Abstract

Plagiarism is the act of intentionally or unintentionally in obtaining or trying to obtain credit or value to scientific work., citing part or all of the work / or scientific work of others who are recognized as scientific works, co without stating the source appropriately and adequately. Problem of plagiarism has become a phenomenom that is being discussed in academic forums. Based on a variety of information about the practice of plagiarism is increasingly disturbing, this study conducted at the Ubudiyah University Indonesia (UUI). This system will implemented the detection system plagiarism that will be creating using a document apllied method of vector space model to analyze similarities in document displayed on the web browser. Input on this system is a document in the form of text format whith the extention test performed on real data that is usig data documents with vector space  model algorithm value is above 85% to 100% for high level document. As for a document with a low degree of similarity values below 50%.Keyword : plagiarism, vector space model, similarity

Abstract

Utilization of information technology in the process of acceptance. Data mining is the excavation of new information by searching for certain patterns or rules of large amounts of data expected to overcome the condition. By utilizing the registration data and passing test data is expected to produce information pengcllusteran and interrelationship relationship between the Department with the Student Entry Path. The algorithm used in this research is K-Means algorithm, The algorithm is arranged on the basis of a simple idea. Information generated by student data filtering graphs, graph with percentage of input path 323.0 and invitation path 105.0 seen in Electrical Engineering department.Keywords: Data Mining, K-Means, Departments and Entrance Line, Cluster

Abstract

Multimedia streaming is a technology that can transmit digital audio and video files in real time on a computer network. It is most influential in the process include video streaming bandwidth, synchronization and delay, as well as Interoprability. In the streaming trials conducted found differences between upload video files with the extension * .avi file from the server and then downloaded by the client. Differences in get, among others: 1.274KB/sec, 1.58KB/sec and 2.07KB/sec for each MPEG-1, MPEG-2, and MPEG-4.Keywords : Streaming multimedia, MPEG, peer-to-peer, VLC

Abstract

The 3 Dimensional (3D) modeling of an object has become one of the most important needs in many areas such as mapping, tourism, documentation, inventory, promotion, animation, film and so on because it has the advantages of 3D, interactive and representative display. 3D Spatial Modeling Building Shopping Center Pasar Aceh is designed because the absence of information that displays the entire spatial part the facilities contained in the Shopping Center Building in 3 Dimensions. In the process of making the material and texture is done by the process of giving color in accordance with the data that has been collected. The lighting process is required to provide a bright effect on the building. The final process done in 3D modeling is the process of rendering the image by choosing a resolution of 1600x1200 pixels which is the size of image resolution of the image rendering. Image rendering on 3D spatial modeling The Shopping Center building only displays a visual representation of the per-frame of the parts to be rendered. Form of visualization of the modeling is expected to provide new information to the visitors about the interior layout of the interior, exterior and the location of the facilities contained in the Building Shopping Center Pasar Aceh in the form of the final 3 Dimensions. Abstract

AbstrakPemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam proses penerimaan mahasiswa baru memungkinkan terjadi akumulasi data dalam jumlah besar tiap tahunnya. Data mining merupakan penggalian infomasi baru dengan mencari pola atau aturan tertentu dari sejumlah data dalam jumlah besar yang diharapkan dapat mengatasi kondisi tersebut. Dengan memanfaatkan data pendaftaran dan data lulus tes diharapkan dapat menghasilkan informasi pengclusteran dan hubungan saling keterkaitan antara Jurusan dengan Jalur Masuk Mahasiswa. Algoritma yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah algoritma K-Means, Algoritma ini disusun atas dasar ide yang sederhana. Informasi yang dihasilkan berupa grafik pengclusteran data mahasiswa, grafik tertinggi dengan persentase jalur masuk umptn 323,0 dan jalur undangan 105.0 terlihat pada jurusan Teknik Elektro.Kata kunci : Data Mining, K-Means, Jurusan dan Jalur Masuk, Cluster.

