Abstract

This study aims to analyze the BMC application model, as well as the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the Teaching Factory-based BMC Application Model for Improving Student Creativity at Central Java Public Vocational Schools in Semarang. The research was conducted using the Research and development (R&D) method with the 4D development model (define, design, develop, disseminate). The preliminary study stage in this study used open interview observations from the teacher’s statements. The development stage of the BMC application model includes product design validated by experts, then implemented into learning tools that would be validated by practitioners as model users before being applied in the classroom to improve student creativity. The results of this study indicate that the Teaching Factory-Based BMC Application Model is valid according to the triangulation of sources through credibility, transferability, and dependability, conformability. Based on the practicality questionnaire and interview guidelines given by 105 students and 5 teachers, the results are "very practical". Based on the assessment of the effectiveness using the t-test with a significance level of 95%, the probability value/ P value of the paired t-test is 0.000 <0.05. Gain test with the average gain of 0.490 is in the medium category, meaning that students experience increased creativity after implementing the Teaching Factory-based BMC application model and is effectively used to improve student creativity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap kinerja gerak teknik dan performa memanah jarak 70 meter recurve putri pada kejurnas antar PPLP di Semarang tahun 2015. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan variabel: gerak teknik memanah dan kemampuan fisik memanah. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu; (1) angket, yang berisi kisi-kisi analisis kinerja gerak teknik memanah yang telah divalidasi oleh ahli biomekanika dan teknik memanah; (2) handycam, untuk melakukan pengamatan. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet panahan putri yang mengikuti kejurnas panahan jarak 70 meter recurve antar PPLP di Semarang tahun 2015 yang berjumlah 3 atlet. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kinerja gerak teknik memanah pada tahap cara berdiri (stance), memasang ekor panah (nocking), posisi setengah tarikan (set up), menarik tali (drawing), penjangkaran (anchoring), menahan sikap memanah (holding), membidik (aiming), melepaskan anak panah (release), gerak lanjut (followthrough) berada pada kategori baik. (2) Performa atlet memanah PPLP DIY masih kurang, terlihat dari hasil perolehan skor pada setiap rambahan selalu menurun. This research aimed to reveal the capability of technical movement and the performed by female archers to shoot arrow in 70 meters recurve distance on the championship among PPLP in 2015 in Semarang. This research was a descriptive quantitative research with variables the technical movement and the physical ability of shooting arrow. The instruments used are: (1) questionnaire, containing the blue print of analysis of the capability of technical movement in shooting arrow which has been validated by the expert of biomechanic and the technique of shooting arrow; (2) handycam, to carry out the observation. The research subjects is female archers who joined the championship among PPLP in Semarang in 2015 totaling 3 archer. The result of this research shows, (1) technical movement of shooting arrow on the phase of stance, nocking, set up, drawing, anchoring, holding, aiming, releasing and follow through is classified in “good” category; (2) the performance of the athletes of archery of PPLP is not maximum, it can be seen from the decrease tendency in obtaining additional score.

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi di SMA N 1 Wadaslintang proses pembelajararan masih didominasi guru, ini membuat siswa pasif sehingga hasil belajar rendah. Upaya mencapai kompetensi pembelajaran adalah melakukan perbaikan dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Role playing. Permasalahan: (1) apakah keaktifan siswa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Role Playing dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar?, (2) bagaimana respon/tanggapan siswa dengan penerapan model Role Playing?. Tujuan: (1) mengetahui aktifitas siswa yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar, (2) mengetahui respon/tanggapan siswa terhadap model Role Playing. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, masing-masing siklus dua kali pertemuan dan beberapa tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini meliputi: keaktifan siswa, hasil belajar, dan respon siswa. Siklus I aktifitas siswa sebesar 57,82% (cukup aktif), rata-rata nilai hasil belajar 72 ketuntasan klasikal 68,18% dan respon siswa 64,58% (positif). Siklus II keaktifan siswa menjadi 78,9% (aktif), rata-rata nilai hasil belajar 84 ketuntasan klasikal 95,45% dan respon siswa meningkat menjadi 77,56% (positif). Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) meningkatnya keaktifan siswa dengan model pembelajaran Role Playing dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, (2) respon/tanggapan siswa menunjukan respon positif selama proses pembelajaran. Saran dari penelitian ini yaitu (1) Pembelajaran menggunakan model role playing dapat disesuaikan dengan materi yang ada dengan catatan guru harus menerangkan terlebih dahulu materi yang akan dipelajari, (2) model pembelajaran role playing memerlukan penguasaan materi yang baik jadi sebelum melakukan proses role playing disarankan siswa lebih banyak membaca materi agar proses pembelajaran lebih aktif. Based on observation, economic teacher at SMA N 1 Wadaslintang implement teacher center learning, student being pasive and student achievement was low. Apply Role playing learning method can fix the problem of low student achievement. The problems are ;(1)could student acvities on role playing method increase student achievement?, (2)How are student responses about role playing method?. The purposed are :(1)to define student acvities on role playing method increase student achievement,(2)to describe student responses about role playing method. This class action reaseacrh, use 2 cyclus. Each cyclus consist of planing, action, observation and reflection. Researcher found datas, consist of: student learning activity based on observation paper, post test result and questionnaire student responses at the last meeting. Cycles I result show activity of students at 57.82% mean of student achievement are 72 with classical achievement 68.18% and student responses hits 64.58% in the positive criteria. Cycles II result show activity of students at 78.9% mean of student achievement are 84 with classical achievement 95.45% and student responses hits 77.56% in the positive criteria. The conclusion are: (1) increasing of student activity has impact to add student achievement, (2) observation of class learning activity shown positive result. Suggestions relating to the results of this study are: (1) teachers can apply role playing to improve student achievement in case, teacher should present outline of materials. (2) students are advised to read a material to more actively explore the imagination and respond positively to the process of learning.

