Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) menguji efektivitas prototipemodel laboratorium entrepreneurship terpadu di Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi melalui uji coba secara terbatas; (2) melakukan evaluasi dan revisi model; (3) uji coba secara lebih luas, model yang disarankan bagi upaya pengembangan ke depan. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan research and development dengan dua tahapan penelitian. Pada tahap pertama telah dilakukan studi eksplorasi dan membuat prototipe model praktik kewirausahaan terpadu. Hasil penelitian tahap kedua adalah (1) uji coba rancangan model pada kelompok terbatas efektif ditunjukkan dengan kreativitas dan antusiasme serta keberhasilan tiga kelompok uji coba dalam menghasilkan dan menjual produk usaha. (2) Dari hasil evaluasi dan revisi, prototipe model pembelajaran praktik entrepreneurship terpadu dan model laboratorium entrepreneurship terpadu layak digunakan, revisi hanya pada teknis pelaksanaan. (3) Hasil uji coba model secara lebih luas, secara keseluruhan menyatakan model laboratorium entrepreneurship layak untuk digunakan dan diusulkan untuk dilaksanakan di Prodi pendidikan Ekonomi, PIPS, FKIP, UNS. Abstract

This study aims to find out : (1) students' learning outcome before the collaboration of PBL instractional model and STAD cooperative instructional model being applied for 10th grade students of SMA Kartikatama Metro ;(2)  students' learning outcome after the application of the method and technique;(3) the influence of collaboration application of PBL instructional model and STAD cooperatice instructional model.  This was quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design.  Application of PBL teaching method collaborated with STAD cooperative instructional model is able to improve students' learning outcome and give significant influence towards the improvement of students' learning outcome at economics subject.  Compared to the class X-A of social program that only applies PBL instructional model, class X-D is better in case of learning outcome improvement. Given that the result of pre-test, class X-A and X-D get 46.3 and 51.4 respectively. Those two scores are categorized into less than or far from the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KBM) by 75.  But, after the implementation of PBL instructional model and STAD cooperative instructional model, outcome learning rises.  The result of learnig outcome of those two classes shows that class X-A gets 68.04 while class X-D gets 80.  Those two learning outcomes indicate a significant difference on students' learning outcome in economics subject.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Strategi pembelajaran concept map diduga merupakan variabel yang memiliki pengaruh dengan prestasi belajar dan tipologi belajar sebagai variabel moderator  dalam hubungan kasual strategi pembelajaran concept map dengan prestasi belajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) seberapa besar pengaruh strategi pembelajaran Concept Map terhadap prestasi belajar Dasar Akuntansi Keuangan II. (2) seberapa kuat tipologi belajar memoderasi terhadap hubungan kausal strategi pembelajaran Concept Map terhadap prestasi belajar Dasar Akuntansi Keuangan II.Metode: Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa semester III Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi FKIP UMS Tahun Akdemik 2012/2013. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara quota random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, dokumentasi, tes dan angket. Data diperoleh melalui observasi untuk prestasi belajar afektif dan psikomotorik, angket untuk strategi pembelajaran concept map dan tipologi belajar, tes untuk menilai prestasi belajar dasar akuntansi keuangan II.Hasil: Pengujian Hipotesis menggunakan SEM dengan Program LISREL 8.8. diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: (1) strategi pembelajaran Concept Map berpengaruh sangat kuat terhadap prestasi belajar Dasar Akuntansi Keuangan II. (2) tipologi belajar memoderasi sangat besar terhadap hubungan kausal strategi pembelajaran Concept Map terhadap prestasi belajar Dasar Akuntansi Keuangan II.

Abstract

E-learning during a pandemic is the best solution to support the learning process, but what about vocational students in implementing e-learning. This study aims to determine: (1) Implementation, (2) Supporting and inhibiting factors, and (3) solutions for inhibiting factors for the e-learning process at SMK N 5 Sukoharjo. This type of research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. This study used purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques with the class XI PKKwu teacher as the key informant. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, documents, and case studies. The data validity test used source triangulation and method triangulation. Data analysis techniques with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: 1) The implementation of PKKwu e-learning at SMK N 5 Sukoharjo consisted of planning, implementation, and evaluating. Planning using face to face learning lesson plans due to the lack of preparation for online learning. The implementation of PKKwu e-learning learning is carried out through the Google Classroom, Edmodo, Email, Whatsapp application, resulting in less than optimal learning of PKKwu practices, the practice of making handsanitizer and disinfectants. Evaluation is done by assessing the timeliness of collection and the correctness of answering the assignment given. 2) Supporting factors, namely the provision of credit subsidies and borrowing HP. Inhibiting factors are teacher lack of understanding of e-learning, unstable internet connection, lack of literature and official school learning media and students different economic levels. 3) The solution to these obstacles is continued coordination with parents, the use of text and audio-based learning media to minimize quotas, develop school websites, and provide training on e-learning to teachersKeywords: E-learning, Evaluation, Implementation, Inhibiting Factors, Supporting Factors, Solution