Abstract

Abstrak— Kebutuhan sistem informasi khususnya perangkat lunak dimulai dari kebutuhan dari pihak yang terlibat di dalam sistem. Kebutuhan suatu pernyataan yang berasal dari konsumen atau klien, user dan stakeholder. Aktivitas yang dilakukan guna mendapatkan suatu kebutuhan sistem yang kedepannya akan menghasilkan suatu dokumen spesifik yang akan menjadi panutan bagi para pengembang atau programmer dalam membuat sistem baru maupun dalam hal pengembangan sistem, aktivits tersebut diantaranya: requirement elicitation, requirement analysis and negosiation, requirement documentation, requirement validation. Dari beberapa macam metode untuk menganalisa kebutuhan sistem, salah satu metode yang dapat diterapkan pada requirement engineering adalah metode TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) dengan metode Architecture Development Methode (ADM). TOGAF memberikan metode yang detil bagaimana membangun dan mengelola serta mengimplementasikan arsitektur enterprise dan sistem informasi yang disebut dengan Architecture Development Method (ADM). Hasil dari analisis dari TOGAF dan TOGAF ADM ini akan menghasilkan requirement specification. Abstract

ABSTRAKKabupaten Aceh Tengah Ibu kotanya adalah Takengon memiliki 14 kecamatan yang terdiri dari 295 desa Di Keca- matan Lut Tawar khususnya di Desa Bale Atu terdapat 543 KK dan 2124 penduduk dan memiliki 4 kepala dusunyang yaitu bagian Utara, Timur, Selatan, Barat. Saat ini jumlah kasus virus Covid-19 terus bertambah di Indonesia yang memukul banyak sektor. Sebagai dampak dari akibat pandemi Covid-19, maka pemerintah mengadakan bantu- an  yaitu program Bantuan Langsung Tunai  (BLT) melalui desa untuk membantu   perekonomian masyarakat.Pemerintah indonesia meyakini tindakan ini adalah penting untuk menyelamatkan kelangsungan hidup masyarakatIndonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan 5 (lima) parameter/kriteria yang diambil sesuai Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) yaitu; pendapatan, umur, tanggungan, pendidikan, dan status perumahan. Yang menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan memasukkan data kepala keluarga yang ditetapkan sebagai calon penerima BLT. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh dari Desa Bale Atu, Kecamatan Lut Tawar, Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan dengan menentukan nilai perbandingan berpasangan sebagai nilai prioritas dari penilaian kese- luruhan untuk menentukan calon penerima Layak atau Tidak Layak menerima dana BLT. Penerima BLT yangdinyatakan Layak memiliki nilai >2.0 dan nilai yang dinyatakan Tidak Layak <2.0. Kata kunci: Metode AHP, SPK , Bantuan Langsung Tunai, dan Perbandingan Berpasangan.

Abstract

Abstrak - Pegembangan suatu perangkat lunak dimulai dari menganalisa kebutuhan dari sistem yang akan dibangun, kebutuhan sistem dapat dihasilkan langsung dari calon pengguna atu user yang berinteraksi langsung nantinya dengan sistem. Pengembanngan perangkat lunak yang berkualitas harus didukung dengan kebutuhan sistem yang didefinisikan dengan jelas. Metode VORD merupakan salah satu metode yang dapt digunakan untuk mendapatkan kebutuhan sistem secara baik, kebutuhan didapatkan langsung berdasarkan sudut pandang dari pengguna seistem. Untuk  mendapatkan  kebutuhan  dan  permasalahan  dapat  juga  menggunakan  metode  proto personas sebagi alat untuk media interaksi antara calon pengguna sistem dengan pengembang. Hasil dari proto personas dilanjutkan dengan membuat suatu diagram yaitu usecase diagram. Usecase  diagram  membantu  merepresentasikan  kebutuhan  dari  sistem  dalam  bentuk  grafik. Hasil  akhir  dai  penelitian  ini  adalah menghasilkan  sebuah  dokumen kebutuhan secara jelas sehingga dapat dijadikan sebaagai acuan untuk pengembangan sistem informasi analisa beban kerja pada Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia Banda Aceh.Kata Kunci: Sistem  Informasi,  Analisa  Kebutuhan  Sistem,  Requirement  Engineering, VORD, Proto Personas.
