Latar belakang. Banyaknya Fakultas kedokteran yang ada di Indonesia dengan berbagai macam metode pembelajaran memerlukan standarisasi nasional untuk para lulusannya. Program Studi pendidikan Dokter (PSPD) Fakultas Kedokteran (FK) Universitas Tanjungpura telah meluluskan dokter yang diharapkan memiliki standar yang sama dengan dokter-dokter lulusan FK lain. Indeks prestasi merupakan salah satu komponen kemajuan atau prestasi belajar. Tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara IPK dan nilai UKDI dokter lulusan UNTAN. Metode. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik cross sectional yang dilakukan selama bulan Agustus 2011 di Prodi Pendidikan Dokter FKIK UNTAN. Analisis univariat dilakukan untuk melihat frekwensi dan analisis bivariat digunakan untuk melihat kekuatan hubungan dan signifikansi hubungan menggunakan korelasi Spearman. Hasil. Tiga puluh satu dokter angkatan 2005(angkatan pertama) ikut dalam penelitian ini, dengan catatan 11 dokter lulus pada bulan November 2010, 5 dokter pada bulan Januari 2011 dan 15 dokter pada bulan juni 2011. Terdapat penurunan rerata IPK dan rerata UKDI dari setiap periode. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan cukup kuat antara IPK dan nilai UKDI Kesimpulan. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara IPK dan nilai UKDI Kata kunci : Indeks Prestasi, Uji Kompetensi Dokter Indonesia

The aging process is degenerative that will result in physical changes, cognitive, spiritual and psycho-social.The Changes that emerges is a psychological stressor in the elderly that will result in psychological problems such as depression.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of laughter therapy on the level of depression in the elderly in nursing homes MojopahitMojokerto.The study design that used here is the pre-experiment with design One-Group Pre-Post Test Design.Overall elderly population who live in the orphanage until 44 become the samples of 24 elderly taken by purposive sampling.The independent variable of laughter therapy and dependent one levels on depression in the elderly.The data were taken using questionnaire that is used before and after laugh therapy.After all the data was collected and statistical test was processed followed by a Wilcoxon sign test SPSS17, the results showed Asymp.Sig value (2-tailed) of 0.014 and α of 0.05.Because Asymp.Sig value (2-tailed) <α 0.05 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means there is the effect of laughter therapy on the level of depression in the elderly.In some old depression is a psychological problem that will affect quality of life. Senior citizens are often need to be handling intervention psychological depression. Laughter therapy is an effective therapy because with given therapy laugh citizens can develop ability to communicate and intimacy in relationships with each other to citizens.Keywords:Depression, elderly, laughter therapy

Family support is crucial used by individuals to solve the problem, an effective family will help people to get good social interaction. Family support has been linked to an individuals response in the face of leprosy. The purpose of the study was to determine Relationships With Family Support Social Interaction In Hamlet source Glagah Tanjung Kenongo District Pacet Mojokerto. Design analytical research with cross sectional approach. Existing population leper families in the hamlet of the village of Tanjung Kenongo source Glagah Mojokerto District Pacet many as 180 people to obtain a sample of 45 people were taken by cluster random sampling. Independent variable and the dependent variable family support social interactions in patients with leprosy. The data were taken using a questionnaire. The number of elderly is increasing, so the elderly with various changes in both the biological, social, cultural, economic, health, and psychology of the most vulnerable groups with variety of mental and behavioral problems, namely depression. Social support can affect the incriedence of depression in the elderly. Purpose of this study was to defermined the incidence of depression in elderly on Suwaluh Village Balong Bendo District Sidoarjo. Therefore it is necessary to know whether there is social support or not, that can affect depression in elderly. This research use, a correlational analytic design with cross sectional approach. The population is all elderly which in Suwaluh Village, which is about 45 elderly, and who included in criteria to studied was 25 elderly. Data collection using support questionnaires and GDS (Geriatric Depression Scale). The results showed that elderly who get social support as many 17 respondents (68%), and who experienced mild depression as many as 12 respondents (32%). Spearman rho test result, obtain ed a value p (0,291) > α (0,005) means that Ho accepted.Results of research which states that there is no relationship of social support on depression in the elderly because it is not consistent with the theory. The presence of social support, the elderly can become depressed because think of negative things about the environment too much. Occurrence of depression experienced by the elderly could also be due to stay at home. The analysis unit ofÂ this research is the OmbofÂ Yogyakarta Special Region with the interviewed research subjects such as the Head, InstitutioSocialization, Cooperation, and Networking Unit, and Socialization Executive Assistant. The findingshows that the establishment ofÂ The Governor Regulation Number 69 Year 2014 about the OrganizProcedure ofÂ the Ombudsman Institution ofÂ Yogyakarta Special Region causes the incorporation of Regional Ombudsman Institution (LOD) and the Private Ombudsman Institution (LOS), to be a singlas the Ombudsman Institution ofÂ Yogyakarta Special Region and it was started in 2015. There are many factor which constrain UKSS developing, amongst those teacher has had commitment and care to perform that program, medium the limited and prasarana, and UKSS energy that was coached. To the effect this research is subject to be identify Trias UKSs Performing at SMA PGRI 1 Mojokertos City. Observational design descriptive statistic with approaching cross sectional . Its population is exhaustive student as much 175 students and are taken 122 students as meenggunakans sample cluster random is sampling . This observational variable is Trias UKSs performing. Trias UKSs performing data is gathered by use of kuisioner Andrian Dargo S. is data further at o and analysed by descriptive statistic. menunjukans observational result plays favorites respondent to declare for Trias UKSs Performing at SMA PGRI 1 City Mojokerto is good as much 65 reponden (53,3%),adequately 28 (23%) and reducing 29 (23,8%). Its reducing is Trias UKSs performing caused by its reducing UKSS management, its reducing is facility, skills reducing is governing UKS and its reducing service program. The phenomenon of health data presentation in the central statistical agency or health department, still presented by deskripitif statistical form. Health research is still limited by correlation analysis. Theories and models in the health departement generally can be formulating using which construct can’t be measured or observed directly, so there is variables unobserved and variables observed. Usually, the analysis used is multiple regression analysis. This analysis only observed the direct influence on the response variable. Structural equation modeling is an alternative option to solve the problem if the research variables is a unobserved variable. This research purpose use validity and reliability of the survey data that influence health status and the determination of the structural model and the goodness of fit of the survey data factors that affect health status. This research is non-reactive research by use of secondary data, that is data of East Java health department. Validity and reliability of the indicators can measure constructs significantly manifest latent exogenous variables and endogenous latent variable with loading factor / λ> 0.5 and construct reliability values> 0.6. Causality interaction variables formed by latent product is health care, health behaviors and health resources that influence the health status line parameter coefficient> 0.5, p-value <0.05 at significance level α = 5%. Result of this research, expected to contribute for the development of science, such as : (1) considerations to setting health policy and health promotion to preventive & improve health status (2) Guidance to creating health modeling.Keywords : structural equation modeling, health status.
