Abstract

The level of competition in the world of education is very developed, which requires every education service provider to have an effective and efficient strategy. Strategy is essential in the world of education considering that education can provide aspects of instilling the values of attitudes and behaviors that make humans have degrees. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to find out how the marketing strategy, implementation support and inhibit marketing in MI Muhammadiyah 02 Cakru Education. The research method used is qualitative, with the type of research being narrative research. The results obtained from this study are: 1) Marketing strategy carried out by MI Muhammadiyah 02 Cakru in the form of a differentiation strategy that prioritizes four marketing objectives. Fulfilling the mission of the school, increasing customer satisfaction, increasing interest, increasing efficiency; 2) The implementation of the marketing strategy for educational services carried out is characterized by the presence of products, prices, locations, promotions, human resources, services, and processes. so that users of educational services can easily identify madrasahs with this component; 3) The lack of public awareness about how the education system is carried out by madrasahs, as well as the incompleteness of some facilities and infrastructure owned by madrasahs as a support for educational success, are supporting factors and obstacles to the marketing strategy implemented. Tingkat persaingan dalam dunia pendidikan sangatlah berkembang, yang mana menuntut setiap penyedia jasa pendidikan mempunyai strategi efektif dan efisien.Strategi menjadi penting dalam dunia pendidikan mengingat pendidikan mampu memberikan aspek penanaman nilai-nilai sikap dan tingkah laku yang menjadikan manusia memiliki derajat. Untuk itu tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) bagaimana startegi pemasaran (2) implementasi startegi pemasaran (3) faktor pendukung dan penghambat pemasaran Pendidikan MI Muhammadiyah 02 Cakru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni Kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian narrative riset.Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh MI Muhammadiyah 02 cakru dengan bentuk strategi differensiasi yang mengedepankan empat tujuan pemasaran.Memenuhi misi sekolah, meningkatnya kepuasan pelanggan, meningkatkan ketertarikan, meningkatkan efisienasi; 2) Implementasi strategi pemasaran jasa pendidikan yang dilakukan ditandai dengan adanya produk, harga, lokasi, promosi, SDM, pelayanan dan proses.sehingga dengan komponen tersebut menjadikan madrasah dengan mudah dapat dikenali oleh pengguna jasa Pendidikan; 3) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan disebabkan masih kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat yang belum mengenal bagaimana system pendiidkan yang dilakukan oleh madrasah ditambah masih belum lengkapanya beberapa sarana dan prasarana yang dimiliki oleh madrasah sebagai penunjang keberhasilan pendidikan.

Abstract

Star Kid's Special School is an institution that provides special education services for children with special needs. This institution is located in Kebonsari, Jemer with a total of 26 male and female students with different numbers of disabilities such as the blind, deaf, physically disabled, autistic and multiplely impaired. The Star Kid's Institute has obtained B accreditation, namely through the existence of an educational program that was implemented and managed to get awards and achievements from both the institution and its students. However, there are obstacles in obtaining educational facilities and infrastructure at SLB Star Kid's, such as the difficulty in obtaining facilities and infrastructure to meet the needs of the institution. Therefore this study aims to describe the planning, implementation, and supervision of educational facilities and infrastructure at Star Kid's Special School Jember. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods through the collection of observational data, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate: 1) planning for facilities and infrastructure at the Star Kid's Special School Jember by taking into account the needs analysis and budget analysis which is based on the results of the needs of students' infrastructure that are in accordance with their respective disabilities and will estimate the minimum funds that will be issued. 2) implementation of facilities and infrastructure at Star Kid's Special School Jember which is carried out by forming several teams to carry out implementation processes such as procurement, inventory, distribution, and so on. 3) supervision of facilities and infrastructure carried out directly by the school principal and the team, to directly observe the implementation process at Star Kid's Jember Special School.   Keywords: infrastructure, education, extraordinary school.     Sekolah Luar Biasa Star Kid’s Merupakan lembaga yang memberikan layanan pendidikan khusus untuk ABK. Lembaga ini terletak di kebonsari Jemer dengan jumlah siswa 26 Laki-laki dan  perempuan dengan jumlah ketunaan yang berbeda –beda seperti tuna netra, tuna rungu, tuna daksa, autis dan tuna ganda. Lembaga Star Kid’s telah memperolah akreditasi B yaitu dengan adanya prgram pendidikan yang dilaksanakan dan berhasil mendapatkan penghargaan maupun prestasi baik dari lembaga maupun siswanya. Namun terdapat kendala dalam memperoleh sarana dan prasaranan pendidikan di SLB Star Kid’s seperti sulitnya memperoleh sarana dan prasarana untuk memenuhi kebutuhan lembaga. Oleh karena itu Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, implementasi, dan pengawasan sarana  dan prasarana pendidikan di Sekolah Luar Biasa Star Kid’s Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tentang: 1) perencanaan sarana dan prasarana di Sekolah Luar Biasa Star Kid’s Jember dengan memperhatikan analisis kebutuhan dan analisis anggaran yang mana hal tersebut berpegangan pada hasil kebutuhan sarpras siswa yang sesuai dengan ketunaan masing-masing serta akan memperkirakan minim dana yang akan dikeluarkan. 2) implementasi sarana dan prasarana di Sekolah Luar Biasa Star Kid’s Jember yang dilakukan dengan membentuk beberapa tim untuk melaksanakan proses implementasi seperti pengadaan, inventarsasi, distribusi, dan lain sebagainya. 3) pengawasan sarana dan prasarana yang dilakukan langsung oleh kepala sekolah beserta tim, untuk meninjau secara langsung proses implementasi di Sekolah Luar Biasa Star Kid’s Jember. Abstract