Abstract

Motivasi siswa untuk menjadi seorang wirausaha dipengaruhi oleh prestasi belajar, lingkungan keluarga, dan keaktifan siswa dalam business centre. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah: bagaimana kondisi variabel prestasi belajar, lingkungan keluarga, keaktifan siswa dalam business centre, motivasi berwirausaha dan sebesar besar pengaruh prestasi belajar, lingkungan keluarga, dan keaktifan siswa dalam business centre terhadap motivasi berwirausaha siswa baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 59 siswa yang terdiri dari kelas XI SMK PGRI Tegal, karena penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi sehingga semua populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Variabel yang diteliti yaitu variabel prestasi belajar, lingkungan keluarga, dan keaktifan siswa dalam business centre sebagai variabel bebas, dan motivasi berwirausaha siswa sebagai variabel terikat. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskripsi persentase dan analisis regresi berganda.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel prestasi belajar dalam kategori sangat baik dengan rata-rata skor sebesar 66,15, lingkungan keluarga dalam kategori baik dengan rata-rata skor sebesar 47,73, keaktifan siswa siswa dalam business centre dalam kategori sangat baik dengan rata-rata skor sebesar 14,24 dan motivasi berwirausaha siswa dalam kategori sangat baik dengan rata-rata skor sebesar 39,20. Uji regresi menunjukkan hasil uji parsial untuk prestasi belajar diperoleh thitung sebesar 2,287 dengan signifikansi 0,030 < 0,05, lingkungan keluarga diperoleh thitung sebesar 3,343 dengan signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05, keaktifan siswa dalam business centre diperoleh thitung sebesar 4,020 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha1, Ha2, Ha3 diterima. Besarnya pengaruh secara parsial untuk variabel prestasi belajar sebesar 41,6%, lingkungan keluarga sebesar 44%, dan keaktifan siswa dalam business centre sebesar 45% secara simultan sebesar 63% selebihnya 37% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Students’ motivation to become entrepreneur was influenced by academic achievement, family environment, and their activeness in business center. The problems in this research were: (1) how is the condition of the variable academic achievement, family environment, and entrepreneurial motivation, (2) how much is the influence of academic achievement, family environment, and activeness in business center towards the students’ entrepreneurial motivation both partially and simultaneously. The population of the research consisted of 59 students Grade XI in SMK PGRI Tegal. Because this research is a population research, all the members of the population group served as the samples in this research. The examined variables were the students’ academic achievement, family environment, and their activeness in business center which served as the independent variables and students’ entrepreneurial motivation which served as the dependent variable. Method of data collection used in this research were questionnaire ad documentation. The collected data was analyzed using percentage description and double regression. The results of the research showed that academic achievement variable was in excellent category with average score 66.15, family environment was in good category with average score 47.73, students’ activeness in business center was in excellent category with average score 14.24 and students’ entrepreneurial motivation in excellent category with average score 39.20. Regression test showed partial test result for academic achievement thitung 2.287 with significance 0.030 < 0.05, family environment thitung 3.343 with significance 0.001 < 0.05, students’ activeness in business center thitung 4.020 with significance 0.000 < 0.05 which meant H0 was rejected and Ha1, Ha2, Ha3 were approved. The partial influence of academic achievement variable was 41.6 %, family environment was 44%, and students’ activeness in business center was 45 %. Simultaneously, the influence was 63% consisted of the variables and the rest 37% was consisted of the factors other than being included in this research.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini antara lain : (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran PBL oleh guru Ekonomi (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran PBL oleh guru Ekonomi di SMAN 1 Sliyeg (3) Evaluasi pembelajaran PBL oleh guru Ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Sliyeg Kabupaten Indramayu. Alat analisis data adalah analisis interaksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan utama adalah guru mata pelajaran Ekonomi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi : pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru mata pelajaran Ekonomi di SMAN 1 Sliyeg selalu membuat perangkat pembelajaran di awal semester dan selalu menyusun dan mempersiapkan RPP sebelum mengajar. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran PBL oleh guru Ekonomi sudah cukup baik dan guru pun cukup memahami mengenai PBL dan mendapat respon positif dari siswa. Evaluasi dan penilaian dari guru Ekonomi masing-masing mempunyai cara yang berbeda, seperti quiz dan tanya jawab, lalu guru memberi nilai tambahan kepada siswa yang aktif dalam menjawab. Saran yang diberikan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru sebaiknya meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai pembelajaran PBL. Guru harus lebih berwawasan luas, meningkatkan kretivitas dan inovatif dalam pelaksanaan PBL. Guru harus memperluas wawasan dan lebih kreatif lagi dalam mengembangkan cara evaluasi pada akhir pembelajaran. One of these models is the learning of model PBL (Problem Based Learning). It is expected that a better model of PBL to increase student activity when compared with the model konvesional.So far this learning process is still dominated by a paradigm that states that a knowledge of the facts is to be memorized. Problems in this study include: (1) Planning of PBL learning by teachers of Economics (2) The implementation of PBL learning by Economics teacher at SMAN 1 Sliyeg (3) Evaluation of PBL learning by teachers of Economics.  The method used in this study is a qualitative method. The research was conducted in SMAN 1 Sliyeg Indramayu district. Data analysis is an analysis tool interaction. Techniques of data collection using interviews and documentation. Key informants were social studies teachers, Science, and Mathematics. Data analysis techniques in the study include: data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing or verification data. The results showed that teachers Economics lesson in SMAN 1 Sliyeg always made at the beginning of the semester learning devices and always arrange and prepare lesson plans sebelu mmengajar. Implementation of PBL learning by Economics teacher is good enough and the teacher was quite understand about PBL and chances, positive trespon of students. Evaluation and assessment of Economics teachers each have a different way, such as quizzes and question and answer, and then the teacher members additional value to students who are active in answering. The advice given in this research is the teacher should improve the understanding of the PBL learning. Teachers must be knowledgeable, increase kretivitas and innovative in the implementation of PBL. Teachers should broaden horizons and be more creative in developing ways of evaluation at the end of the lesson.

