Abstract

The Injection Department of PT Omni Kemas Industry has several problems in machines’ breakdown and in forecasting the customers’ demand. Besides that, the company also wants to maximize their profit. Therefore, the aim of this final assignment is to minimize the machines’ breakdown, demand forecasting and profit maximizing. This final assignment counts the frequencies and intervals of preventive replacements and inspections based on preventive maintenance method and also forecasts customers’ demand based on the smallest error generated by the methods. Then, the outputs from the preventive maintenance and demand forecasting are used in production amount optimalizing process in order to gain profit maximizing.

Abstract

Dayak is an ethnic group lived at Kalimantan which used to be called as Borneo. From some resources stated that Dayak come from Proto-Malay Group which was at India. They come to Borneo across Malaya Peninsula about 4000 years ago. Dayak group respect their previous customs. This research is aimed at one of custom that still exist at Dayak Community Ngaju group lived at Samba Danum Katingan Yillage, the custom is "Nyaka Tihi" which has sociologies, physiologies, and religius meaning that affect their life.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the Satisfaction of the Students of Learning, Learning in PKBM Insan Cendekia Sialang Munggu Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru City. The formulation of the problem of this research is the Satisfaction of the Students of Learning, Learning in PKBM Insan Cendekia Sialang Munggu Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru City is high. The population in this study as many as 43 residents learn. the researchers used a saturated sample so that all the population in the sample as much as 43 residents studying in PKBM Insan Cendekia Sialang Munggu Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru City, and 20 people for trials in Learning Activity Center (SKB) Pekanbaru City. The type of this research is descriptive with quantitative approach. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire with 40 statements and after the trial live 37 valid statements to be made in the research instrument. Data analysis through quantitative descriptive analysis. The findings of this study indicate that the satisfaction of studying residents, learning in PKBM Insan Cendekia Sialang Munggu Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru the highest learning service by tutor with percentage 64,92% means that tutor provide good service to citizen learn in learning activity. Abstract

Abstract: In this study the author intends to examine two variables to determine whether there is a relationship between the independent variable (X) with the dependent variable (Y). The population of this study is the entire kindergarten teacher in District Kuantan Singingi forth as many as 50 kindergarten teachers. As for testing purposes researchers took samples from the Kuantan Tengah District of 20 kindergarten teachers. Based on the observations of the author while in some kindergarten teachers in the district Kuantan Kuantan Singingi Mudik found symptoms or phenomena, among others, relating to the social competence of teachers: the existence of some teachers who communicate and interact with students in a way that is less mannered, their most teachers are less adapted to their assigned (like bored with the state of the school). And of spiritual intelligence discovered phenomena: the existence of some teachers who use that language are not appropriate when angry to students who are not able to answer the teacher's question, a sense of caring and empathy of teachers to the school and its work is still lacking. From the research results can be seen on the Kolmogorov-Smirnov column can be seen that the value of significance for spiritual intelligence (0.200) and social competence (0.200); Because of the significance of all variables is greater than 0.05, it can be concluded that the data on the variables of spiritual intelligence and social competence normal distribution, homogeneity test analysis results, obtained statistical values of 0.834 and a probability value of 0608. Since the value of p> 0.05 (0608> 0.05) then the data is homogeneous, and the coefficient of determination is generated is equal to r2 = 0217, p = 0.001 (p <0.05), it can be seen that the influence of spiritual intelligence 21.7% of the social competence of teachers. Then concluded There is a relationship between the spiritual intelligence with Social Competence kindergarten teacher at Regency Kuantan District Mudik Singingi.Key word: Spiritual Teacher With Social Competence

Abstract

This study aims to determine how self efficacy and performance of Equality Package tutors in Pekanbaru City SKB, is there a relationship between self-efficacy and performance in the implementation of learning tasks. The study was conducted in Pekanbaru city with respondents all tutors who were members of SKB Pekanbaru City who were honored 20 people. As a survey research, data using questionnaire (questionnaire). Data processed with percentages and results are: (1) self-efficacy with three dimensions, an average of 89.99% believe in their ability to adjust the tasks assigned to them. (2). The performance of tutors in carrying out learning tasks with four sub, averaging 82.35% who have carried out their duties (3) The link between self-efficacy and tutor performance, the results of which are data analysis with chi square using SPSS, that is, chi count of 0.333, df 1 and a significant accumulation of 0.564 with 0.05%. Chi Square table value at df 1 (0.05%) is 3.841. Thus the chi square value is smaller than the chi square table value, then the proposed hypothesis is rejected. There is a relationship between self-efficacy and tutor performance in carrying out learning tasks.

