Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work experience and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance partially, and the effect of work experience and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance simultaneously at PT. Yogyakarta Engineering Mukti Day. The research method used is quantitative with a population of 45 employees. Sampling using saturated non-probability sampling, with the entire population of 45 employees to be sampled. The data obtained were then processed using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 22 for windows. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire using google forms for employees of PT. Yogyakarta Engineering Mukti Day. Data analysis techniques used in this study include reliability test, validity test, multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test through the T test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study concluded that the variables work experience and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) partially affect the performance of employees at PT. Yogyakarta Engineering Mukti Day. The results of the study conclude that the variable work experience and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT. Yogyakarta Engineering Mukti Day.

Abstract

Penelitian ini tujuannya guna memahami pengaruh Kepuasan kerja, Loyalitas, dan Komitmen Organisasi Pada Organizational Citizenship Behavior secara parsial, serta pengaruh kepuasan kerja, loyalitas, komitmen organisasi pada Organizational Citizenship Behavior secara simultan di karyawan PT. Hari Mukti Teknik Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan populasi sejumlah 42 karyawan. Contoh menggunakan sampling non-probabilitas atau sampling jenuh, dengan seluruh populasi 42 karyawan menjadi sampel. Perolehan data selanjutnya diolah mempergunakan Statistical Package for the Social Science versi 22 untuk windows. Mempergunakan teknik pengumpulan data angket dengan google form untuk karyawan PT. Hari Mukti Teknik Yogyakarta. Teknik analisis data penelitian mencakup atas pengujian uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji analisis deskriptif, uji regresi liner berganda, uji asumsi klasik melalui uji F dan uji T, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian bahwasanya variabel kepuasan kerja, loyalitas, komitmen organiasasi  dengan parsial memberi pengaruh pada OCB di karyawan PT. Hari Mukti Teknik Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa secara simultan variabel kepuasan kerja, loyalitas maupun komitmen organisasi  dengan bersamaan memberi pengaruh pada Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada karyawan PT. Hari Mukti Teknik Yogyakarta.
