Background: The agility is very important for a football player to achieve the desired achievement. It requires training that supports the agility of the biomotoric component. Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect and differentiation of the training of dribbling spheres to form stars with different doses of agility. Method: This study used pre-post group design, where the subjects of junior high school students on Mengwi Badung sub-district were 48 people divided into two groups then given different treatment. Group 1 was given a training on dribbling a star ball with a length of 25 meters as many as 10 reps 2 sets. Group 2 was given training on the same track as many as 5 reps 4 sets. Each group is trained 3 times per week for six weeks. The data obtained were analyzed using t-test formula at 5% significance level. Result: The value of t arithmetic in Groups 1 and Group 2 is greater than t table (respectively 11,679> 2,069 and 8,533> 2,069). The t value of the difference between Group 1 and Group 2 is smaller than t table (1.557 <2.013). Conclusion: It was concluded that there is an effect of the training of dribbling the ball on both groups against agility but no difference in effect Training dribble ball 10 reps 2 sets and 5 reps 4 sets against agility. Suggestion: It is advisable to provide varying training on both types of training to reduce the saturation in exercise.

Agility is basic movement of physic or activity of human body required to be trained exclusively. Until today, all coaches not yet find excellent type and measurement of training to enhance agility of football player, so study is performed, tried two types and measurement of training, that are, running training with left and right side circuit system to enhance agility. Training is conducted in the morning at Stadium Ngurah Rai Denpasar start from 7.30 am until 9.30 am. Duration is 6 weeks by frequency three times a week. Sample are 24 people chosen randomly simple from student grade II SMK X Denpasar comply terms. Total sample each are 12 people, then each groups are given different training, i.e. group 1 is given running training with left side circuit system and group 2 is given running training with right side circuit system. Data for agility before and after treatment. Data obtained is tested with program SPSS, each with couple T-test to know enhancement result of running of each treatment group and T-test uncouple to know better treatment in increasing agility result. Meaning limit used is 0,05 (p<0,05). Statistic test is obtained meaning increase on running training with left side circuit system (p<0,05) and running training with right side circuit system (p<0,05). Different result of agility can not meaning different (p>0,05) and after training, there are meaning differences (p<0,05). This means that running training with left side circuit system is more giving effect to increase of agility result to football player. Therefore it is expected to all coaches and sport teacher train football in order to apply left side circuit system in giving training.

This study was aimed at determining the description of predominant physical component profile (physical fitness, fat thickness, agility, muscle endurance, flexibility, power, muscle strength and balance) of the Persipura Junior Football Athletes. This study used a survey of PERSIPURA Junior Football athletes involving 39 people. The inclusions of the athletes inculde male gender, aged 21 years, height 177 cm, an ideal body weight, a healthy body, and moderate to good categories of physical fitness. The instrument used in this study were dynamometer for muscle strength; crunches for muscular  endurance, push-ups, squat jumps, beam side step for agility, flexometer for flexibility, vertical jump for power, and 2.4 km running test for physical fitness. The results showed that the Persipura Junior Football athletes had a good physical fitness, less triceps fat thickness, a normal sub scapular thickness, a normal supra iliaca thickness, lack of agility, a good endurance of arm and shoulder muscles, a good endurance of abdominal muscles, an adequate flexibility, a perfect vertical jump muscle power, a good medicine ball muscle explosive power, a good full muscle strength, lack push muscle strength, and a very good balance. It concludes that to gain an optimal predominant physical component, sports science with measurable and well-programmed exercises should be applied, so that the physical component of triceps fat thickness, agility, and push muscle strength could increase. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengidentifikasi Profil Komponen Fisik Predominan (Kebugaran Jasmani, Ketebalan Lemak, Kelincahan, Daya Tahan Otot, Kelentukan, Daya Ledak Otot, Kekuatan Otot dan Keseimbangan) Atlet Pemain Sepak Bola Persipura Junior. Penelitian ini menggunakan survei terhadap atlet Sepak Bola PERSIPURA Junior sebanyak 39 orang, yang memiliki inklusi: jenis kelamin laki-laki, umur 21 tahun, tinggi badan 177 cm, berat badan ideal, berbadan sehat dan kebugaran fisik dengan kategori sedang sampai kategori baik. Instrumen untuk mengukur kekuatan otot dengan dinamometer; daya tahan otot diukur dengan sit-up, push-up, squat jumps; kelincahan diukur dengan beam side step, kelentukan diukur dengan fleksometer, daya ledak otot diukur dengan vertical jump, dan kebugaran jasmani diukur dengan tes lari 2,4 km. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan atlet Pemain Sepak Bola Persipura Junior memiliki kebugaran jasmani baik, ketebalan lemak triceps kurang, ketebalan sub scapula normal, ketebalan supra iliaca normal, kelincahan kurang, daya tahan otot lengan dan bahu baik sekali, daya tahan otot perut baik, kelentukan cukup, daya ledak otot vertical jump sempurna, daya ledak otot medicine ball baik, kekuatan otot full baik , kekuatan otot push kurang, keseimbangan baik sekali. Agar komponen fisik predominan optimal, hendaknya menerapkan sports science dengan latihan terukur dan terprogram dengan baik sehingga komponen fisik ketebalan lemak triceps, kelincahan dan kekuatan otot push meningkat.