Abstract

The style of optimism in a teacher is a positive way of thinking as a formula, paradigm, frame of mind, and system of thinking. The purpose of this study was to find and analyze the level of teacher optimism Public senior high school, Rimba Melintang, Rokan Hilir, Riau. This research is quantitative descriptive which is carried out by survey. The population is 75 and the sample of this study is 62 teachers. Data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of this study found that the level of optimism of teachers was in the very high category (Mean, 4.14), and the contribution of each indicator as a factor was classified as high (60.04 percent). This finding means that the better the teachers optimism style, the positive thinking skills, being grateful and always happy with their assignments, accepting all the tasks given happily, sure there are opportunities in front of them, and always motivating others such as teachers, students, and parents students are getting better, because it is very important in realizing teachers who are profesesional in educating and teaching. It is expected that all teachers have a high and good optimism style in carrying out their professional duties as teachers to realize an effective school. Abstract

Ngaju adalah salah satu Subsuku Dayak yang banyak tinggal dan berada di Kalimantan Tengah. Hasil akhir dari pusaran kehadiran agama-agama baru ini sangat ditentukan oleh kesejatian di Dayak Ngaju itu sendiri, yang terpantul dari karakteristik keterbukaan terhadap pengaruh luar, penghargaan pada harkat dan martabat manusia, toleransi pada keberagaman etnik, agama, dan ras. Dalam pusaran perubahan sosial tersebut, Dayak Ngaju tetap berusaha mempertahankan identitas etnik.

Abstract: Research it is based on responsibility residents learn equality education package C inPKBM Primatrain Pekanbaru. Because the responsibility of the study is awareness of people learn to work and responsibilities as a resident studying for them to study Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) PrimatrainPekanbaru. Formulation problems in this research was how high responsibility residents learn equality education package C in PKBM Primatrain Pekanbaru?. The purpose of this research is to find the responsibility of residents learn equality education package C in PKBM Primatrain Pekanbaru. Population in this study as many as 40 people learn. Then the researcher determine samples from 40 people for research and 20 people for testing somewhere else, with using a technique sampling jenuh. An instrument data collection that is chief with 50 a statement and if the trial live 46 a statement valid for in made instrument research. Through data analysis of the quantitative descriptive analysis. So, the research results show that responsibility residents learn equality education package C in PKBM Primatrain Pekanbaru, Categorized High, with the highest indicators obligation students look at of the value of a percentage (SB+B) 75%. It means residents learn very aware of their obligations and responsibilities as the learner / residents learn evidenced by coming perfection. educational institutions at the correct time. While indicators duty students with a value of a percentage (SB+B) 73%. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the role of social workers in the development of adolescents (children dealing with the law of the category of children as perpetrators of crime) in social institutions of youth development (Psbr) Rumbai Pekanbaru. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive approach. The subjects of the study were young social worker, first pekso candidate and psychological child protection center. Data collection through observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The number of child offenders from January to May 22, 2018 amounted to 20 children with different cases. The interview guide contains 54 questions about the role of social workers in child coaching, with a subfocus of facilitators, brokers, mediators, defenders and patron with each sub-indicator 3-4. The results show that the role of social workers in the development of adolescents in youth social institutions (Psbr) Rumbai Pekanbaru includes: the role of social workers in the guidance of child offenders shows that the role of social workers play an active role in guidance as facilitators, intermediaries, mediators, defenders and patrons. As well as friends and parents both, coaching can also help solve a teenage case and may affect a child's behavior. In the guidance of children obtaining education in the form of vukational training, spiritual guidance, physical guidance, social and psychosocial useful when children out of the house between (LPKS). Closing children will make it difficult for social workers to solve child cases. The security and confidentiality of adolescent identity is a form of protection services provided. Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the factors causing the learning difficulties of citizens learning equality education program in following the learning process in PKBM KAK SETO PEKANBARU. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether the factors causing the learning difficulties of citizens to study the equivalency education program in following the learning process in PKBM KAK SETO PEKANBARU. The population in this study as many as 30 residents learn. the researchers used the saturated samples so that all the population in the sample made as many as 30 people studying in PKBM KAK SETO PEKANBARU, and 20 people for trials in Learning Activity Center (SKB) Pekanbaru City. The type of this research is descriptive with quantitative approach. The instrument of data collection is questionnaire with 38 statement and after test stay 35 valid statement to be made in research instrument. Data analysis through quantitative descriptive analysis. The findings of the research indicate that the acquisition of the percentage of the sums of Strongly Agree (SS) with Agree (S) on all indicators are (1) internal factors and (2) external factors of 59.05% or can be said to be moderate. This shows that the surrounding environmental factors and factors from within themselves are quite influential on the learning difficulties of learning people in following the learning process in PKBM KAK SETO PEKANBARU.Keywords : Learning Difficulties, Students of Learning, Equality Education