Abstract

Dalam pengembangan kewirausahaan dilingkungan SMK diperlukan penanaman minat berwirausaha pada diri siswa. Upaya itu adanya proses pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan juga adanya pendirian business center yang bisa digunakan siswa untuk melakukan kegiataan kewirausahaan. Selain itu, faktor dari luar selain lingkungan sekolah, lingkungan keluarga pun sangat mempengaruhi. Permasalah penelitian ini adalah adakah pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung  sarana prasarana business center, lingkungan keluarga dan proses pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XI SMK NU Bandar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung sarana prasarana business center, lingkungan keluarga dan proses pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadapminat berwirausaha siswa kelas XI SMK NU. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMK NU Bandar sebanyak 357 siswa. Ukuran pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan metode proportional random sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 78 orang. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji hipotesis jalur secara simultan (uji F) dan parsial (Uji t)  pada signifikan 5%. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini ada pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung secara simultan dan parsial business center,lingkungan keluarga melalui proses pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa. Saran dalam penelitian ini guru mata diklat kewirausahaan diharapkan memberikan studi kasus yang berhubungan dengan materi pengambilan keputusan yang lebih banyak sehinga siswa lebih memahami tentang pengambilan keputusan dan usaha yang dilakukan siswa dapat dengan memperbanyak membaca biografi wirausahaan yang sukses.The developing of entrepreneurship in the Senior High School is needed for growing interest entrepreneur from the student.It is process of learning entrepreneurship and growing business center that can be use for doing entrepreneurship activity for student. Beside, factor from school, family is very important too it can influence in entrepreneurship activity. The problem in this research is there and indirect influence from business center infrastructure, family support and learning enterpreneurship process with interest entrepreneurship of eleventh grade of SMK NU Bandar’s student. This research is purposed to know direct and inderct influence of business center infrastructure, family support and learning entrepeneurship process with interest entrepreneurship of eleventh grade of SMK NU Bandar’s student. Population in this research are all of eleventh grade of SMK NU Bandar’s student it is 357 students. This sample use proportional random sampling metode and it gets 78 student for sample. The data removal metode uses polling and documenation. Data analisis uses” analisis regresi linier berganda with hipotesis test with simultan (F test ) and partial ( t test) in 5% significant. The result  from this research is there are direct and indirect influence according simultan and partial business center, family support through learning process with student’s interest entrepreneurship. Suggestion in this research is the teacher’s entrepreneurship is expected to give more example “study kasus” related with  decision interpetation subject,so the student can be more understand about decision interpetation and the effort that the student can be do with reading more about biography of success’s entrepreneur.

