Abstract

Training is a systematic process of an organization aimed at developing individual skills, abilities, knowledge or attitudes that can change employee behavior in achieving company goals that have been set. Career development is a continuous process in which individuals go through personal efforts to realize career planning goals that are adapted to organizational conditions. Employee performance is the result of an assigned job in an organization. This study aimed to determine the role of training and career development on the quality of work through its competence as an intervention. The research method used is qualitative. The study results can be concluded that training and career development have a role in the quality of work. It can be seen that training and career development indirectly influence the quality of work.

Abstract

Securing National Vital Objects is the main task of the Ditpamobvit personnel of the East Java Police. In carrying out these tasks so that the given performance is maximal, it is necessary to have high work motivation. Work discipline and work benefits are things that affect one's work motivation in order to improve the given performance. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and performance allowances on the performance of Ditpamobvit personnel of the East Java Regional Police with motivation as an intermediary variable. The research method is literature review through Google Scholar and Science Direct to get journals with a span of the last 5 years (2017-2022). The collected journal data is then analyzed and presented as a table of literature review results. The results of the research analysis obtained 11 articles that are relevant to the topic of this research. The obtained articles explain that work discipline significantly affects work motivation, performance allowances affect work motivation, and work motivation jointly. Work discipline through work motivation indirectly affects personnel performance and explains that performance allowances indirectly affect employee performance of work motivation. Discipline and performance allowances indirectly affect motivation.

Abstract

An effective leadership style application of work discipline in managing human resources in a company will affect the work behavior of employees which will ultimately affect the overall performance of the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance and the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT Era Mulia Abadi Sejahtera in the city of Malang. The instrument of this research used a questionnaire. Samples were taken as many as 30 employees of PT Era Mulia Abadi Sejahtera respondents in the city of Malang. Analysis and data processing using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has no effect on employee performance, while work discipline has an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

In an organization or company, Human Resource Management (HRM) is one element that has a strategic function that supports the success of an organization or company to achieve its goals. The influence of organizational culture and career development in its function, namely managing human resources and providing facilities to these employees in a company will affect employee work behavior which in turn will affect the overall performance of a company. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance and the influence of career development on employee performance at the Surabaya Wonocolo Tax Service Office. The instrument of this research used a questionnaire. Samples were taken as many as 50 respondents, employees of the Surabaya Wonocolo Tax Service Office. Analysis and data processing using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has no effect on employee performance, while career development has an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The implication of the right organizational culture, supported by a good work environment and the right leadership style in its function of managing human resources in a company will have an impact on the work behavior of employees in a company which will ultimately affect the performance of a company as a whole. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment organizational culture and leadership style on employees at PT Trustlog Total Solusindo in Surabaya. The instrument of this research used a questionnaire. Samples were taken as many as 40 respondents employees of PT Trustlog Total Solusindo in the city of Surabaya. Analysis and data processing using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and leadership style have no effect on employee performance, while the work environment affects employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, brand equity, and product quality on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Dear Sisters outlet in Sidoarjo, East Java. The research method used in this research is descriptive by using quantitative methods. This study uses primary data, namely the distribution of questionnaires by taking respondents from Dear Sisters outlet customers in the Sidoarjo branch, East Java. This study used random sampling with a total of 50 respondents from the Dear Sisters outlet. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis which is processed using the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that the service quality variable has no effect on customer satisfaction, the brand equity variable has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and the product quality variable has no effect on customer satisfaction. And the variables of service quality, brand equity and product quality simultaneously affect customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance. This research was conducted on employees at PT Era Mulia Abadi Sejahtera in Malang, East Java. This study uses primary data, namely the distribution of questionnaires by taking employee respondents at PT Era Mulia Abadi Sejahtera in Malang, East Java. The results of this study indicate that the variables of work motivation and work environment have a positive effect on employee performance. And the variables of work motivation and work environment simultaneously affect employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and career development on employee performance. This research was conducted on employees at PT Era Mulia Abadi Sejahtera in Malang, East Java. The research method used in this research is descriptive by using quantitative methods. This study uses primary data, namely the distribution of questionnaires by taking employee respondents at PT Era Mulia Abadi Sejahtera in Malang, East Java. This study uses a sample of the total population of the number of employees in the office. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis which is processed using the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that the variables of compensation and career development have a positive effect on employee performance. And the variables of compensation and career development simultaneously affect employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of marketing strategy, outlet facilities and prices on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Dear Sisters outlet in Sidoarjo, East Java. The research method used in this research is descriptive by using quantitative methods. This study uses primary data, namely the distribution of questionnaires by taking respondents from the Dear Sisters outlet customers in the Sidoarjo branch, East Java. This study uses random sampling with a total of 50 respondents from Dear Sisters outlet customers. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis which is processed using the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy variable has no effect on customer satisfaction, the outlet facility variable has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and the price variable has no effect on customer satisfaction. And the variables of marketing strategy, outlet facilities, and prices simultaneously affect customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Most of the tourism villages in Rumah Budaya Watulimo and Regencies only present the potential for local beauty of their respective regions, but have not yet touched on the development of creative industries by utilizing the existing potentials in those areas. The development of a tourism village generally has a positive impact on the life of the village community, especially the physical environment, economic, social and cultural conditions of the community around the tourist area. However, the addition of creative industries will be able to have a more positive impact on the people's economy. This study aims to implement community empowerment, especially for women and children as educational media in developing creative industry-based tourism villages in Trenggalek and districts. This research includes action research. The community empowerment strategy refers to the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) methodology or Asset-Based Community Assistance. In terms of implementation. The collected research data is then processed and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the implementation of community empowerment was carried out through the fashion creative industry in the tourist village and training in the corncob craft creative industry. The involvement of women in the corncob creative industry training is given starting from the processing of raw materials to a variety of products, as well as training in packing models and marketing programs, so that they are not only able to produce but also able to do marketing. In terms of involving children, this training is provided in the form of providing education on knowledge and skills ranging from processing raw materials to various products, besides that children are also taught about the creativity of the exhibition or display of products from the handicraft.