Abstract

The Nawacita program framework, the Government of Indonesia is trying to improve the quality and equity of the national education system by increasing the education sector national budget to 500 trillion rupiah, and appointing the Chief Executive Officers (CEO) of the Gojek Internet Start-up company, in order to boost up the program outcome by using Information Technology (IT) as the main gap bridge in the education sectors. The unequal access to the education level in the formal, informal and non-formal education clusters is emphasizes if the education sectors problems is complex as the development problem. The government trying to tackling that problem by developing the suitable curriculum, and maximization of the use of IT in the education sectors to improve the quality and equity for the education. In this research, the correlation between the rapid development of education sectors and the impact to the national economy is analyzed by using the Solow models which said if the investment of human capital, including to the education sectors is one of the main bridge to achieve the status as advanced nation. This research is concluded if the formal education sector have direct and significant impact to the economic sector, then the informal and non-formal educations sectors act as supporting unit in order to achieve the quality and equity, in order to improve the education access.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh motivasi terhadap kreativitas peserta didik kelas X kompetensi keahlian otomatisasi dan tata kelola perkantoran SMK Negeri 1 Pogalan;(2) pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap kreativitas peserta didik kelas X kompetensi keahlian otomatisasi dan tata kelola perkantoran SMK Negeri 1 Pogalan;(3) pengaruh motivasi dan gaya belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap kreativitas peserta didik kelas X kompetensi keahlian otomatisasi dan tata kelola perkantoran SMK Negeri 1 Pogalan.Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X kompetensi keahlian otomatisasi dan tata kelola perkantoran yang berjumlah 108 peserta didik. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional startified random sampling dengan 85 peserta didik sebagai sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji prasyarat dan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi terhadap kreativitas peserta didik (thitung 4,132 > ttabel 1,989), (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan gaya belajar terhadap kreativitas peserta didik (thitung 16,450 > ttabel 1,989), (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi dan gaya belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap kreativitas peserta didik (Fhitung 476,996 > Ftabel 3,108).

Abstract

The research aims to describe the implementation of organization communication, challenges, and solutions organizational communication at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. The method used in this study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach using primary data in the form of interviews, observation and document analysis. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling to determine the first informant and uses a side snowball to find the second information and so on until the data is saturated. Secondary data using literature study in the form of related research. The validity test used source triangulationThe research aimed to find out : (1) The application of organizational communication at Batik 2 Surakarta has been implemented in accordance with the organizational structure in which the part studied is the form of communication consisting of formal and informal, communication mechanisms consisting of Principals and Deputy Principals, Principals and Committees, Principals and Teachers and staff, Principals and Students, Teachers and Staff, Teachers and Teachers, Staff and Staff, aspects that are communicated consisting of informal work and activities, the method used is persuasive and informative, as well as the media used, namely oral, written and electronic media as an organizational effort to achieve its goals well. (2) Obstacles that occur in the application of organizational communication include: (a) lack of coordination in carrying out tasks; (b) the limitations of some teachers in operating electronic communication media; (c) there was a misunderstanding in sending and receiving information. (3) Efforts to overcome obstacles in the application of organizational communication, namely creating good and harmonious communication between colleagues, scheduling workshops for teachers who have not been able to master electronic communication media, socialization in accordance with policies.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) The role of mobile library in increasing society's reading interest in Surakarta; (2) Inhibitory factors of mobile libraries in carrying out their roles; (3) Efforts library barries to overcome obstacles. This study uses qualitative descriptive methods with a case study approach. The data used is primary and secondary data. The data source comes from the source / informant, place / event, as well as the specified documents using purposive sampling techniques and snowball sampling. Data is collected through observation, interview, and document analysis. Data validity test techniques use source triangulation and technique triangulation. Data analysis techniques are carried out in stages: (1) data collection; (2) data reduction; (3) presentation of data; (4) withdrawal of conclusion. The research procedures conducted by researcher are as follow: (1) drafting proposals; (2) instrument preparation stage; (3) data collection stage; (4) data analysis stage; (5) research report stage. The result of the research shows that: (1) The role of mobile library in increasing society’s reading interest in Surakarta, among others: (a) As a provider of information source in the form of collection of library materials for the society; (b) As a facilitator in meeting information needs and guiding the society; (c) As a means of picking the ball up. (2) Obstacles in increasing society's reading interest include: (a) Book collections that have not been able to meet the needs of the society as a whole; (b) Limited service time; (c) Lack of socialization of the schedule of mobile library locations in the society. (3) Efforts to deal with such obstacles include: (a) Procurement of library material collection; (b) extension of service time; (c) conduct a survey regarding the location of the stop.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was studied to determine the implementation of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System in the UNS Central Library. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenal approach. The phenomena that have occurred are the transformation of ISO 9001, program innovation carried out by the UNS Central Library, and Predicate A for the National University Libraries. The results of this study were reviewed by 10 ISO clauses with the PDCA pattern (Plann, Do, Check, and Act). So that getting a program that has been running includes Processing Library Materials, Cooperation Administration, Digital Library Services, Academic Internships, Maintenance of Infrastructure, Website Management, Book Returns, HR, Information Literacy, Scientific Library Clinics, Library Tours, News Coverage, Environmental Maintenance, to the processing of journals, magazines, and newspapers. All of these programs are the result of implementing ISO 9001 itself by compiling Quality Procedures and Work Instructions for all elements of the UNS Central Library.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are for: (1) Implementation of Strategic Management in Improving the Quality of Education in SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta (2) Perceived barriers in the implementation of Strategic Management to improve the Quality of Education in SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta (3) Efforts made to overcome obstacles in the application of strategic management to improve the quality of education in SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta. This research is using a qualitative descriptive approach. The sources of data used in this research come from informants, places and events, as well as documents and archives.The sampling technique used is purposive and snowball sampling. The data collecting techniques used are interviews, observation ,and documentation. The data validity test is carried out by fulfilling the four principles of validity testing, namely Credibility, Transferability, Dependability and Confirmability. The data analysis used is an interactive analysis model with several processes, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.  The results showed that the implementation of strategic management at SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta has three stages, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. Barriers exist in supervision, human resources and student expectations. SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta overcomes these obstacles by conducting training, guidance and direction.
