Abstract

Abstract: The formulation of problem in this research is "How is the adjective entrepreneurial aspect of the business in coffee powder business in Koto Tuo Village Tarab River District Batusangkar West Sumatera". This research uses descriptive naturalistic research with qualitative approach which aims to give the right picture about the Characteristic of Community Entrepreneurship in Coffee Powder Business in Koto Tuo Village Sungai Tarab District Batusangkar City, West Sumatera. This research consist of one variable that is with research indicator that is (1) Have a strong desire to stand alone, (2) Have willingness to take risk, (3) Have ability to learn from experience, (4) Able to motivate self, 5) Have the spirit to compete, (6) Have a relationship with hard work (7) Have great confidence. The subjects of this study were 5 informants ie 1 core informant, 2 control informants, and 2 informant observers. Technique of data collection is by using, interview, and documentation. Based on the results of interviews with informants, the researchers found the data through the 7 indicators is clear that the types of jobs that exist in the Village Koto tuo Tarab River District Batusangkar West Sumatra City is the equipment used to process coffee powder that is the furnace and parikiran engine in create your own. How the sale is done by going down directly to the surface and have some merchandise. The most superior here is to have children who use coffee with a very large number and will sell back to customers who have been looking for. The more children the more coffee powder sold. It remains consistent to the packaging of ground coffee, because from the first establishment of this business only disposable packaging but still with the same brand. Abstract: This research is to know the role of Parent in Developing Creativity of 5-6 Years Old Children at Home Rt.04 Rw.14 Tangkerang Tengah Sub-District Marpoyan Damai Sub-District Pekanbaru is classified as Good ?. The purpose of this study is to know the Parent Role in Developing Creativity of 5-6 Year Olds at Home Rt.04 Rw.14 Village Tangkerang Tengah Sub Marpoyan Damai Pekanbaru City. The population in this study are parents in Rt.04 Rw.14 Kelurahan Tangkerang Tengah Marpoyan Damai sub district Pekanbaru City as many as 30 people and the sample in this study is 20 people elsewhere used as sample trials conducted in Rt.01 Rw. 09 Kelurahan Tangkerang Tengah Sub Marpoyan Damai Pekanbaru City. This type of research uses descriptive research with quantitative approach. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire containing 55 items statement, Parent Role in Developing Creativity of 5-6 Year Olds at Home Rt.04 Rw.14 Tangkerang Tengah Sub-District Marpoyan Damai Sub-district Pekanbaru City, with indicator 1) role as facilitator , 2) role as motivator, 3) role as Supervisor. Alternative answers to each item of statement have categories very often given a score of 4 (four), often given a score of 3 (three), sometimes given a score of 2 (two), never given a score of 1 (one). The results of this study are parents in Rt.04 Rw.14 fall into the category very well. This is evidenced by the presentation of data recapitulation: 1) role as facilitator, 78.7% of respondents stated very often (SS) and often (S), 2) role as motivator, 77.37% of respondents stated very often (SS) (S), roles as mentors, 85.93% of respondents stated very often (SS) and often (S).Keywords: Role of Parents, Creativity

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine parents' efforts to improve children's learning performance at 021 Tarai SDN, Tarai Bangun Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency. The sample in this study was 55 people, namely class V parents at SDN 021 Tarai. The technique to collect data using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using percentage calculation. The results of this study indicate that the efforts of parents to provide adequate learning facilities according to the ability and needs of the school are very high. Moreover, the efforts of parents in creating a learning culture at home are quite high. In addition, parents' efforts to set priorities for tasks directly related to learning in schools are quite high. Moreover, parents' efforts to understand what the school has, will and will be done to develop children's potential are relatively low.Key Words: Parents' Efforts, Improve Learning Performance

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the performance of catfish farmers. The formulation of this research problem is whether the performance analysis of the catfish culture community in Sukajadi Village Lirik District Indragiri Hulu Regency is good ?. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of catfish farmers in Sukajadi Village Lirik District Indragiri Hulu Regency classified as good or bad. The expected benefits of the results of the study are to increase the knowledge and insight of the author and reader about the analysis of the performance of the catfish culture community and applying existing theories. The population in this study were 50 people of catfish farmers. Then the sample of this study was 50 people and 20 people in other places, namely in Gudang Batu Village, the sample used was saturated sample. The instrument of data collection was a questionnaire with 70 items of questions and after the trial only 68 items were valid questions to be used as research instruments. Data analysis through quantitative descriptive analysis. The findings of this study indicate that the catfish culture community has a good view of planning in cultivating catfish, the purpose of which has been done correctly. So that the best indicator of planning is compared to indicators of organizing, directing and controlling.Key Words: Performance Analysis, Analysis Of Community Performance

Abstract: The formulation of the problem in this study is how the principle of andragogy can be applied in the learning process of the package C equality program on PKBM Insan Cendekia Kota Pekanbaru. In accordance with the problem formulation, the aim of this study was to find out how to apply the andragogy principle in the learning process of the package C equality program at PKBM Insan Cendekia Kota Pekanbaru.This study uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach that aims to provide a systematic picture of the application of the principle of andragogy in the learning process in the package C equality program of PKBM Insan Cendekia Kota Pekanbaru. Informants in this study were 4 informants consisting of 2 key informants, 1 control informant and 1 observer informant. The application of the principle of andragogy in the learning process can generally be done well by teachers. This can be deduced from the implementation of learning by teachers who pay attention to the principles of andragogy, such as the law of learning, setting goals, developing attitudes, ideals and interests, informing citizens of learning to learn, discussing issues, and habits of citizens who learn in education and are seen from the activities of citizens. learn in the learning process. But when developing psychomotor skills, the learning population of tutors is less total in its application. Abstract

