Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the internship program for link and match between universities and the industrial world. This study uses a qualitative method based on the assumption that qualitative research emphasizes the nature of naturalism, meaning that the emerging reality becomes the study material in this study so that the object of research and problems regarding the analysis of the effectiveness of the internship program for synchronizing link and match universities with the business world of the industrial world will be disclosed. in detail and depth. Researchers also do not give treatment or treatment to the object, so that the object is left as it is in its original condition. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the internship carried out was assessed by the company and the student interns as having been effective, lack of technical skills (computers and operating facilities), soft skills (communication, adaptation, interaction, work discipline) and the need to improve technical skills such as operating computers, English, soft skills such as communication, discipline, ethics and adaptation and interaction.Keywords: link and match, internship, effectiveness

Abstract

MICE Management consists of event research, event design, event planning, event coordination, and event evaluation, it makes us possible to organize the MICE event. MICE tourism (meeting, incentive, convention, exhibition) or better known as convention tourism has a very large multiplier effect because it can increase economic income and drive other industrial sectors related to the MICE tourism. Industries that will be directly affected by the MICE industry include the hotel industry, the hall supply industry, the restaurant industry and the sound system rental industry. The SUN Hotel and Aston Hotel are among the hotels that provide MICE facilities in the city of Madiun. The hotel has three and four star qualifications with a number of meetingrooms and ballrooms equipped with the necessary equipment and human resources. How and what is the function of the meeting room and ballroom and HR configuration of these two hotels in Madiun City. The conclusions of this study are; The implementation of MICE management at SUN Hotel Madiun based on the results of the analysis of observations, interviews and questionnaires has been done 'well' from all respondents totaling 14 people, over 70% answered agree and strongly agree. Likewise at Aston Hotel Madiun, over 84% answered agreed and strongly agreed.

Abstract

Facilities and infrastructure is one of the main things in the company. Facilities and infrastructure are sometimes identical to the facilities that have been provided or will be provided. Especially in private companies such as Jawa Timur Park Group, which is engaged in providing Meeting Incentive Convention Exhibition (MICE) services. The development of MICE infrastructure aims to improve the quality of the company in accordance with the plan. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the development of MICE Facilities and Infrastructure in Jawa Timur Park Group, especially Jawa Timur Park 3. The method used was descriptive qualitative with primary and secondary data sources, the data were obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data was tested by triangulation of techniques and sources. The results obtained indicate that the development of MICE facilities and infrastructure in East Java Park 3 Batu includes (1) basic facilities, (2) complementary facilities, (3) supporting facilities, (4) economic infrastructure, (5) social infrastructure, and (6 ) tourism infrastructure. The development of facilities and infrastructure to support MICE activities is carried out by considering the needs and convenience of visitors and minimizing the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, through health protocol facilities. The development of facilities and infrastructure will continue to be carried out considering that there is still a lot of potential that East Java Park 3 Batu has.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to explain the effect of City Branding (X1) on Visiting Decisions (Y); City Image (X2) Against Visiting Decisions (Y); Decision to Visit (Y) on Interest in Revisiting (Z) ; City Branding (X1) Against Revisit Interests (Z) ; City Image (X2) Against Visiting Interest (Z) ; City Branding (X1) Against Revisit Interests (Z) Through Mediation of Visiting Decisions (Y); and The Influence of City Image (X2) on Interest in Returning (Z) Through Mediation of Visiting Decisions (Y) This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory method. Sources of data used in the form of primary data obtained from the results of the assessment of respondents' answer scores using a Likert scale. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The measurement of City Branding variable (X1) uses indicators based on Simon Anholt's Hexagonal City Branding theory, City Image variable (X2) uses indicators based on Boulding theory, Visits Decision Variable (Y) uses indicators based on Cleverdon theory, while Visiting Interests Returns variable (Z) uses indicators based on Hellier's theory. The results show that the first hypothesis is proven, the second hypothesis is not proven, the third hypothesis is proven, the fourth hypothesis is proven, the fifth hypothesis is not proven, the sixth hypothesis is not proven, and the seventh hypothesis is not proven. Abstract

Indonesia's economic strength basically lies on the micro, small and medium sectors (MSME). From the population of business entrepreneurs which reaches the total of 99.9%, this sector is able to absorb employment of 96.7% or 114,819,199 people and reach 60.34% of Indonesia's gross domestic product (GDP). This data shows that the MSME business has a very strategic role in Indonesia economy. Besides being a major player in economic activities in various sectors, MSMEs are also the largest providers of employment, important players in the development of local economic activities and in community empowerment, as creators of new markets and resources, and have an important role in maintaining the balance of payments through Export activities. On a small scale, the roof tile house industry in Gulun Village, Maospati District, Magetan Regency shows no less importance in the socio-economic life of the Gulun Village community. The home industry implications for the social life of the Gulun Village community which include jobs, income, and education level are very significant. The functioning of the roof tile house industry as a village financial institution so far has supported the creation of community welfare in Gulun Village. Besides absorbing a lot of labor, these entrepreneurs are able to send their children to a higher education level, some of them even reach university level.

