Abstract

The research was conducted at PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII (Persero) in order to determine the implementation of Good Corporate Governance and the problems occurred during the implementation The result of research shows that PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII (Persero) awarded as good based on the assessment. The implementation of Good Corporate Governance in the company demonstrated by the implementation of the principles of good corporate governance, the principles of openness with the transparency during the process the Board of Directors appointment through the fit and proper test, the principle of accountability to the clarity of the functions and responsibilities of the companys organs through the organizational structure, the principle of the Responsibility program corporate social responsibility, the principle by appointing an independent auditor which is the Public Accountant Hertanto Sidik and friends to audit the financial statements and the last principle of fairness is shown by the different regulations concerning the management of the company. Some of the obstacles are the absence of transparency in the election of the members on the Board of Commissioners, the system of reward and punishment has not been executed by the company, minutes of meetings do not meet the dynamics of the meeting, it is not yet published the Decree on independent Commissioners, and the annual report of 2010 has not been uploaded yet. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas layanan bimbingan kelompok dalam meningkatkan interaksi sosial siswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan quasi eksperimenmelaluinonequivalent control group design. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 siswa. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan paired sample t test. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah layanan bimbingan kelompok dapat meningkatkan interaksi sosial siswa.

Abstract

Coconut waste is one of the industrial waste or household waste that potentially can be mixed in feed, because it contains of 5,7% protein, 16,3% fat, 38,1% carbohydrate, 31,6% rough fiber, 5,5% water, and 2,6% ash. The aim of this study was to learn the effectivity of adding shredded coconut waste as fish feed ingredients for dumbo catfish fry. This research was carried out in 60 days in Aquaculture laboratorium, Fisheries and Marine, Agriculture Faculty, University of Lampung. This research used completety randomized design with 4 treatments and 3 repetitions. Treatment A (0% of coconut waste flour), treatment B (10% of coconut waste flour), treatment C (20% of coconut waste flour), and treatment D (30% of coconut waste flour). The parameters in this research were growth rate, daily growth rate, and feed conversion ration and protein retention and water quality. The result showed that the use of coconut waste flour in feed gave no effect to the growth rate, daily growth rate, and feed conversion ratio for the dumbo catfish.

Abstract

Stocks are an investment that many investors choose because they are able to provide an attractive rate of return. Holding period is a period that indicates the length of this study was to determine the factors that affected the holding period of shares partially on the companies listed into to LQ45 index. This study used a descriptive method, with the purposive sampling technique and it obtained 21 companies as the research sample. The result of the research showed that the market value and the trading volume were partially significant to the holding period of stock with  and sig value was smaller than 0,05 (sig < 0,05) that was 0,000 and 0,005, while the bid-ask spread, variance return, and dividend payout ratio partially had no significant effect on the holding period of stock with the value of   and the sig value was greater than 0,05 (sig > 0,05) that was equal to 0,414, 0,706, and 0,673. The value of the adjusted r square (R²) of 0,381 or 38,1% indicated the the bid-ask spread, the market value, the trading volume, the variance return, the dividend payout ratio could explain the holding period of 38,1%, while the remaining 61,9% was explained by other variables outside the study.

Abstract

Online selling is increased in numbers from last year (2008), which is from 17,0 to 35,1 in percentage. Online selling is making it easier for the consumers to do their business activities wherever only by accessing the website which is connected to the administrator and then purchasing the goods with the choices provide in the website. This research used Lampung specific food as the model to create a web-based online selling system which shows the complete categories and catalogues. The result of this research is that B2C-based business application system could give the ease to access Lampung specific food. B2C-based system is used as a database system and transaction means via the internet which utilized the web technology.

Abstract

ABSTRACT                      The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of addition of pumpkin flour on the quality of organoleptic assessment, nutritional value, and β-carotene content of steamed brownies. This study used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of six treatments with the addition of pumpkin flour: S0 (control 0%), S1 (10%), S2 (20%), S3 (30%), S4 (40%), and S5 (50%). Data were analyzed using analysis of variances (ANOVA) and if it had a significant effect on the observation variables, it was followed by Duncan's multiple range test (DMRT) at the 95% confidence level. Moisture, ash, protein, fat, carbohydrate and β-carotene contents of selected brownis were 18.04%, 1.95%, 2.96%, 30.86%, 47.05%, and 1306.30IU/100g, respectively. Based on the SNI brownies standard, this brownie product does not meet the standards for water content and fat content, while for ash, protein, and carbohydrates meet the standards. Based on organoleptic assessment, this product can be accepted (preferred) by panelists.    Keywords: pumpkin flour, steamed brownies, β-carotene  ABSTRAK                Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan tepung labu kuning terhadap kualitas penilaian organoleptik, nilai gizi, dan kandungan β-karoten brownies kukus. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari enam perlakuan dengan penambahan tepung labu kuning  S0 (control 0%), S1 (10%), S2 (20%), S3 (30%), S4(40%),  dan S5(50%). Data dianalisis menggunakan analysis of variances (ANOVA) dan apabila berpengaruh nyata terhadap variabel pengamatan, maka dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan’s multiple range test (DMRT) pada taraf kepercayaan 95%. Kadar air, abu, protein, lemak, karbohidrat dan β-karoten brownis terpilih berturut-turut yaitu 18.04%, 1.95%, 2.96%, 30.86%, 47.05%, dan 1306.30IU/100g. Berdasarkan standar SNI brownies, produk brownies ini belum memenuhi standar untuk kadar air dan kadar lemak, sedangkan untuk kada abu, protein, dan karbohidrat telah memenuhi standar. Berdasarkan penilaian organoleptik, produk ini  dapat diterima (disukai) oleh panelis. Kata kunci: tepung labu kuning, brownies kukus, β-karoten

Abstract

This study aimed at determining the effect of the inquiry training learning model assisted by Google Classroom in improving students' creative thinking skills. This research was quasi-experimental. Total samples were 32 students of SMAN 1 Banguntapan. The instrument test was essay test to measure the creative thinking skills. The first step of study was the given the pretest, then face-to-face learning and online learning at the time agreed upon with students. The final stage was carried out posttest to see the achievement of score after treatment. The results showed that the gain scores of creative thinking skill in students are categorized into three, namely: 62% of students with low category gain scores, 31% of students with moderate category gain scores, and 7% of students with high category gain scores. The average score of gain of creative thinking ability was 0.3 which was in the medium category. Based on these results, further research is needed with an emphasis on optimizing the use of Google Classroom and confirming knowledge construction in face-to-face learning.

