Abstract

Sharia tourism is a tour from nature, culture, or artificial tourism framed by Islamic values, which provides a sense of security and comfort. East Java, one of the thirteen provinces prepared by Indonesia to become a sharia tourism destination, has an excellent opportunity to be developed. One of them is Kediri Karesidenan. There are 154 destinations that can be explored and considered as sharia tourist destinations in Kediri Karesidenan. There has been no research that discusses sharia travel routes, as well as the need for government to develop sharia tourism in Indonesia, making this research very important to do. In planning the development of effective and efficient transportation routes, which reach sharia tourist destinations in Kediri Karesidenan, scientific and technological contributions are needed. A genetic algorithm is an alternative solution to searching and optimization problems. In this research, the genetic algorithm is used to determine the shortest route to reach sharia tourist destinations in five areas in Kediri Karesidenan, such as Kediri, Nganjuk, Blitar, Tulungagung, and Trenggalek. The conclusion is the length of the sharia tourism route in Kediri, Nganjuk, Blitar, Tulungagung, Trenggalek, respectively, are 249.32 km, 289.148 km 452.95 km, 341.68 km, 384.67 km. In addition, the authors used the K-means clustering algorithm to group sharia tourist destinations in Kediri Karesidenan, basic on four properties, namely: the city where the destination is located, the type of tourism, the price of admission, and the distance of the destination with the city center. It can be concluded that the best value of K is K=3, and in each resulting cluster, the authors apply the genetic algorithm to determine the shortest sharia tourism route.

Abstract

Kediri City is a stopover/transit city and has many potentials in the fields of tourism, education, and industry. Thus, the City of Kediri became one of the cities that are very likely to develop and be crowded. Therefore, it is required to model city tours in several primary fields of Kediri City. In the literature, determining the optimum route can be approached as a traveling salesman problem. However, traveling salesman problem model cannot be used to determine the city tour path as the distance among the point may vary. In this study, we used the concept of asymmetric traveling salesman problem to solve the city tour path. Furthermore, we used the ant colony system algorithm to solve this problem. The cases resolved in this study are the location of the tourism center, industrial center, and education center in Kediri City. The results show the ant colony system is capable of providing optimum tour route solutions, namely the city tourist route 34.65 km, the industrial route 21.19 km, and the school route 28 km.

Abstract

Jimpitan is one of flagship programs in RT 06, RW 02, Ngronggo, Kediri. This program is an activity to collect daily savings money which is stored in a container and hung in front of the yard along with a board that will be taken and collected by Siskamling officers every night. Unfortunately, sometimes there are differences between the officer records with the board, so residents need to report and go to the RT staff to justify. Therefore, this paper describes how to improve the ease of managing jimpitan by building an interactive tool that can be used easily and quickly. The tool built is in the form of online applications that can be accessed anytime and anywhere and it is designed like "m-banking". To do that, we carried out 4 major stages, namely preparation, system development, training and mentoring, and evaluation. The results show that the apps can simplify the savings and mutations monitoring by using mobile-based application and the web-based application.

Abstract

The product of Handmade Soap (soap that made by home industry using herbal) is a business that requires expertise in chemical compounding. Production of the herbal soap should be handled by qualified chemist, pharmacist, or pharmaceutical technical personnel. A pharmacist from Bhayangkara Hospital Kediri, Qurrota A’yunin, S.Farm, Apt. has ability in manufacturing of the handmade soap. But, the main problem is marketing, because it has not done to public society. Therefore, many people do not recognize about this product eventhough it has quality with good planning. To overcome this problem, we create web-based portal for marketing in kiranahandmade-soap.com and mentoring in marketing using social media through In-house Training, for instance, by posting attractive and persuasive ads. The result of this community service program is web company profile that able to be accessed on https://kiranahandmadesoap.com, facebook account “Sabun Kirana” and Instagram account “@sabunkirana”. Furthermore, after mentoring activity, in fact there has not been a significant increase in profitability, because the digital marketing activities are still running for 2 months. Although the number of selling is stagnant, the marketing media helped in expanding the information about Kirana Handmade Soap.
