Abstract

Abstraction This study is to find the efforts of Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers in improving the reading skills of the students of MA Balongrejo Sumobito Jombang. This research is a qualitative research that uses a psychological and pedagogical approach. The data sources are: primary data and secondary data. The instruments used in data collection are: observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data used is data processed by qualitative analysis by going through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results showed that the supporting factors of Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers in improving the ability to read the Qur'an were, the existence of extracurricular activities of tahfidz Qur'an and adequate facilities and infrastructure. As for the factors that become obstacles, namely, there are still students who have not been able to read the Qur'an, and the efforts of Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers in improving the ability to read the Qur'an, namely, providing motivation, taking approaches, habituation of tadarrus Al -The Qur'an to students at every hour of the Al-Qur'an Hadith lesson begins, and gives assignments / homework in the form of memorizing surahs related to the material discussed at each meeting. Abstract

Primary School laid the foundation of intelligence, knowledge, personality, character and skills to live independently and to follow further education. And subjects of Islamic education is a very important subject in school. So that students graduate primary school is expected to have the provision of sufficient religious knowledge, so they can practice the religion of science in society.By looking on the events and the facts, the purpose of this research are: 1) To determine the relationship with the Spiritual Intelligence Learning Achievement of Islamic Education in Elementary School Podoroto I Kesamben Jombang. 2) To determine the relationship with Learning Achievement Motivation Islamic Religious Education at Elementary School Podoroto I Kesamben Jombang. 3) To know Relations and Motivation Spiritual Intelligence, with the same with the Islamic Religious Education Learning Achievement in Elementary School Podoroto I Kesamben Jombang.This research method using quantitative research design because the symptoms are the tangible results of research data is measured and converted in advance in the form of numbers or quantified and analyzed using statistical techniques. Population and samples were taken using the technique of "random sampling". Its population is all students at Elementary School Podoroto I Kesamben Jombang, while the sample is being partially learners the number of 38 students. Data collection techniques used by researchers is the technique of inquiry or questionnaire and documentation.The results showed that the presence of spiritual intelligence and supported the motivation to learn owned learners will affect the learning achievement of Islamic religious education learners Elementary School Podoroto I Kesamben Jombang.

Abstract

Discipline is the basis of a person's success in running an activity. A student will obtain achievement in learn best when they are disciplined in learning. Logically the success of all activities can not be separated from the discipline. Discipline can grow and can be applied in each of the activities when any activity comes from his heart without any coercion from anywhere. In recent years a lot of discipline of the Indonesian nation is increasingly reduced. This research. This research is quantitative. The subject of this research was the seventh grade students MTsN Megaluh 2015-2016 academic year consisting of 100 students. From the analysis stated that the respondents to the study Discipline in MTsN Megaluh category Jombang is being evidenced by the respondents of 100 respondents, or 60% of the vote with a final score of 50-63 at the interval. There is a relationship with the discipline of learning class VII student achievement MTsN Megaluh Jombang Academic Year 2015-2016. Based on the overall hypothesis testing conducted by F test, performed in accordance to the annex ANOVA F column, obtained calculated F value of 24 002 and F table with α = (0.05) df = n - k-1 = 100-1-1 = 98 so that the F table = 3.94. This value indicates that the value of F count> F table (24 002> 3.94). And hipotesin calculation by using analysis of coefficient of determination (R2) This means that there is a connection simultaneously learning Discipline (X) to the dependent variable (Y) that is Achievement for 0602 (60%). Thus, in this study we can conclude that the working hypothesis (Ha) which states: "The relationship between the discipline of learning and academic achievement of students of class VII MTsN Megaluh Jombang" acceptable ". Abstract

Principals and teachers are the ones who was instrumental in determining the success of education in school. The success of a school is essentially lies in the efficiency and effectiveness of performance as someone who was given the task to lead the school. Principal is expected to be a leader and innovator in the School. Therefore, the quality Principal manajerial competence is significant to the success of the School. Principals as a manager and supervisor helped, encourage and give confidence to the teachers that teaching and learning can and should be improved. The development of a variety of experiences, knowledge, attitudes and skills of teachers should be conducted in a professional manner in accordance with the competence. The purpose of this research is to analysis influence manajerial competence, Supervision on Job performance among teachers in Islamic Yunior State School Of Tulung Saradan Madiun. The population and sample in this research is all the teachers in Islamic Yunior State School Of Tulung which is 18 teachers, because the population is less than 100 in its account, then the sample is taken from that population. Design of this research is quantitative research because testing relationship between three variable there is Manajerial competence, Supervision and Job performance. Collecting data methods using questionnaire which is given to all the teachers Islamic Yunior State School Of Tulung as the respondents than it is analyzed using pearson influence and proceed with 17th version of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive significant (p = 0,019) the influence manajerial competence on performance among teachers in Islamic Yunior State School Of Tulung Saradan Madiun (2) positive significant (p = 0,044) influence Supervision on Job performance among teachers in Islamic Yunior State School Of Tulung Saradan Madiun (3) positive significant (p = 0,000) simultanly influence manajerial competence and Supervision on Job performance among teachers in Islamic Yunior State School Of Tulung Saradan Madiun with Y = 5.222 + 0.380X1 + 0.513X2. Based on these results, the authors give advice to all teachers in MTs Negeri Tulung Saradan Madiun districts as much as possible in order to demonstrate competence and high performance in the Work of duty as teachers to provide role models for the students and the school community