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi awal SMA Sedes Sapientiae Semarang Hasil Belajar Pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi masih didalam kategori rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran dan strategi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran ekonomi SMA Sedes Sapientiae Semarang. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Sedes Sapientiae Semarang yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling.Metode pengumpulan data diambil dengan menggunakan dokumentasi dan angket.Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan stastistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan bahwa media pembelajaran dan strategi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran ekonomi sebesar 58,4%. Secara parsial media pembelajaran berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran ekonomi sebesar 25,00% dan strategi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran ekonomi sebesar 20,25%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran dan strategi belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran ekonomi secara simultas maupun parsial. According to early observation in Sedes Sapientaie Semarang Senior High School the learning’s result of economic subject is still in low category.The purpose of this research to know the influence of study media and learning study towards learning’s result of the students who are in X grade at economic subject in Sedes Sapientiae Semarang Senior High School. The population of this research is all the X student’s class in Sedes Sapientiae Semarang Senior High School by using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. Result of this research indicates that silmutantly media of study and learning strategy towards learning’s result at economic subject has effect 58,4%. And partially, media of study has effect toward’s learning’s result of economic subjects amount 25,00% and learning strategy towards students learning’s result at economic subject as amount 20,25%. Based to the research, can be conduded that media of study and learning strategy have positive effects towards the learning result of X class students at economic subject simultantly or partially.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh secara simultan maupun parsial antara minat belajar dan cara belajar terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas X IPS MAN 1 Kota Magelang tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X IPS MAN 1 Kota Magelang tahun ajaran 2015/2016 sejumlah 151 siswa dan sampel dalam penelitian adalah seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 151 siswa. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini ialah hasil belajar (Y) sedangkan variabel independennya meliputi hasil minat belajar (X1) dan cara belajar (X2). Metode pengumpulan data yaitu angket dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh secara simultan antara minat belajar dan cara belajar terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 33,8%. Secara parsial minat belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 3,42%. Cara belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 13,54%. Simpulan dari penelitian ini ialah minat belajar dan cara belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas X IPS MAN 1 Kota Magelang. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there was a simultaneously or partially influence between the interest and learning method toward the learning outcomes of Economics of the tenth grade social students of MAN 1 Magelang in the academic year of 2015/2016. The population of this research was all of the tenth grade social students of MAN 1 Magelang in the academic year of 2015/2016 (151 students) and so was the sample. The dependent variable of this research was the learning outcomes (Y) while the independent variable were learning interest (X1) and learning method (X2). Questionnaire and documentation were used as the method of collecting the data. The analytical method used in this research were descriptive statistic and doubled linier regression. The result of the research showed that there was a simultaneous influence between the learning interest and learning method toward the learning outcomes as big as 33.8%. Partially, the learning interest influenced the learning outcomes as big as 3.42% and the learning method influenced the learning method as big as 13.54%. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that both learning interest and learning method influenced the learning outcomes of Economics of the tenth grade social students of MAN 1 Magelang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kesenjangan pembiayaan antara sekolah di desa dan di kota. Di sisi lain sekolah di desa dituntut untuk mampu menyelenggarakan pendidikan bermutu dengan biaya yang terjangkau. Maka dari itu diperlukan pengelolaan pembiayaan pendidikan yang efektif dan efisien. studiini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan di MA Ribhul Ulum. Manajemen pembiayaan di MA Ribhul Ulum dimulai dari perencanaan, pencatatan, pengawasan serta pertanggungjawaban keuangan. Proses perencanaan keuangan di MA Ribhul Ulum dimulai dengan mengadakan rapat pleno, mengidentifikasi penerimaan dan pengeluaran, menyusun, mengusulkan, revisi, hingga pengesahan RAPBM.Dokumen-dokumen dalam pencatatan keuangan di MA Ribhul Ulum seperti buku kas, faktur, buku pembantu kas, buku penerimaan gaji, buku pembantu bank, laporan keuangan, dan buku tabungan telah mampu menjelaskan kondisi keuangan yang ada di MA Ribhul Ulum.Proses mengawasan di MA Ribhul Ulum dimulai dengan menentukan standar,membandingkan pelaksanaan dengan standar, mengidentifikasi penyimpangan, hingga penemuan solusi atas penyimpangan. Dalam proses pertanggungjawaban keuangan di MA Ribhul Ulum dimulai dengan penyusunan laporan pertanggungjawaban keuangan hingga pengesahan laporan keuangan.Sehubungan dengan manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan, diharapkan madrasah mampu mempertahankan dan melaksanakan manajemen pembiayaan secara efektif, efisien, serta transparan sehingga, apa yang telah direncanakan sesuai dengan tujuan madrasah dapat dicapai. The research was distributed by financing gap between schools in the village and in the city. On the other hand the school in the village is claimed to be able to organition education quality with affordability. Therefore necessary management focus on the quality of education, with the utilization of the Fund's resources effectively and efficiently. This field study using qualitative descriptive analysis method that aims to find out how the education financing process management in MA.Financing management in MA started with planning, record-keeping, supervision and financial accountability. In the process of financial planning or preparation of RAPBM (plant income and expenditure madrasah ) has been done systematically and using the principle of effective and efficient.Documents in financial record-keeping in MA as the cash book, receipt book, cash helper salaries, associate book bank, and the financial statements has been able to explain the financial conditions that exist in MA.The process of surveillance in MA using RAPBM as the standard, the supervision carried out by the head internally madrasah, while surveillance external conducted by Government and foundations.Financial accountability reports compiled by the head of the madrasa and Treasurer of the madrasa. Financial accountability report was compiled to the Government every three months, while financial accountability reports to the Foundation of laid out at the end of the year.