Abstract

Business administration simulation course where students do role playing in groups consisting of 3-4 students who have different roles. The roles range from manager, secretary, finance and marketing. At the beginning of this course, students make a selection to compete for the position of company secretary and manager position. After selecting one company secretary who will later lead the simulation, 7 managers were also selected. of these seven managers must create a company that is mutually integrated both in the field of services and trade. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the problems faced by the class are related to teamwork, therefore, an appropriate method is needed to handle them so that the simulation process can run well and get the expected results. without teamwork and good relations within the group it is impossible to achieve this goal because all the work and assignments in this course require the roles of group members. The method offered in this study is the outbound learning method. Outbound is an open nature-based learning method in creative and attractive ways, so that learning becomes a comfortable and very enjoyable activity. The purpose of this outbound is to practice recognition and build confidence in learning, communicating with other individuals and teamwork. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant increase in each indicator of student teamwork between before and after outbound learning is applied.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat merupakan program dengan misi menerapkan pengembangan IPTEK dari perguruan tinggi kepada masyarakat guna mendukung dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Dalam program menumbuhkan jiwa entrepreneur ini, tim melakukan pelatihan terkait kewirausahaan dan menerapan digital marketing dalam menjalankan kegiatan bisnisnya. Melalui program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Dosen dari Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat Politeknik Negeri Madiun, diharapkan lahir wirausaha-wirausahaan baru, serta dapat mengelola usaha dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang semakian berkembang dengan lebih baik di Remaja Karang Taruna Desa Padang Bandung Kabupaten Gresik. Kegiatan ini terbagi menjadi empat tahapan, yaini observasi/ analisis kebutuhan mitra, sosialisasi, pelatihan dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta memiliki peningkatan dalam pengetahuan serta keterampilan terkait kewirausahaan dan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam menjalankan usahanya, selain itu terjadi peningkatan dalam keinginan serta minat untuk menjadi wirausaha.

Abstract

Marketing a product and/or service requires a strategy to be able to competen. Viral marketing is one of the leading strategies in the current era of technological advancement. Viral Marketing Strategy is able to introduce products and/or services to everyone without being limited by distance. Social media can be used as a means of implementing a Viral Marketing strategy. The aim of this paper to find out the effect of viral marketing on purchase intention and buying decision, effect of purchase intention on buying decision. This research is an explanatoru research. The sample includes 200 respondens from the number of indicators multiplied by 5. This study was a quantitative approarch and daya were analyzed using Partial Least Square with software SmartPLS. The results showed a positif and significant effect of purchase intention and buying dicision and purchase dicision positif and significant effect of buying decision.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan terhadap pembangunan masyarakat dari masa pandemi diarahkan pada perwujudan kegiatan pembekalan yang berkualitas baik dari segi hard skill maupun soft skill. Berbagai bentuk pelatihan dilakukan guna mempersiapkan warga masyarakat memiliki keunggulan diri meliputi kreatif, mandiri dan profesional pada bidangnya. Kebangkitan ekonomi masyarakat bergerak terlihat cukup dinamis dalam melakukan ekplorisasi dalam berbagai hal. Terutama dalam bidang manajemen keuangan untuk kebutuhan hidup keluarga yang berbasis life skills. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa tidak semua warga masyarakat Dusun Bremi mampu melakukan penyesuaian kondisi bahkan menemukan solusi untuk bangkit dari kondisi seperti ini. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat pada kelompok PKH Dusun Bremi merupakan solusi target yang diberikan menggunakan metode pelatihan dengan model penyampaian materi teori dan praktik dalam menyusun laporan keuangan. Keberhasilan kegiatan ini di nilai dari kemampuan peserta pelatihan dalam menerapkan perencanaan keuangan keluarga sesuai standar akuntansi. Hasil dari menjawab pertanyaan saat pre test dan post test terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan. Hampir 88% peserta pelatihan memberikan kenaikan jawaban yang benar di post test. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian pelatihan tentang keuangan keluarga kepada ibu-ibu kelompok PKH Desa Bremi dapat diterima dengan baik.

Abstract

Secretarial administration means the entire process of implementing a series of structuring activities for office work and other assistance tasks, in order to support the smooth achievement of organizational goals. Secretarial administration has the objective of securing company secrets. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method using data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data processing techniques are carried out by presenting data related to the role of the corporate secretary as the organizer of secretarial administration at PT INKA Multi Solusi Madiun. The results obtained show that the corporate secretary has the role of organizing secretarial administration at PT INKA Multi Solusi Madiun in accordance with Gaol's theory (2015) covering five things. First, the recording of management activities, namely the recording of correspondence, guest books, disposition of incoming mail, internal document expeditions, telephone books. Second, implementing the administrative center, carrying out collection, recording, sending, duplicating, archiving activities. Third, as a corporate communication tool, the corporate secretary acts as an intermediary for conveying information. Fourth, executors who hold company secrets, use filing cabinets, filing cabinets, computers as media. Fifth, as a documentation center, recording, compiling, archiving important company files.
