Abstract

ABSTRAKDesa Gunungronggo terletak di Kecamatan Tajinan dimana desa ini berjarak sekitar 15 KM arah timur Kota Malang. Wilayah ini berada di lereng Gunung Buring, secara topografi wilayah desa ini didominasi oleh perbukitan dengan kelerangan yang curam dengan curah hujan yang relatif tinggi sehingga punya potensi sumber air yang cukup besar dan terawat yaitu Sumber Jenon. Keberadaan debit mata air Sumber Jenon cukup besar sekitar 300 liter/detik, namun belum menjamin penduduk Desa Gunungronggo khususnya Dusun Argomulyo 2 dan Argomulyo 3 untuk mendapatkan air bersih dari Sumber Jenon, meskipun secara geografis letaknya berdekatan. Hal ini karena kondisi dilokasi dekat sumber, jauh dari jaringan utilitas listrik dan belum ada pengelola HIPPAM, sehingga hanya penduduk yang mampu secara ekonomi bisa mengambil air dengan menggunakan pompa secara individu dengan menarik kabel listrik membentang jauh yang cukup membahayakan.Salah satu solusi terhadap permasalahan yang ada di Dusun Argomulyo tersebut adalah membuat Pompa Hydram (hydraulic ram) untuk mengisi air ke tandon agar murah dalam pelaksanaan operasi dan pemeliharaan. Keberadaan pompa hydram sangat diperlukan khususnya untuk mengatasi permasalahan air bersih pedesaan seperti Dusun Argomulyo Desa Gunung Ronggo Kecamatan Tajinan. Kondisi masyarakat yang tidak mampu sangat sulit untuk mengembangkan jenis pompa centrifugal atau pompa lain yang mengandalkan bahan bakar solar maupun listrik. Kesadaran masyarakat untuk menanggung biaya operasi dan pemeliharaan yang lebih mahal akan sulit untuk mengembangkan pengelolaan air bersih, sehingga pembangunan pompa hydram (hydraulic ram) ini menjadi solusi yang tepat.Pompa hydram yang sudah terbangun berjumlah 2 unit yang disebut sebagai twin hydram dimana masing-masing berkapasitas @15 liter/menit, namun karena kondisi kontur lokasi yang cukup datar sehingga kinerja pompa maksimal hanya sekitar @10 liter/menit. Peningkatan kapasitas pompa ini bisa dilakukan dengan menambah pipa drainasi berukuran 4” sepanjang 100 m ke arah hilir untuk membuang dengan cepat limpahan air yang terbuang dari pompa hydram sehingga tidak mengganggu kerja klep pompa yang terendam air. Kegiatan ini mendapatkan dukungan baik oleh warga maupun aparat desa, terbukti dalam pelaksanaannya beberapa item pekerjaan dilakukan secara gotong-royong. Kata Kunci : Hydraulic Ram, Katup Limbah, Pipa Drive, Pipa Delivery ABSTRACTThe village Gunungronggo is located in the Tajinan district where is about 15 kilometers east of Malang. The area is located on the slopes Buring, which consists of 1933 heads of families consisting of 8000 inhabitants. in the topography of the village is dominated by hills with steep slopes with relatively high rainfall that has the potential sources of water and is a Jenon Spring maintained.  The existence of eye discharge water source large enough Jenon about 300 liters/sec, but not guarantee the residents in the village of Gunungronggo particularly both Argomulyo 2 and Argomulyo 3 to get clean water from Jenon spring, although geographically adjacent. This is because the conditions in the location near the source, far from the utility grid electricity and no manager HIPPAM (Drinking Water Association business), so that only people who are economically able to take up water using a pump individually by pulling the power cord stretches far enough harm.One solution to the problems of water supply is built Hydram pumps (hydraulic ram) to fill water into the reservoir in order to cost in the implementation of the Operation and Maintenance. The existence hydrant pump is indispensable in addressing the problems of rural clean water as Hamlet Village of Mount Ronggo Argomulyo subdistrict Tajinan. The condition of poor people very hard to develop this type of centrifugal pump or other pumps that rely on diesel fuel and electricity. Public awareness to bear the costs of operation and maintenance of the more expensive it will be difficult to develop water management, so development hydram pump (hydraulic ram) became the appropriate solution. Keywords: Hydraulic Ram, Waste Valves, Pipes Drive, Pipe Delivery

Abstract

Tanah Merah is an isolated hamlet in the village of Batur that has not been reached by PLN electricity because its geographical is on the slopes of Mount Argopuro and far from the village center. To achieve this just by walking or riding a motorcycle as far as 3 km. In Tanah Merah, micro hydro has been developed from the Kedung Sumur River discharge, but it is not yet optimal. A collaboration was held by BPPM FT UB with CSR of PT PGN (Persero) in 2016, but has not been able to resolve the limited power generated for 500 families. Another potential community is farmers and breeders. Most livestock activities carried out by the community are 267 head of beef cattle with the distribution of cattle farmers in RT 8 totaling 107 households, RT 9 totaling 95 households and RT 10 totaling 62 households averaging 2 cows. With such a large number of cattle, it is of course also produced a large amount of livestock waste. Based on these problems, the UB Community Service Team through the Serving Doctoral Program wants to help partner communities solve existing problems in order to improve their welfare. Efforts are being made to empower community groups of micro-hydro (PLTMH) through the use of renewable energy, namely increasing micro-hydro electricity capacity and empowering micro-hydro-based economies.
