AbstractThe purpose of this study is to determine the differences of the learningoutcomes of economic subject between OSIS member students and nonOSIS member students of Madrasah Aliyah Al-Mustaqim KubuRaya. The population in this study was all students of class XI, which consist of 90 students. The sample in this study amounted to 30 students consisting of 15 OSIS member students and 15 non-OSIS member students, the sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique. This study used a quantitative approach to the type of comparison. The methods of data collection were done by observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis was using T-test analysis technique of SPSS for Windows Version 22.0 program. The results of the t-test showed tcount (3,415) > ttable (2,048) with a significance value of 0.05 and mean (61, 05 <71.21) which meant that there were differences of the learning outcomes of economic subject of the OSIS member students with non-OSIS member students, where the learning outcomes of OSIS member students are lower than non-OSIS member students however there are some students who the member of OSIS have high learning outcomes.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Non-OSIS Members, OSIS Members

The low level of community participation in the maintenance of village irrigation structures is inseparable from the role of local leadership. Community participation is made by the condition of society and strong relationship of the leaders with the community in building a village. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationship of internal factors, external factors of society, local leadership with the prerequisite of participation and the relationship between the prerequisite of participation with the level of community participation in the maintenance of irrigation structures in Sukawangi Village. This research uses survey method using quantitative approach supported with relevant qualitative data. The results of this research indicate that is the internal factors of society did not appear to be related to the prerequisite of community participation. External factors of society have important role in fulfillment of the prerequisite of participation. Local leadership plays a significant role in fulfillment of the prerequisite of participation. The prerequisite of participation is significantly related to the level of community participation in the maintenance of irrigation structures.Keywords: Local Leadership, Maintenance of irrigation structures, ParticipationABSTRAKRendahnya tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pemeliharaan jaringan irigasi desa tidak terlepas dari peran pemimpin lokal. Partisipasi masyarakat terbentuk oleh kondisi masyarakat dan kuatnya hubungan pemimpin dengan masyarakat dalam membangun suatu desa. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan faktor internal, faktor eksternal masyarakat, kepemimpinan lokal dengan prasyarat partisipasi dan hubungan antara prasyarat partisipasi dengan tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pemeliharaan jaringan irigasi di Desa Sukawangi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif didukung dengan data kualitatif yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa antara faktor internal masyarakat tidak tampak berhubungan dengan prasyarat partisipasi masyarakat. Faktor eksternal masyarakat berperan penting dalam terpenuhinya prasyarat partisipasi. Kepemimpinan lokal berperan nyata terhadap terpenuhinya prasyarat partisipasi. Prasyarat partisipasi berhubungan nyata dengan tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pemeliharaan jaringan irigasi.Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan lokal, Partisipasi, Pemeliharaan jaringan irigasi

The 2008 Survey of SWA and MARS show that Top of Mind (TOM) Advertising of Djarum cigarette is 12.7 and the TOM Brand is 11.9. While in the 2007 survey show that TOM Brand of Djarum is 13.1 and it is higher that the TOM Advertising which is 12.1. This shows that there is a decline in TOM Brand from 13.1 in 2007 to be 11.9 in 2008. And there is an insignificant increase in TOM Advertising approximately 0.6 from 12.1 in 2007 to 12.7 in 2008. It is suspected that this is the cause of uncreative advertising of the Djarum cigarrete so that the advertising becomes ineffective. Hence, the problem of this research is How to improve the advertising effectiveness through the advertising creativity and the endorser credibility impacting the attitude toward the ad?To answer the problem of this research, questionnaires is distributed to 140 respondents. The respondent are people who had seen the advertising of Djarum. The questionnaire consist of items about the advertising creativity, endorser credibility, advertising effectiveness and the attitude toward the ad. Then, the data is being analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Analysis Method.The results of the SEM analysis method show that the hypotheses which say that the more creative an advertising is, the higher the advertising effectiveness; the higher the credibility of the endorser, the more effective the advertising is; and that the more effective the advertising, the more positive the attitude toward the ad is, had proven to be statistically accepted.Â

ABSTRACTÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â In this research suppose to know the effectiveness of quantum learning model to increase motivation student learning in X IIS class at SMA 1 Islamiyah Pontianak in PPKn subject learning. The research method is experiment method in pre eksperimental design form and the research design One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The research subject is X IIS class of SMA 1 Islamiyah Pontianak the determination process which being the research subject is considered toÂ the lowest motivation in student learning. The collective data tools are observation, interview, questioner and documentation base on the result of the average in pretest and post test are 77,77 and 84,04 which means there are having the differences in before and after in use the quantum learning model. Base on the data analysis in using test t, the significance result (sig. 2-tailed) is 0,000. So, the hipotesist test Ho rejected and Ha accepted, because 0,000 < 0,05. It shows the use of quantum learning is effective in learning process in PPKn subject at X IIS class of SMA 1 Islamiyah Pontianak. The effect size in students motivation learning is 0,53 in medium class category. It shows the use of quantum learning model is effective in learning process.Keywords: Effectiveness, Quantum Learning Model, Motivation in Learning, PPKn subject.

