Abstract

Pada era globalisasi yang berkembang pesat ditandai dengan teknologi dan informasi yang terus meningkat menuntut perusahaan untuk dapat bertahan dalam kondisi ekonomi yang tidak dapat dipastikan tetapi banyaknya perusahaan rintisan (star-up) yang mampu menunjukkan eksitensinya dalam situasi saat ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan mampu mengelola segala sumber daya yang dimiliki dengan baik dan tepat sasaran, salah satunya Perusahaan Finansial Teknologi yang merupakan perusahaan layanan jasa keuangan melalui sistem elektronik dengan menggunakan jaringan internet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang berdampak terhadap peningkatan penjualan pada Perusahaan Finansial Teknologi. Populasi sebanyak 70 dengan teknik sampling purposive. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner Google Form dan teknik analisis data dengan regresi liniear berganda serta path analysis. Hasil pengolahan data diperoleh : (1) gaya kepemimpinan (sig.0,000) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai sig. yang diperoleh < tingkat tingkat sig.α = 0,05. (2) gaya kepemimpinan (sig.0,011) dan kinerja karyawan (0,024) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan sehingga hipotesis diterima. Hasil penelitian secara tidak langsung yaitu gaya kepemimpinan melalui kinerja karyawan terhadap peningkatan penjualan tidak memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan didapatkan hasil (thitung 1,9053) lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan nilai (ttabel 1,9960).

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence training and work motivation partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia. The method that will be used is explanatory research and hypothesis testing. With the survey technique, the questionnaire was distributed with a Likert scale. The determination technique uses saturated sampling with 100 respondents mainly employees who work in the operational division. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis, namely: 1. Validity and Reliability Test, 2. Multiple Regression Analysis, 3. Coefficient of Determination Analysis (R2), 4. Hypothesis Testing with Partial Test (t test) and Simultaneous Test ( F test) The results of the test and analysis are as follows:1. There is a positive and significant effect between training on employee performance, with an R Square of 0.489 or 48.9%. Hypothesis test p value 0.000 <0.05,2. There is a positive and significant effect between motivation on employee performance, with an R Square of 0.470 or 47.0%. Hypothesis test p value 0.000 <0.05.and 3. There is a positive and significant effect between training and motivation simultaneously on employee performance, with an R Square of 0.591 or 59,1%. Hypothesis test p value 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The application of Total Quality Management or total quality management in an organization with the aim of continuous quality improvement cannot be separated from the leadership style and teamwork applied to the organization. The objectives to be achieved in this study are to determine simultaneously the variables of leadership style and teamwork affect the implementation of Total Quality Management, partially the variables of leadership style and teamwork affect the implementation of Total Quality Management and the dominant influence of these variables. on the implementation of Total Quality Management. The type of data used in this research is cross section because it collects data at a certain time (questionnaire distribution). F count (258.356) > F table (3.09), then Ho is rejected and Hi is accepted, which means simultaneously or all independent variables, namely leadership style and teamwork, significantly affect the dependent variable, namely total quality management. t count of 5.955 and t table of 1.985. Because t count > t table, then Ho is accepted at the level of significant 5%. So partially leadership style has a significant effect on total quality management. t count is 8.022 and t table is 1.985. Because t count > t table, then Ho is accepted at the level of significance 5%. So partially teamwork has a significant effect on total quality management. teamwork variable is the most dominant variable in influencing Total Quality Management. This can be seen from the largest value of , which is 0.643

Abstract

Aktivitas dibidang ekonomi tentunya tidak dapat dipisahkan oleh adanya banyak perusahaan yang ikut berpatisipasi didalamnya, baik itu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang manufaktur maupun jasa yang mempunyai skala kecil maupun besar. Tujuan peneletian untuk memberi manfaat rasio keuangan memprediksi perubahan laba perusahaan Real Estate di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan peneliti dalam menganalisa data yang telah dikumpulkan adalah dengan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian 1. Rasio likuiditas dapat memprediksi perkembangan laba perusahaan, yaitu perkembangan rasio likuiditas menurun searah dengan turunnya laba perusahaan secara terus menerus, 2. Rasio solvabilitas tidak dapat memprediksi dinamika laba perusahaan., 3. Pergerakan rasio rentabilitas dapat menjadi prediktor yang tepat untuk perubahan laba dimana pergerakan rasio-rasio rentabilitas identik dengan arah perubahan rasio laba perusahaan dan 4. rasio solvabilitas tetap bergerak pada batas yang aman dan wajar.

Abstract

Persaingan antar perusahaan di era globalisasi semakin tajam, sehingga sumber daya manusia (SDM) dituntut untuk terus menerus mampu mengembangkan diri secara proaktif. Globalisasi yang sudah pasti dihadapi oleh bangsa Indonesia menuntut adanya efisiensi dan daya saing dalam dunia usaha. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bahwa variabel komitmen organisasi, budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja, variabel komitmen organisasi, budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja dan variabel komitmen organisasi, budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja. Teknik sampel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Non probability sampling dengan menggunakan Sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian 1. Komitmen Organisasi, Budaya Organisasi dan Lingkungan Kerja secara simultan memiliki pengruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan, 2. Komitmen Organisasi, Budaya Organisasi dan Lingkungan Kerja secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan 3. Variabel Budaya organisasi berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Telecommunications has become one of the basic needs for humans, especially the people of Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to find the SWOT factors in the company and find the right marketing strategy for the company. The analytical technique used is a descriptive analysis technique, which is a data processing analysis technique by describing a situation in depth so that an overview or conclusion is obtained about the situation in question. From the research results, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1. Strengths: The quality of Leased Line products is still considered good. 2. Weaknesses: Production costs incurred by PT. Indosat to launch Leased Line Products is very big. 3. Opportunities: continue to study Leased Line competitors by exploiting competitors' weaknesses and 4. Threats:The economic crisis resulted in increased production costs

Abstract

ABSTRACT Banks are intermediary institutions for those who have excess funds and those who lack funds. The purpose of this study is as follows to test and analyze the ratio of CAR, NPL, and LDR simultaneously affect ROA, the ratio of CAR, NPL and LDR partially affect ROA and between CAR, NPL, and LDR which variable has a dominant influence on ROA. This analysis was carried out with a descriptive qualitative approach, in which the researcher systematically compiled the data obtained based on the results of interviews and group discussions. The conclusion of this study explains that the CAR variable shows a positive and significant effect on ROA. The NPL and LDR variables show a negative and insignificant effect on Return On Asstes (ROA). And the variable with the most dominant influence on ROA is CAR.
