Abstract

AbstractThis research aim to know the influence supervise the academic and motivate the headmaster job to discipline work the elementary schoolteacher in subdistrict of Jawai of South arch of regency Sambas. Approach used by is quantitative approach with the study corelational. Research data of about supervision academic ( Variable X1), motivate the headmaster job( Variable X2), and discipline work the teacher (Variable Y) collected by through/ passing enquette spreading to responder by using technique of proportional random sampling.Result of research indicate that the supervision academic show the result which significan with the discipline work the teacher that is reach 42,5%. Though do not show the dominant result but supervise this academic of vital importance so that teacher can realize the attainer of study target. And so do the things of with the motivation work the headmaster, result of from research got by Beta ( b1) of equal to 0,388 = 38,8%, the result show the existence of influence which significan with the discipline work the teacher. While influence supervise the academic ( X1) and motivate the headmaster job ( X2) by together with discipline work the teacher  ( Visible Y) from R2 ( R Square) equal to 0,723 or 72,3%. This matter indicate that the independent variable relation link percentag (supervise the academic and motivate the headmaster job) with the variable dependent (discipline work the teacher) equal to 72,3%. Keyword : Supervise The Academic, Motivate The Headmaster Job, Discipline Work Teacher

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to describe the data and information and views on the condition of the standard achievements of educators and education personnel in Tolitoli District. This research applies qualitative research approach descriptively, using survey method, respondents as many as 36 people spread in six subdistricts in Tolitoli district, sampling with Purposive Sampling technique. The results of research, standards of educators and education personnel consist of academic aspects and competencies of educators and education personnel. The results of the questionnaire by 36 respondents consisting of high school education level obtained an average score of 3.5 from the ideal score of 4, achievement of 86.4% categorized very well. At junior high school level obtained an average score of 2.9 from the ideal score of 4, achievement of 71.3%% is categorized quite well. At elementary school level obtained an average score of 29 from an ideal score of 4, achievement of 73.7% is categorized quite well. In conclusion, overall, each level of education meets the achievement of the standards of educators and education personnel in accordance with the national standards of education with a fairly good category. Abstract

ABSTRACT The aims of this research are to find out that extent parents are involved in their children reading comprehension at home and to know the factors trigger the communication between parents and the English teacher toward the students reading comprehension. By using the qualitative research this study described the research finding using a triangulation technique to gather the data from the questionnaires, interview, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) from 10 parents and one english teacher at SMA Negeri 1 Lampasio. The data analysis indicates two things. The first, parents role toward the students’ reading comprehension is Low. It was found by the result of questionnaire that showed there were 10%-20% parents involved in their child reading comprehension at home. The second, the factors triggers the communication between parents and the English teacher were progress report that given by the English teacher to parents used an examination sheet and the same living place between parents and the English teacher. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of admission of new students at SDIT Ki Hajar Dewantoro. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. From the results of the study, management analysis of new student admissions uses SWOT analysis. By looking at strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats so the school knows and can be used as input for the coming year, so the number of new students increases from year to year. In conclusion, school management plans all school activities and programs including; the existence of a school program as a hallmark of a superior school / program, school promotion, how schools implement their long, medium and short term work plans, and collaborative efforts in school management between school principals, teachers, parents, students and the community so that schools can be managed effectively. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and motivation on the performance of the employees of the Ministry of Religion of South Sulawesi Province. This research uses a quantitative approach, primary and secondary data sources. Collecting data through field research by means of questionnaires and documentation. As for the population in this study were all employees totaling 232 civil servants. To determine the minimum required sample, the Slovin formula is used. By calculating the sample size, 69 samples were obtained. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a partially positive and significant influence between leadership style and motivation on employee performance. The most dominant factor of leadership style influences employee performance. Leadership and work motivation are in the good category, and this condition should be maintained and improved. Abstract

This research aims to find out how teachers try to overcome learning difficulties reading grade 1 students of SDN Sandana, Galang Tolitoli District. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The subjects of this study were first grade teachers and first graders. The data collection in this study is using interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the study can be concluded that the teacher's efforts in overcoming the difficulty of learning to read grade 1 students are providing additional lessons, providing homework and providing motivation to learn to read. Abstract

Kegiatan belajar mengajar harus selalu ditingkatkan, agar proses itu dapat berlangsung secara efektif dan efisien. Mengingat terbatasnya waktu yang tersedia dalam proses belajar mengajar di kelas, sehingga tidak sebanding dengan banyaknya materi yang akan disampaikan sesuai dengan pesan kurikulum. Kaitannya dengan hal tersebut, seorang tenaga pengajar harus berusaha untuk mencari agar apa yang telah dimuat dalam kurikulum dapat tercapai, terutama dalam memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik, terarah dan berkesinambungan terhadap suatu konsep.Salah satu usaha untuk meningkatkan pemahaman belajar bagi siswa adalah dengan menggunakan metode yang tepat.melalui metode resitasi atau pemberian tugas. pemberian tugas dapat menghasilakn yang lebih baik tentang fakta-fakta dan tentang pengetahuan, pemahaman yang lebih baik, keterampilan berpikir yang lebih kritis dan keterampilan memproses informasi yang lebih baik. simpulan bahwa setiap guru (termasuk guru bidang studi) sangat penting baginya untuk senantiasa berusaha meningkatkan hasil belajar siswanya. Oleh karena itu, para guru tidak terkecuali guru pelajaransangat penting melakukan suatu upaya penerapan metode resitasi atau pemberian tugas ini berjalan efektif, maka guru hendaknya tidak menggunakan metode resitasi atau pemberian tugas ini sebagai suatu hukuman. Banyak metode yang dianggap tepat dalam penyajian materi pembelajaran tetapi guru belum tentu merancang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siwa.

Abstract

Guru memegang peran utama dalam pembangunan pendidikan, khususnya yang di selenggarakan secara formal di sekolah. Guru juga sangat menentukan keberhasilan peserta didik, terutama dalam kaitannya dengan proses mengajar. Guru merupakan komponen yang paling berpengaruh terhadap terciptanya proses dan hasil pendidikan yang berkualitas. Oleh karena itu, upaya perbaikan apapun yang di lakukan uuntuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan tidak akan memberikan sumbangan yang signifikan tanpa di dukung oleh guru yang profesional dan berkualitas.Mutu sekolah sangat ditentukan oleh keberadaan guru yang berkualitas yang mencakup dan menekankan pada tiga kemampuan, yaitu kemampuan akademik, kemampuan keterampilan, dan kemampuan sosial moral. mutu sekolah ditentukan oleh tiga variabel, yakni kultur sekolah, proses belajar mengajar dan realitas sekolah. Kultur sekolah merupakan nilai-nilai, kebiasaan-kebiasaan,upacara, slogan, dan berbagai perilaku yang terbentuk di sekolah dan diteruskan dari satu angkatan ke angkatan berikutnya baik secara sadar maupun tidak. Oleh karena itu, upaya perbaikan apapun yang di lakukan uuntuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan tidak akan memberikan sumbangan yang signifikan tanpa di dukung oleh guru yang profesional dan berkualitas. Dengan kata lain, perbaikan kualitas pendidikan harus berpangkal dari guru, berujung pada guru pula demi tercapainya mutu pendidikan yang baik.