Abstract: Beginning writing skills of children aged 5-6 years is low, somechildren are not able yet to write the letter symbols are known, have not been able tomimic the letter, and have not been able to write his own name. The purpose of thisstudy was to determine whether there is an increased ability to write the beginning of achild through body painting and to find out how improvement occurs. The method usedin this study is the observation sheet form. The number of subjects in this study were 16children consisting of 6 boys and 10 girls. Based on the analysis of the assessmentprocess 2 cycles increased. The increase in the amount of 88.4%.Key Words: Writing Ability Starters

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the results of observations made, the authors see there are some phenomena that exist in most of the caregivers who are married to treat children with a loving but some are not too concerned with children, caregivers unmarried child does not sterilize milk bottles in the right way, low ability to care for children by a caregiver, caregivers do not understand the dangers of the substances in the landfill available toys such as lead (Pb), mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd) and chromium (Cr).The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of parenting by caregivers who are married and single, and to find out how much differences parenting abilities are married with single caregivers in daycares Tampan Sub-district Pekanbaru City. The population are 26 people and saturation sampling technique that uses as many as 11 people caregivers who are married and 15 single caregivers. Data collection techniques in this regard because the data in the form of nominal data the method of data collection for the marital status from identity card respondents. As for the method of data collection using observations and interview on parenting ability. The data analysis technique used is the normality test, homogeneity, hypothesis testing and t test. From the research results obtained there is no significant difference between the ability of parenting by married caregivers and single caregivers in Tampan Sub-district Pekanbaru City. It can be viewed from the analysis of data obtained by the value of the results tcount obtained is 1.475 and the value of ttable = 2.064 at significance level [α = 0.05] (df = 24). Therefore it turns tcount <ttable or 1.475> 2.064 then H0 is accepted. So, there is no significant difference parenting abilities based on marital status are carried by caregivers.Keywords: parenting ability , caregiver marital status

Abstract: The aim of this research is to determine internal factors as a supportive factor for graduation and to know external factors as supporting factors for graduation. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The informants of this study consisted of 4 informants, namely key informant 1, key informant 2, control informant and observer informant. Techniques for data collection are observation, interview, documentation and data validity. The process of data analysis takes place simultaneously with the process of data collection, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions or verification. Abstract

Abstrak: This study aims to determine the level of self-efficacy of learningcitizens of equality education in sanggar learning activities (SKB) kota pekanbaru. So the wording of the problem in this study is how high the self-efficacy of learning from equal citizens of equality education in sanggar learning activities (SKB) kota pekanbaru?. This study is expected to provide benefits as a useful input fir citizens learning equality education about the self-efficacy of citizens learning equality educatiion. And can providde information an knowledge in developing further research for thereader. the type of research used in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach. the Population in this study is the education package on equality package A, package B and package C from the regular class. The population in this study was 62 people who studied. The formula used to determne the sample size is the Slovin (Bambang Prasetyo, 2005). The sample used in this study was 54 study residents with a ritial level of 0,5%. And 20 study residents were piked up from other plae with the same characteristics. Is the examplary tehnique used in this study is adalah Simple Random Sampling sampling is done randomly regardless of the layers that exist in that population. The tool used in this study was a questionnaire with statement about the self-effiay of citizens learning about equality eduation in sanggar learning activities (SKB) kota pekanbaru. With indicators that perform tasks, stengh of onfidane, overome obstacles in the broad field of assignment. Alternative answer and eash answer is weighted, namely: very confident (SY) given a score 5, confident (Y) given a score 4, sure uncertain (KY) given a score 3, uncertain (TY) given a score2, very uncertain (STY) given a score 1.Key Words: Self-Efficacy, Equality Education Teach Citizens

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to find out the relationship of headmaster communications with performance of kindergarten teacher in Tampan sub district Pekanbaru City. This research is a quantitative study by using correlation techniques. This variable in of this research consisted of two variable that is headmaster communications and performance of kindergarten teacher. The sample were used in this research is 73 people. The data collection techniques used were through questionnaires in the form of Likert scale. Data were analyzed to test and validity of reliability using large-scale trials and analysis of statistical methods with SPSS for windows ver.16. In this research the hypothesis is that a relationship of headmaster communication with performance of kindergarten teacher in the sub district of Tampan Pekanbaru city. The result showed a positive and significant relationship between headmaster communications with performance of kindergarten teacher in the sub district Of Tampan Pekanbaru city. It can be found from the analysis of data obtained is the value of rcount at 0,255 while rtable ( 5%) (dk = n - 2 = 73 - 2 = 71) so that rtable = 0,235. Because the value of rcount is greater than the value of rstandar or 0,255> 0,235. It can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between the variable of headmaster comunication with performance of kindergarten teacher. The result of determinant coefficient is r2 = 0,065 with p = 0,029 ( p < 0,05) so, it can be seen that headmaster communications give influence equal to 6,5% to performance of kindergarten teacher.Keyword: headmaster comunications, performance of kindergarten teacher.
