Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cirebon City, the method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study were employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cirebon City. The technique used in sampling is saturated sample, where the total population is used as a sample of 70 respondents. The method of collecting data is using a questionnaire, while the method in this study uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has an effect on employee performance as seen from tcount > ttable , namely 5.341 > 1.99457. The work environment has an effect on employee performance as seen from tcount > ttable which is 6.097 > 1.9945 and simultaneously the variables of the influence of work motivation and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance calculated from Fcount > Ftable which is 57,472 > 3.13. From the partial results, work motivation has a sig value of 0.000 and the work environment has a sig value of 0.000 and the simultaneous results have a sig <0.05 or 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether there are problems regarding competence and work motivation on the performance of employees there. The population used is civil servants (PNS). Sampling in this study used a saturated sample, namely all civil servants (PNS) totaling 66 employees who will be studied using a data collection method using a questionnaire. The collected data is then processed using IBM SPSS 23 software. The data analysis technique uses instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test. Hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination. The results show that competence and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. However, there are still some indicators that need to be considered by the company from the variables of competence.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and organizational commitment partially or simultaneously on organizational citizenship behavior in employees of the Cirebon City Development Company. The population in this study were employees of the Cirebon City Development Regional Company. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling with a total sample of 58 respondents. This research is an associative research. The method in collecting this data is a survey method, the data obtained is processed using the help of IBM SPSS 25.0 for Windows software, while the data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior as seen from tcount > ttable, namely 5.022 > 1.673. And organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior seen from tcount > ttable that is 3.309> 1.673 Simultaneously the variables of organizational culture and organizational commitment jointly have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior seen from the value of F count > F table that is 15,695 > 3,165 and the value sig < 0.05 i.e., 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Pelayanan prima ialah aksi ataupun upaya yang dicoba industri ataupun organisasi tertentu buat membagikan pelayanan optimal dengan tujuan supaya pelanggan ataupun warga dapat memperoleh kepuasan atas pelayanan yang dicoba. Pelayanan prima dimaksud selaku service excellent. Wujud pelayanan prima yang diberikan pasti berbeda- beda, bergantung zona yang dikelola. Bila industri ataupun lembaga fokus melaksanakan bisnis penciptaan, pelayanan prima diwujudkan dalam wujud sediakan customer services serta memperkenalkan produk bermutu besar, sedangkan buat bisnis jasa pelayanan prima diberikan dalam wujud pelayanan optimal demi kepuasan pelanggan. Buat membagikan pelayanan yang terbaik bukanlah gampang, paling utama dengan kemajemukan warga yang terdapat dikala ini. Tetapi, industri ataupun organisasi bisa memperkenalkan pelayanan prima sepanjang mengenali konsep serta apa yang wajib dicoba. Pada dasarnya pelayanan prima ialah rasa hirau yang diarahkan oleh industri, kepada pelanggan produk ataupun pengguna jasa yang berorientasi pada kenaikan keuntungan( profit oriented). Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Chakra Lestari Sejahtera, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique used was random sampling using a sample of 52 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are the leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance with a correlation coefficient adj value of 0.466 meaning that both variables have a moderate level of influence with a determination coefficient of 46.6%. Hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (6.743> 2.009), this is confirmed by a significant probability of 0.000