The research was conducted at PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII (Persero) in order to determine the implementation of Good Corporate Governance and the problems occurred during the implementation The result of research shows that PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII (Persero) awarded as good based on the assessment. The implementation of Good Corporate Governance in the company demonstrated by the implementation of the principles of good corporate governance, the principles of openness with the transparency during the process the Board of Directors appointment through the fit and proper test, the principle of accountability to the clarity of the functions and responsibilities of the companys organs through the organizational structure, the principle of the Responsibility program corporate social responsibility, the principle by appointing an independent auditor which is the Public Accountant Hertanto Sidik and friends to audit the financial statements and the last principle of fairness is shown by the different regulations concerning the management of the company. Some of the obstacles are the absence of transparency in the election of the members on the Board of Commissioners, the system of reward and punishment has not been executed by the company, minutes of meetings do not meet the dynamics of the meeting, it is not yet published the Decree on independent Commissioners, and the annual report of 2010 has not been uploaded yet. White-tailed forest mice (Maxomys hellwandii) are endemic to the Sulawesi. This study aims to determine the genetic diversity of white-tailed forest mice (Maxomys hellwandii) based on RAPD. The analysis of the variability of white-tailed forest rats was carried out in several stages, namely the extraction and purification of DNA, the amplification of the target gene using the PCR method, and finally visualization of the amplification results with 0.8% agarose gel electrophoresis. Data analysis using the SPSS IBM Ver. 20 program. Results obtained using OPA-3 primers from four different localization samples show samples of Likupang 1 and South Minahasa show similarity of 1%, and samples of Likupang 2 and Southeast Minahasa show similarity of 25%. Whereas the primary OPA-2 samples from the villages of Likupang 1, Likupang 2 and South Minahasa show a similarity of 8% and the sample of Southina Minahasa has a similarity of 25%. On the basis of the dendogram grouping of four different samples, he showed genetic diversity.

Online selling is increased in numbers from last year (2008), which is from 17,0 to 35,1 in percentage. Online selling is making it easier for the consumers to do their business activities wherever only by accessing the website which is connected to the administrator and then purchasing the goods with the choices provide in the website. This research used Lampung specific food as the model to create a web-based online selling system which shows the complete categories and catalogues. The result of this research is that B2C-based business application system could give the ease to access Lampung specific food. B2C-based system is used as a database system and transaction means via the internet which utilized the web technology.

Stocks are an investment that many investors choose because they are able to provide an attractive rate of return. Holding period is a period that indicates the length of this study was to determine the factors that affected the holding period of shares partially on the companies listed into to LQ45 index. This study used a descriptive method, with the purposive sampling technique and it obtained 21 companies as the research sample. The result of the research showed that the market value and the trading volume were partially significant to the holding period of stock with Â and sig value was smaller than 0,05 (sig < 0,05) that was 0,000 and 0,005, while the bid-ask spread, variance return, and dividend payout ratio partially had no significant effect on the holding period of stock with the value ofÂ Â and the sig value was greater than 0,05 (sig > 0,05) that was equal to 0,414, 0,706, and 0,673. The value of the adjusted r square (RÂ²) of 0,381 or 38,1% indicated the the bid-ask spread, the market value, the trading volume, the variance return, the dividend payout ratio could explain the holding period of 38,1%, while the remaining 61,9% was explained by other variables outside the study.

Stunting in children under teach five is a risk factor for high rates of mortality. It also reduces the cognitive ability and low motor development, and causes an imbalance body functions. A preliminary study of Health Program Report, Health Department of Kabupaten Melawi, indicated that the stunting prevalence at PuskesmasUlakMuid in April 2016 was 44,1%. It means that there was a significant escalation compared to the stunting cases in 2015 which was only 4%.Â This study aimed at analyzing the correlation of socioeconomics characteristics, feeding behavior and stunting incidence in children under five at PuskesmasUlakMuid, Kabupaten Melawi. Cross sectional design was used in this study. The data were statistically analyzed by using chi square test.The study revealed that there was relationship of knowledge (p value=0,012 PR=1,826), income (p value=0,021 PR=1,490), egg intake frequency (p value=0,015 PR=1,813), breastfeeding frequency (p value=0,022 PR=1,492), and stunting in children under five cases.Mothers with kids under five need to enhance their health knowledge by actively participating in health socialization, specifically on balanced diet and CIE. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas layanan bimbingan kelompok dalam meningkatkan interaksi sosial siswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan quasi eksperimenmelaluinonequivalent control group design. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 siswa. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan paired sample t test. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah layanan bimbingan kelompok dapat meningkatkan interaksi sosial siswa.
