Abstract

Building Fish Landing Places (TPI) that ther stimuli are buildings constructed for thefishermen land their catch of fish. These buildings have been built but not yet enabled bythe local government, especially the Department of Marine and Fisheries Meranti IslandsRegency. This is because the Department has the authority to regulate and supervise theactivities of marine and fisheries. Peneliitian purpose of this is to know the problemsfaced by the Department of Marine and Fisheries in the functioning of Fish LandingPlaces (TPI).Arrangement is to create a way to make a pekerjan have goals, direction to be achieved,sby knowing the existing procedures. This study used a qualitative descriptive method.Data were obtained from the interview data, documentary studies, and field observations.Informants in this study are those relating to the discussion of the function of FishLanding Places (TPI) is.The results showed that in the discussion of the function of pemanfaataan Fish LandingPlaces (TPI) is not able to function because of the absence of directives from the centralgovernment to the regions, and because of inadequate facilities. Furthermore, theconstraints for the fishermen are long distance and weather influences.Keywords. Place Pendaratn Fish, Function Department, Local Government

Abstract

ABSTRACT[Implementation of Discovery Learning Model on Electromagnetic Wave Application Material of Various Palm Oil Impurity Analysis With Spectrophotometry UV-Vis].The aims of this study was to describe the differences between the learning outcomes of students who learn to use the learning model of Discovery Learning with students studying physics learning conventionally onwaves electromagnetic material.  The method used quasi experimental research with Pretest-Posttest Control GroupDesign research conducted at SMA Negeri 8 Lubuklinggau. Sample research used 2 classes i.e. class X.3 as a experimental class and class X.2 as a control class. Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded that there was a difference between learning outcomes of students who learn to use the learning model of Discovery Learningwith students studying in conventional method. The data views from the average final value obtained after being given the treatment. The average value of experimental classes after being given the treatment model of learning by Discovery Learning was 76.27, while the average value of control class after being given treatment to conventional learning was 67.00.Keywords: Discovery; Learning;Electromagnetic Waves; Spectrophotometry UV-Vis.(Received August 23, 2018; Accepted March 2, 2019; Published June 18, 2019)ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning (DL) dengan siswa yang belajar secara konvensional pada pembelajaran fisika dengan materi gelombang elektromagnetik.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (Quasi Eksperimen) dengan desain penelitian Pretest-Posttest Control GroupDesign, yang dilakukan di SMA Negeri 8 Lubuklinggau. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan berjumlah 2 kelas yakni kelas X.3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X.2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning (DL) dengan siswa yang belajar secara konvensional. Data tersebut dilihat dari nilai rata-rata akhir yang diperoleh setelah diberi perlakuan. Nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen setelah diberi perlakuan dengan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning sebesar 76,27, sedangkan nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol setelah diberi perlakuan pembelajaran konvensional sebesar 67,00.Kata Kunci:Discovery; Learning; GelombangElektromagnetik; Spektrofotometri UV-Vis.

Abstract

This article contains the concept of participatory education that is applied in the world of education so far not been implemented to the fullest. There are still a few things that need to be improved especially in Islamic education. After knowing the problem, the writer tries to solve the problem using John Dewey's theory of progressivism. John Dewey's theory of progressivism when associated with participatory education that both have the same goal. Both when combined will make it easier for students to find experience through self-exploration and find their potential in solving problems that will be faced in the future and have a change (progress) better. In implementing participatory education with John Dewey's theory of progressivism in Islamic education it needs to be filtered back with the values that have been prescribed in Islam. If it is positive, not contradictory and beneficial, it needs to be applied. However, if there are things that are contrary to Islamic values then it does not need to be applied, it is enough to be used as knowledge.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai analisa kandungan Fe (II) air selokan disekitar TPA II kelurahan karya jaya musi 2 palembang dengan metode spektrofotometri UV-Vis. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kandungan logam besi pada air lindi disekitar tempat pembuangan akhir menggunakan metode spektrofotometri UV-Vis. Hasil karakterisasi air lindi dengan spektrofotometri UV-Vis menunjukkan kandungan logam besi yang paling tinggi berada pada titik sampel 4 ke 4 sebesar 2.767 mg/I dengan rata-rata kandungan 0.7308 mg/I yang melebihi kadar baku mutu kualitas air sesuai dengan Peraturan pemerintah No.82 tahun 2001 bahwa kadar besi yang diperbolehkan dalam baku mutu kualitas air kelas I sebesar 0.3 mg/I.
