Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a tremendous impact on the economy, from its emergence until now after this pandemic began to subside. In 2021 almost the whole world faces an economic downturn and causes a very deep contraction as almost all countries carry out strict mobility restrictions. In Indonesia itself, the economy has deteriorated starting in the second quarter (Q2) 2020. Then in the following periods it can start to rise, starting from the second quarter of 2021, which turned positive at 7.07% of the impact of investment and an increase in household consumption. It turns out that the MSME sector has a very significant and strategic role to support these improvements and even in the future it is predicted that it will continue to move as an engine of economic recovery after the Covid-19 pandemic. It should also be noted that the positive contribution brought by MSMEs will be able to save the economy from conditions of lack of certainty. In order to strengthen this, support and various ideas, innovation and collaboration from various parties are needed so that MSMEs can get out of pressure and support economic growth. Therefore, this study wishes to contribute by looking at the potential for adopting and implementing social media strategies and digital literacy skills and information literacy implemented in various Siger Innovation start-up programs and activities in supporting MSMEs in contributing to economic recovery after the Covid-19 pandemic. 19, especially for Lampung Province. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach in order to present a detailed description of the setting and literacy skills for MSME actors. The results of the study show that the social media strategy and the adoption of ideas and the implementation of digital literacy and information literacy skills for prospective and MSME actors in Lampung Province have urgency to be implemented immediately as a solution to the challenges of possible innovation (behavior) changes (behavior) habits and operations of the MSME sector after Covid-19 . Accelerate the transformation of MSMEs through strengthening the digital literacy and information literacy sectors to support MSME business functions (production, promotion and marketing) after Covid-19.

Abstract

Banyaknya tanaman herbal di lingkungan sekitar lokasi pengabdian di Panti Jompo Tresna Werdha Natar, dan  biaya yang tidak mahal. Maka perlu pemahaman melalui literasi yang terpercaya  untuk penggunaan tanaman herbal dari kementrian kesehatan republik  Indonesia anjuran dari kementrian kesehatan republik Indonesia. Tujuan  kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah 1. Mensosialisasikan  dan menelusuri  literasi pencegahan sakit, malalui   ramuan obat tradisonal yang terpercaya, dari Kementrian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia, 2. Mensosialisasi   cara hidup bahagia dan sehat  di usia senja.  Metode pelaksanaan  pengabdian kepada masyarakat  adalah: pesiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi.  Persiapan diawali diskusi  materi materi yang akan disampaikan, surat tugas, Pembahasan materi oleh tim pelaksana serta penyepakatan rencana kegiatan di lokasi bersama peserta. Pelaksanaan pada  selasa tanggal 17 Mei 2022 dengan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, dan evaluasi. Evaluasi dengan memberikan pertanyaan yang telah dirancang sebelumnya. Pertanyaan dengan pre test dan post test, untuk mengetahui pemahaman  dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini.  Hasil pengabdian adalah peningkatkan  pemahaman literasi pencegahan sakit, malalui   ramuan obat tradisonal yang terpercaya, dari kemenntrian kesehatan Republik Indonesia dan meningkatkan pemahaman cara hidup bahagia dan sehat  di usia senja di Panti jompo Tresna Werdha Natar ini telah memberikan dampak positif bagi peserta pengabdian.

Abstract

(Objectives) This research examines the Effectiveness of Online Library Services in the New Normal Era. As we all know, it has been almost two years since the world has experienced a COVID-19 pandemic.This also has an impact on library institutions, where the library is the parent of the School/University Institution itself. With these conditions, like it or not, libraries are also required to continue to provide excellent service even in the current state of the COVID-19 pandemic in order to continue to support an optimal learning process. The UPT Library of the University of Lampung is under the auspices of the University of Lampung, currently the UPT of the library is trying to adapt to the "New Normal" situation where it continues to provide online library services to users.  (Method) This research used kuantitative descriptive survey method (Findings) The results of the study found that the Online Library Services UPT Lampung University Library was effective for the category of program success, the success of the intended goals, and input for achieving overall goals. However, for the category of satisfaction with the output level program, it is still quite effective, this is because there is still quite a long time needed to access e-resources services and verify scientific papers that are perceived by users. In this case, the UPT of the University of Lampung library can make improvements and updates to the online services provided so that the level of satisfaction with the program can be effective.

Abstract

Abstract:  The development of communication and information technology requires the adaptation of all elements of society, including Government of Indonesia. Referring to the various dynamics of e-government problems, it is deemed necessary to develop dynamic system model to improve the e-government performance of local governments, especially in Lampung Province. The research is aimed at developing a model that can be simulated for improving e-Government performance by measuring the qualitative contribution of each component, both the ICT component and the social component that will be produced in this study, which can be useful for every local government in Lampung Province in accelerating and developing e -government. The research’s model is done using VENSIM application for modeling and simulating complex systems in a variety of variables to improve the local government performance. This research finds that there are five main variables that constructed the improvement of e-government of local government performance: (1) e-government policies, HR, infrastructure, and management; (2) service, (3) performance, (4) community/user, and (5) quality of community life. The dynamic model can be further seen in the appendix.

Abstract

Students today are a digital native generation, which since birth have been surrounded and familiar with the development of ICT. So that this generation has different characters including learning styles. To be able to keep up with and follow the learning styles of students, a teacher is required to have skills in literacy, especially digital literacy. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach and data collection using questionnaires, interviews, literature study, and triangulation. Furthermore, the determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using a quantitative descriptive approach and deepened with qualitative analysis. The results of the research show that the digital literacy competencies of MA teachers in Bandar Lampung are seen from the categories, (1). Internet searching "most" of the teachers already have a fairly good competence. (2). Hypertext Navigation, only "half of it" are competent (3). Content evaluation, there are not half or only "almost half" who already have competence (4). In the knowledge assembly category, "in general" the teachers already have competence. The conclusion is that attention and efforts are still needed to improve the digital literacy competence of MA teachers in Bandar Lampung, especially in the hypertext navigation and content evaluation categories.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to increase knowledge and understanding as well as digital literacy of the Darussa'adah Islamic Boarding School students in Bandar Lampung about the importance of access and adoption of healthy and safe internet technology. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques using surveys. The results of this study indicate that the mastery of the concept of global citizenship by the students still cannot be understood explicitly, so that further understanding of the students is needed. Most of the students of Darussa'adah Islamic Boarding School still do not have digital literacy skills effectively and efficiently. By doing digital literacy, it is expected to be able to better understand and be able to have cognitive, communicative abilities, have the ability in creativity, have self-confidence and have a critical attitude in consuming media so as to avoid hoax and fake news, so that information received through social media can accountable for the truth. The conclusion of this study is the need to provide a set of literacy competencies, especially digital literacy when surfing the internet, including the importance of how to access the internet in a healthy and safe manner for students and a basic understanding of ethics and culture as well as searching for the right information on the internet, so that students can face challenges as global citizenship.