Water is a molecule that plays an essential role in the muscle contraction process because muscle is a tissue that mostly contains water (75-80%). Therefore, athletes need to maintain fluid intake to support their physical activities when competing and when training. Nevertheless, in several studies, it was noted that some athletes experienced hypohydration or dehydration, which ultimately impaired muscle performance. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the hydration protocol intervention on muscle strength, endurance, and power performance. This research is an analytical study with quasi-experimental research methods, namely single-arm pre-post study design using secondary data. Subjects of this study were 69 athletes year 2020 (named consecutively: Muaythai 9, Pencak silat 12, wrestling 10, judo 18, and taekwondo 20 athletes). This research was conducted from December 2019 to January 2020. In the beginning, all athletes were tested for muscle strength using a leg dynamometer, then muscle endurance tests using push-up and sit-up tests, and muscle power tests using the triple hop test of the right and left legs. After the first test, all athletes were educated about the hydration protocol. The hydration protocol was determined based on each athlete's sweat rate (ISR) and the training characteristics of each sports division. Then, all athletes underwent the training for two months. After that, the same tests were performed. The result showed that hydration protocol influenced the performance of muscle strength, endurance, and power. Therefore, the hydration protocol is influential in maintaining a good hydration status in athletes so that the athlete does not experience hypohydration which will later impair the athlete's muscle performance. Therefore, it is crucial to apply hydration protocols individually according to the training program (volume of training), not only in martial arts sports but in all sports.

The enthusiasm of the people of Papua for football is in harmony with the emerging numbers of talented football athletes from Papua. It reflected in the selection of athletes football Persipura U-21 (aged 21 years and under) for the late adolescent. This study aims to determine the performance profile of late adolescents of Papua at the selection of Persipura U-21 football athletes. The result can be a material of strategic evaluation for improving the achievements of football sport in Papua. A descriptive study with the cross-sectional design conducted on total samples of 97 late adolescents (ages 16–21 years) of men from all provinces of Papua on Persipura U-21 January 2016 selection. Performance data consisted of body mass index (BMI), subcutaneous fat, cardiorespiratory fitness, anaerobic capacity, muscle endurance, flexibility, power, strength, balance, reaction time, and concentration levels. The results showed that all subjects were in healthy condition and most subjects (85%) had normal BMI. Physical characteristics of subcutaneous fat showed most of the subjects were lacking in the triceps (83%) and supraciliary (58%) fat. The basic physical ability for soccer is in good category whereas cognitive ability is in the less category. The research conclusions indicate the urgency to improve basic physical components of the athlete through a well-scaled and well-programmed exercise plan, as well as mental and cognitive development to improve athlete performance. PROFIL PERFORMA REMAJA AKHIR PAPUA PADA SELEKSI ATLET SEPAK BOLA PERSIPURA U-21Antusiasme masyarakat Papua terhadap olahraga sepak bola selaras dengan munculnya banyak atlet sepak bola bertalenta dari Papua. Hal tersebut terlihat pada seleksi atlet sepak bola Persipura U-21 (usia 21 tahun ke bawah) kategori remaja akhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui profil performa remaja akhir Papua pada seleksi atlet sepak bola Persipura U-21 sehingga dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi yang strategis dalam meningkatkan prestasi cabang olahraga sepak bola di Papua. Penelitian deskriptif dengan desain potong lintang dilakukan terhadap seluruh sampel berjumlah 97 remaja akhir (usia 16–21 tahun) laki-laki dari seluruh provinsi Papua pada seleksi Persipura U-21 Januari 2016. Data performa terdiri atas indeks massa tubuh (IMT), lemak bawah kulit, ketahanan jantung paru, kapasitas anaerobik, daya tahan otot, kelentukan, daya ledak, kekuatan, keseimbangan, kecepatan reaksi, serta tingkat konsentrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh subjek berada dalam kondisi sehat dan sebagian besar subjek (85%) memiliki IMT yang normal. Karakteristik fisik lemak bawah kulit menunjukkan sebagian besar subjek adalah kurang pada bagian trisep (83%) dan suprailiaka (58%). Kemampuan fisik dasar untuk sepak bola berada pada kategori baik, sedangkan kemampuan kognitif dalam kategori kurang. Simpulan penelitian menunjukkan perlu perbaikan komponen fisik dasar atlet melalui perencanaan latihan yang terukur dan terprogram dengan baik, serta pembinaan mental dan kognitif untuk peningkatan performa atlet.