Abstract

The topic of discussion of this thesis is the influence of group learning activity discipline on student achievement at the forestry vocational school guardian nine tuban; The writing of this thesis is based on the problem and assumption that learning achievement is the dream of every party involved in the world of education, be it teachers, parents or students concerned, and to achieve good learning achievement, it is necessary to grow students' willingness to learn, among others by through group learning activities. While the problems raised in writing this thesis are: is there any influence of group learning activity discipline on student learning achievement of wali nine forestry vocational high school students, so that the purpose of the discussion of this thesis is to find out how far the influence of group learning activity discipline on student learning achievement of guardian nine forestry vocational high school students. From the problems and objectives above, then based on the existing theory, the following hypothesis is formulated: the influence of group learning activity discipline on student achievement of the wali nine forestry vocational high school students. The next step is to solve the problem and test the existing hypotheses, then use the methods, namely the method of determining the population, the method of determining the respondents in a populative manner, while the data collection used is the observation method, the questionnaire method, the interview method and the documentary method. And after all the data has been collected, it is analyzed using the X2 (Chi Square) formula followed by the KK (Contingency Coefficient) formula to find out the extent of the influence of the relationship discipline. And after being analyzed, then interpreted by producing a conclusion that there is a relationship between the influence of group learning activity discipline and student achievement at the Wali Nine Forestry Vocational High School with a moderate relationship category.

Abstract

The relationship between Parent Education and Motivation on Student Achievement of Fiqh. There are many people who argue that to achieve high academic achievement necessary intellectual intelligence (IQ) is also high. However, according to recent research in the field of psychology to prove that IQ is not the only factor that affects one's learning achievement, but there are many other factors that influence environmental factors include family yabg between dimensions is the level of parental education and motivation.The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between level of education and motivation parents with student achievement of Fiqh. Alternative hypothesis (Ha) in this study is that there is a relationship between level of education and motivation of parents with student achievement nil hypothesis (Ho) is no relationship between the level of parental education and motivation to student achievement. The independent variable in this study is the level of parent and Motivation penidikan parents while learning achievement as a dependent variable. The population in this study were students of class VIIin Islamic Junior State School of Saradan Madiun of a total of 183 students. The study sample was 40 students, using proportional random sampling method.Data collection and Motivation parental educational level of parents is done with the questionnaire, and to measure student achievement used method of examination of documents by looking at grades. Correlation analysis with the formula of Pearson Product Moment correlation ranged from 0.140 to 0.847 and r = 0235 tables. Based on the significant level of 0.05 was obtained 38 valid items and 2 items fall of 40 items. Value of 0.908 obtained reliability coefficient was calculated with Cronbach alpha formula. The results of the analysis of research data shows correlation coefficient of -1.23 (> 0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Conclusions from this research that there is a relationship between the level of parental education and motivation of parents with student achievementof Fiqh in Islamic Junior State School of Saradan Madiun

Abstract

This research started from learning management tahfidzul qur’an in boarding school in environment MTs Madrasatul qur’an Tebuireng and MTs Nurul Qur’an Bendungrejo Jogoroto Jombang, Both of these institutions have manage tahfidzul qur an learning in boarding school starting from planning aspect, implementation and evaluation systemhe approach used is a qualitative approach with a multi-site study design. Data collection techniques are conducted by (I) in-depth interviews and (2) documentation Data analysis techniques include (1) data reduction (2) display data, and (3) Virtification, validation of findings is done using triangulation data.From the results of the study, the authors conclude that (1). In planning a Tahfidzul Qur'an learning program at MTs Madrasatul Qur'an and MTs Nurul Qur’an, it cannot be separated from the results of the meeting between units, namely the School Unit, Tahfidh Unit and MTT Unit (kepondokan). All units synergize in forming a pregnant person of the Qur'an lafdhan wa ma'nan and wa 'practice that is a person who brings the Qur'an / memorize the Qur'an, understands its meaning, is able to practice the contents of the contents and has akhlaqul karimah (2) behavior. The implementation of Tahfidzul Qur'an learning at MTs Madrasatul Qur’an and MTs Nurul Qur an is by coaching memorizing the Qur'an carried out 3 times a day with details of the dawn until 6:00 p.m. individual deposits until 16:30 p.m. and ba'da magrib until 7:30 p.m. fashohah (classical) for those who are still Bin-Nadhar and mudarosah together in the mosque for those who have tahfidh program (3) Evaluation System so that the memorization of al-Qur'an, besides being evaluated daily with rote deposit system, also held every three months held al-Qur'an memorization tests according to the number of opinions