Intolerance in Indonesia is currently a problem that is quite worrying for the community and also for the government, as many people know that Indonesia has very diverse religions and cultures, so institutions are required to implement character education programs to instill tolerance from an early age so that the next generation can instill a spirit of tolerance. One day, they will be able to implement it properly. Instilling the values of solidarity and inter-religious harmony through education is an effective and appropriate way, so it is necessary to implement a Character Education Program to instill tolerance. This research aims to describe how to implement character education programs in instilling an attitude of tolerance and what the factors are in it. It uses a case study of qualitative approaches. The results are (1) Implementation of the character education program in instilling an attitude of tolerance includes three stages, namely, planning, action, and evaluation, and (2) Supporting factors include motivation from the family environment, which is very influential, and school facilities such as posters, pictures, etc., inhibiting factors include: differences in students' character backgrounds and attitudes which can disrupt the course of learning.

Abstract

It begins with the conflict of marketing of Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) around Jember city. The problem is from the marketing aspect used to customers in settled decision making. This research aims to 1) know how the marketing mix of education services price and place PPME Nuris 2 Jember, 2) to know how decision making settles in PPME Nuris 2 Jember, and 3) to test whether the marketing mix of price (X1) and place (X2) education services has a significant influence on decision making to settle in PPME Nuris 2 Jember. This research uses the quantitative method. So, data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Version 16. The results showed that 1) The average marketing mix of category services strongly agreed with 49%, 2) decision-making on average category strongly agreed with 46%, dan 3) there is a significant influence of the marketing mix of price and place with the results of the T-test partially priced 0.12 < 0.05 and place 0.000 < 0.05. It means that the two variables have a partial effect, and the F test with a value of F-counting 59,996 > F-table 3.07 means that the two variables have a simultaneous effect on settled decision making. Studi ini berawal dari konflik pemasaran pesantren di sekitar kota Jember. Permasalahannya adalah dari aspek pemasaran yang digunakan kepada pelanggan dalam pengambilan keputusan yang pasti. Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) untuk mengetahui bagaimana bauran pemasaran harga dan tempat jasa pendidikan PPME Nuris 2 Jember, 2) untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengambilan keputusan yang terjadi di PPME Nuris 2 Jember, dan 3) untuk menguji apakah bauran pemasaran harga (X1) dan tempat (X2) pelayanan pendidikan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan untuk menetap di PPME Nuris 2 Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jadi, analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS Versi 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) rata-rata bauran pemasaran kategori jasa sangat setuju sebesar 49%, 2) pengambilan keputusan ditetapkan pada kategori rata-rata sangat setuju sebesar 46%, dan 3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan bauran pemasaran harga dan tempat dengan hasil uji T secara parsial harga 0,12 < 0,05 dan tempat 0,000 < 0,05 artinya kedua variabel berpengaruh secara parsial, dan uji F dengan nilai F-hitung 59.996 > F-tabel 3,07 artinya kedua variabel berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap pengambilan keputusan menetap.

Abstract

This article aims to explain the results and impact of monitoring and evaluation of Basic Administrative Information and Communication Technology competencies in Islamic Education Management Students in the 2019-2021 class, such as Microsoft word, Microsoft excel and Internet Digitalization. The method used is a descriptive quantitative method. Collecting data using tests, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) for windows version 22. The results of the analysis showed that most of the implementation of Basic Information Technology and Computer (ICT) Administration competencies in MPI students for the 2019-2021 class year had not been carried out in accordance with applicable vision and mission provisions. There are several dominant factors that cause this; lack of computer learning, especially on Microsoft Excel in preparing the administration of facilities and infrastructure, and its completeness. However, after knowing the basic administrative ICT scores that have been filled in the tests given by researchers, students want to change their mindset by improving themselves with basic computer administration courses according to the total score of 91.8%. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tentang hasil dan dampak monitoring dan evaluasi kompetensi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi Dasar Administrasi Pada Mahasiswa Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Tahun angkatan 2019-2021 seperti halnya Microsoft word, Microsoft excel dan Digitaliasai Internet. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistic deskriptif menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) for windows version 22. Hasil analiasis menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pelaksanaan kompetensi Teknologi Informasi dan Komputer (TIK) Dasar Administrasi pada mahasiswa MPI tahun angkatan 2019-2021 belum terlaksana sesuai dengan ketentuan visi dan misi yang berlaku. Ada beberapa faktor dominan yang menyebabkan hal tersebut; kurangnya belajar komputer terutama pada Microsoft excel dalam menyusun administrasi sarana dan prasarana, dan kelengkapannya. Namun setelah mengetahui nilai TIK dasar administrasi yang sudah diisi dalam tes yang di berikan oleh peneliti mahasiswa ingin merubah pola pikirnya dengan memperbaiki diri dengan kursus komputer dasar administrasi sesuai dengan jumlah perolehan skor 91,8%.