Lingkungan olahraga adalah sebuah faktor yang harus diperhatikan karena sangat penting perannya dalam menentukan keberhasilan seorang atlet. Faktor lingkungan itu menyakut lingkungan internal tubuh dan lingkungan eksternal. Lingkungan internal tubuh terdiri dari umur, kelamin, genetik, berat dan tinggi badan, indeks massa tubuh, kebugaran fisik, intensitas latihan, teknik, dan mental. Lingkungan eksternal terdiri dari lingkungan fisik, kimia, biologis, faktor peralatan, pakaian, lapangan, dan waktu. Faktor fisik merupakan hal yang paling penting perannya yang menyangkut suhu dan kelembaban udara, arah dan kecepatan angin, ketinggian tempat, dan pencahayaan, sehingga faktor ini harus mendapatkan perhatian yang lebih khusus.

This study aims to determine the appropriate training program and portion in order to improve the physical performance of athletes.This literature review inquiry was obtained from various PubMed and Google Scholar databases by entering keywords, namely: Sports, Yoga, Basic Physical Components, MDA and IL6. This inquiry reviewed 33 articles published in national and international online journals and have been accredited. The results literature review done on prior studies show basic physical components can be optimally improved through exercises based on the FITT formula, namely interval training, fartlek, weight training, circuit training, plyometrix, rope jump and PNF. In addition, showed that aerobic and anaerobic exercises decreased MDA levels. However, the control group experienced a very significant increase in MDA levels. High-intensity exercise was found able to trigger releasing inflammatory mediators such as TNF-ά and IL-6. Furthermore, some literature showed that long-term yoga practice can reduce MDA levels and IL-6 levels as it as it increases antioxidant levels and anti imflamatory levels. This literature review is expected to provide comprehensive explanation of good and measurable training programs for athletes, coaches and sports institutions. Thereby, athletes’ physical performance can be optimally improved and injuries can be avoided so that athletes get sports achievements.

Adanya lahan terbuka olahraga terbengkalai menjadi ironi di tengah upaya untuk mengelorakan dan membudayakan olahraga di masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian ini memiliki tujuan untuk (1) melalukan optimlasisasi Permenpora No. 18 tahun 2017 tentang “gerakan ayo olahraga” dengan cara memfungsikan lahan terbuka untuk digunakan sebagai sarana olahraga masyarakat, dan (2) menjadikan olahraga sebagai gaya hidup dengan cara memasyarakatkan olahraga dan mengolahragakan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan tersebut adalah edukasi, pendampingan, dan pemberian bantuan berupa peralatan olahraga. Hasil kegiatan menemukan (1) Optimlasisasi permenpora No. 18 tahun 2017 tentang “gerakan ayo olahraga” dengan cara memfungsikan lahan terbuka untuk digunakan sebagai sarana olahraga masyarakat telah berjalan dengan cukup baik, (2) olahraga rutin belum menjadi gaya hidup meskipun telah dilakukan kegiatan memasyarakatkan olahraga dan mengolahragakan masyarakat.