Abstract

This study aims to find ( 1 ) the influence interaction teaching and learning to student learning achievements on religious subjects in smk plus umar zahid semelo bandarkedungmulyo jombang; ( 2 ) the influence motivation from teachers to student learning achievements on religious subjects in smk plus umar zahid semelo bandarkedungmulyo jombang ( 3 ) the influence interaction teaching and learning and motivation from teachers to student learning achievements on religious subjects in smk plus umar zahid semelo bandarkedungmulyo jombang.This research used a quantitative approach with the kind of research correlational. Population in research are 244 students of smk plus umar zahid semelo bandarkedungmulyo jombang .Technique data collection for measuring variable interaction teaching and learning , the motive for the teacher use chief and techniques data collection for measuring variable learning achievements for religion studies use documentation value raport of a final exam of the semester , while analysis data using spss 19 from the analysis multiple linear regression with the economic situation of significance 0.05 or 0.01.From the analysis of the data obtained some findings , among others, ( 1 ) Teaching and Learning Interactions have a significant effect on learning achievement amounted 0.025 0.025 < 0.05 . ( 2 ) Motivation From Teachers have a very significant influence on learning achievement of 0.002 which is 0.002 < 0.01 . ( 3 ) Interaction Learning and Motivation of teachers simultaneously have a very significant influence amounted 0,000 of which 0,000 < 0.01 . This means that teaching and learning interactions have a significant effect on student student learning achievement, while the motivation of teachers have a very significant influence on student learning achievement , and for Interaction Learning and Motivation of Teachers simultaneously have a very significant influence on Student Learning Achievement in SMK Plus Umar Zahid Semelo Bandarkedungmulyo Jombang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the religious values applied by the congregation and the form of implementation of these values in daily life. This thesis seeks to measure the level of the results of the study of the interpretation of the Qur'an in the lives of the Nurul Karimah congregation. This thesis is a field study object with descriptive research that presents data through interviews, observation and documentation. This research step begins by collecting data on congregational behavior and recitation materials. The primary data of this thesis was obtained directly from the original source, namely individuals or the community through research and interviews. The secondary data in the form of data sources derived from previous research, such as journals, books, and other references.The results of this study are as follows: first, the study of interpretation in the village of Gagakan has begun to reverberate for 3 years by Siti Badriyah in 1992 with members of the Nurul Karimah congregation. This study forms religious values as a result of teaching for the life of the congregation. The materials and methods of recitation which include prayer in QS. al-Ankabut: 45, Fadhilah Basmalah, Hamdalah and its fadhilah, and Shalawat and its fadhilah which are packaged with lecture and weton methods. Through these materials and methods, religious values are formed, including: prayer in congregation, harmony in household life and neighbors, mutual respect, patience and istiqmah, qanaah. Second, the study of this interpretation implicitly has a great influence on the lives of the congregation. Consciously, they suggest themselves to be better after the recitation takes place and practice it. The implementation of this value is in the form of congregational morals, the urgency of the study of interpretation, and things that are influential. As for the urgency of the recitation, which is expected to guide their lives for the better, observations have received a positive response and have been successfully practiced by the congregation in themselves and their respective families. Third, the implementation of religious values produced in the study of interpretations on a regular basis, makes the lives of the congregation more organized. Based on social experience, the respondents can carry out reading yasin, tahlil, asthma al-husna, praying, aurad-aurad, and guarding themselves from Allah's prohibition. The social experience and behavior of the respondent is a positive form of recitation of the interpretation of the Qur'an.

Abstract

Moral improvement is the most important mission carried out by all the messengers of Allah, which, especially by the Prophet Muhammad and ESQ, is one of the answers to the moral degradation of the nation's generation and the moral decline. This study aims to determine the effect of Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence (ESQ) on the morality of students in SD Muhammadiyah 1 Denpasar. The sample of this study involved 100 students inDenpasar Muhammadiyah 1 Elementary School who were determined as respondents.In this study there are three variables, namely emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, morality. Data collection methods using questionnaires distributed to students ingrades IV, V, VI in S D Muhammadiyah 1Denpasar as respondents then processed through Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 1 6 software . Based on hypothesis testing it was found that (1). There was a significant effect of emotional intelligence on students' morality inMuhammadiyah 1 Elementary SchoolDenpasar p = 0,000 (2). There is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on students' morality at Muhammadiyah 1 DenpasarElementary School 0,000 (3). There is a simultaneous significant effect of Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence (ESQ) on the morality of students of SD Muhammadiyah 1 Denpasar p = 0,000 with a coefficient of determination of 6 9, 2%.Based on the results of this study, the authors advise all teachers and also school residents in SD Muhammadiyah 1 Denpasar in general to always strive to encourage the creativity of students so that aspects of emotional and spiritual intelligence can be improved so that the combination of right and left brain or EQ, SQ and IQ become more balanced.
