadiyah families and the implementation of religious tolerance for early childhood in Ahmadiyah families at Manislor Kuningan West Java. This study uses content analysis approach to explain the concept of inclusive diversity of early childhood and phemenology approach to photographing religious tolerance within their family. The results of this research are: (1) The concept of inclusive diversity for early childhood based on self identity building. (2) Tolerance education for children within Ahmadiya families at Manislor done through attitude, spirit “Love for All and Hatred for None, dialog and social life building. (3) The implementation of religious tolerance for early childhood in ahmadiyya families at Manislor through tolerance, self identity building and meeting children basic needs.

Abstract

This research is based on library research. In this study wanted to discuss the theme of the Qur'an and Early Childhood Education son, al-Qur’an as a source and a philosophy of life, in this study there are three questions how the Koran speaks of early childhood education , secondly, how the education of children in the family, using content analysis the authors tried to find in depth on the theme of early childhood education in the verses of the Qur'an, so the results of his research is the first, the child knows the concept of early childhood education in al-Qur 'an, both knowing pendidikana children in the family.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian berbasis library research, dalam penelitian ini ingin membahas tentang tema al-Qur’an dan Pendidikan anak Usia Dini, al-Quran sebagai sumber dan falsafah kehidupan, dalam penelitian ini ada tiga pertanyaan bagaimana al-Quran berbicara pendidikan anak usia dini, kedua, bagaimana pendidikan anak dalam keluarga,dengan menggunakan konten analisis penulis mencoba mencari secara mendalam tentang tema pendidikan anak usia dini dalam ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an, sehingga hasil penelitiannya adalah pertama, mengetahui konsep pendidikan anak Usia Dini dalam al-Qur’an, kedua mengetahui pendidikana anak dalam keluarga.

Abstract

The article is a discussion on the brain, which consists of the left and right hemispheres. It focuses on the cross functioning of right and left brains by showing the connection between the two as well as uncovering the functions of the brain elements for the early early childhood learning. It argues that in education, the brains have three different functions, i.e. the rational (IQ), the emotional (EQ), and and the spiritual (SQ). In neurosains, playing can stimulate the rational brain activation (IQ), singing (i.e. musics and arts) can stimulate the emotional brain activation (EQ), and story-telling can stimulate the spiritual brain activation (SQ). In addition, quantum learning, which is a strategy to employ motivation, to grow interests, and to build active learning, is closely connected with the brain performance.Keywords: Brain, Quantum Learning, Early Childhood Learning