Abstract

Manajeman yang baik adalah faktor yang paling penting untuk suksesnya koperasi.Koperasi Karyawan Kresna Mukti berdiri lebih tua dikabupaten Kudus diantara koperasi lainnya,koperasi terbesar nomor dua dikabupaten Kudus,dalam menjalankan kegiatan atau program kerjanya menggunakan modal sendiri. Manajemen yang yang diberikan unsur manajemen (rapat anggota,pengurus dan pengawas) dan fungsi manajeman koperasi(perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan dan pengawasan)mampu memenuhi harapan dari anggotanya, maka anggota akan merasa puas dan berdampak pada meningkatnya partisipasi anggota dan sebaliknya. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui bagaimana unsur dan fungsi manajeman koperasi Karyawan Kresna Mukti. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi:1)pengumpulan data;2)reduksi data;3)penyajian data;4)penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: unsur manajeman koperasi telah berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan tugas dan tangungjawab sedangkan fungsi manajeman koperasi yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan dan pengawasan pada koperasi Karyawan Kresna Mukti berjalan sesuai dengan tahapan-tahapan manajeman kepada anggotanya sehingga meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota.Peneliti memberikan saran kepada Koperasi Karyawan Kresna Mukti, perlu mengadakan sosialisasi mengenai manajeman koperasi serta program kerja Koperasi kepada karyawan Koperasi dan anggota Koperasi, bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian ini dengan cara mengkaji atau menambah fokus-fokus penelitian lainnya seperti unsur manajeman koperasi dalam dunia perKoperaian. A good management is the most important factor for the success of cooperatives. Koperasi Karyawan Kresna Mukti is older than Kudus other cooperatives,is the second largest cooperative in Kudus. In conducting activities or work programs it uses own capital. A management able to the members through management elements (meetings among members, managers and supervisors) and management functions of cooperatives (planning, organizing, directing and supervising)to realize the expectations of its members can make members feel satisfied. Further it impacts on the increase of members participation.The aim of research know the management elements and functions of Koperasi Karyawan Kresna Mukti.The approach used was qualitative research with a descriptive method. The process of collecting data was done by observations,interviews and documentations. Data analysis techniques used in this study were:1)data collection;2)data reduction;3)data presentation;4)drawing conclusion/verifications. The results obtained in this study is cooperative management elements have been running well in accordance with the duties and responsibilities,then the cooperative management functions that include planning, organizing, directing and supervising applied at Koperasi Karyawan Krisna Mukti have also been running in accordance with the stages of management towards its members, so it can improve the members’ welfare.Based on the Koperasi Karyawan Krisna Mukti should hold a socialization about cooperative’s managements and work programs to the employees and the members of cooperative. For further research, they can develop this research by studying or adding other research focus which such as other management elements should be studied.