Abstract

Metode sistem pendukung keputusan Fuzzy Simple additive Weighting merupakan salah satu metode Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang menggunakan konsep penjumlahan terbobot. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun suatu sistem Pendukung Keputusan dalam memilih Perguruan Tinggi Yang Berkwalitas, yang dapat memberikan masukan / Informasi kepada para calon Mahasiswa Baru. Yang bingung akan memilih Perguruan tinggi yang sesuai dengan keinginannya dan kedepannya berpengaruh di dunia kerja. Untuk mengetahui Biaya pendidikan yang sesuai dengan profil keuangan calon Mahasiswa, fasilitas yang disediakan untuk menunjang dalam belajar, Lokasi yang tepat dan strategis untuk mempermudah aktifitas dalam perkuliahan,Jurusan yang sesuai dengan latar belakang pendidikan sebelumnya / yang sesuai dengan apa yang di inginkan, Unit Kegiatan Kemahasiswaan yang mampu membantu meningkatkan calon mahasiswa dalam berorganisasi nantinya setelah lulus kuliah dan lainnya. RancangSistem yang akan dibangun merupakan rancangan sistem pendukung keputusan, yang akan mendukung calon mahasiswa dalam mengambil keputusan untuk memilih Perguruan Tinggi Yang berkwalitas, dengan Tepat,efektif dan Efisien. Untuk menentukan Perguruan Tinggi yang Berkwalitas dapat digunakan metode Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting, sehingga calon Mahasiswa dapat mengetahui kriteria-kriteria yang diinginkan, dan untuk meningkatkan Sumber Daya Manusia serta persaingan Kwalitas Perguruan Tinggi di KOPERTIS Wilayah II secara Baik dan Sportif.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah model pembelajaran dua tamu dua tinggal dan time toke efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran, serta untuk mengetahui perbedaaan hasil belajar matematika siswa antara yang memakai model pembelajarran dua tamu dua tinggal dengan time token di SMA Negeri 5 Batam tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian komparasi yang beersifat membandingkan dua model pembelajaran yaitu dua tamu dua tinggal dan time token.Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 5 Batam tahun pelajaran 2012/2013, sedangkan sampelnya yaitu kelas xi ips 4 sebagai kelas dua tamu dua tinggal dan xi ips 5 sebagai kelas time token. pada akhir pembelajaran kedua kelas diberi tes akhir dengan menggunakan instrumen yang sama setelah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas.Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa model pembelajaran dua tamu dua tinggal (duta-duti) dan time token efektif digunakan. Tetapi tidak terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar matematika. Kata Kunci: model pembelajaran, duta-duti, time-token, hasil belajar. AbstractThis study aims to determine whether the learning model two guests staying and time toke two effectively used in learning, as well as to know the difference between the results of students' mathematics learning using learning model two guests staying with time two tokens in SMAN 5 Batam academic year 2012/2013 . This type of research is a comparative study that is comparing two learning models, namely two two guests staying and time tokens.The populations of this study were students of class XI IPS SMAN 5 Batam 2012/2013 academic year, while the sample is xi ips class 4 as a second-class two-stay guests and xi ips 5 as class time tokens. at the end of the class is learning both the final test using the same instrument after tested for validity and reliability.The results showed that the learning model two guests two live (ambassador-DUTI) and time tokens effectively used. But there is no difference mathematics learning outcomes. Keywords: learning model, ambassador-DUTI, time-token, learning outcomes.

Abstract

One of the main problems of development that experienced by Indonesia at this time is the high number of poor people. In order to accelerate poverty reduction and the development of policy in the field of social protection for families very poor households, the government issued a policy that is Family Hope Program. Family Hope Program is a social assistance that realized by cash, education and health are addressed to very poor households particularly who has a 0-15 years old and pregnant mother/ postpartum. The purpose of this research is to identify the achievement of the Family Hope Program in Tedunan, Kedung district, Jepara regency. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach that is supported by qualitative data. The method used in this research is survey method with 40 respondent.Key words: family hope program , policy, povertyABSTRAKSalah satu masalah utama pembangunan yang dialami oleh Indonesia saat ini adalah tingginya jumlah penduduk miskin. Dalam rangka percepatan penanggulangan kemiskinan sekaligus pengembangan kebijakan di bidang perlindungan sosial bagi keluarga Rumah Tangga Sangat Miskin (RTSM), pemerintah mengeluarkan sebuah kebijakan yaitu Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). Program Keluarga Harapan adalah bantuan sosial yang diwujudkan dengan bantuan tunai, pendidikan dan kesehatan yang ditujukan kepada Rumah Tangga Sangat Miskin (RTSM) khususnya yang memiliki anak usia 0-15 tahun dan ibu hamil/nifas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pencapaian Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Desa Tedunan, Kecamatan Kedung, Kabupaten Jepara. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang didukung dengan data kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan responden sebanyak 40 orang.Kata kunci: kebijakan, kemiskinan, PKH
