Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of Emotional Spiritual Quotient (ESQ) in exemplary Javanese leadership at Madrasah Aliyah GUPPI, Rakit District, Banjarnegara Regency. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach and data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research on Javanese leadership of Madrasah Heads were carried out by giving examples in behavior and work and being polite in speaking. The leadership of the madrasa head not only gives orders, but also shows an exemplary attitude in all aspects, both discipline, responsibility, cleanliness and so on.

Abstract

Realitas globalisasi bagi masyarakat islam memunculkan berbagai permasalahan dan tantangan. Permaslahan dan tantangan tersebut diantaranya adalah melemahnya jiwa patriotisme, melemahnya kepedulian sosisal, budaya instan, dan melemahnya jiwa patriotisme. Permaslahan tersebut menjadi spirit tersendiri bagi santri, yaitu para santri yang memiliki komitmen tinggi terhadap idiologinya, terhadap masyarakat, dan memiliki iwa patriotisme yang tinggi terhadap negaranya. Spirit santri ditunjukan dengan gerakan pendidikan kepada masyarakat disekitarnya untuk mempersiapkan masyarakat global. Wujud dari pelaksanaan tersebut dalah mewujudkan masyarakat akademik dan masyarakat religius.

Abstract

Abstract: Family is the first place and uyama in mendidika child, thus delivering his son to success in the future. The demands of the times make a change in the pattern of economy and changes in understanding of the essence of the family in the education of their children. The gathering does not gather from the meal, it becomes the legitimacy of a father to work to leave the family and his duty to educate his son, so the obligation to educate the child is bestowed on the mother. In the process of education of children in the family of a mother experiencing dynamics, namely social dynamics, psychology, and also the dynamics of educational content of his children. Abstract

This study is based on a phenomenon concerning the implementation of character education in MTs Negeri 5 Kebumen. As a madrassa located in a rural environment, precisely in Klirong sub-district, MTs Negeri 5 Kebumen has implemented character education based on Islamic teachings and is able to achieve quite resounding achievements, both academic and non-academic achievement. This study aims to find out the knowledge, commitment and action of students towards character education in MTs Negeri 5 Kebumen. This study is a type of qualitative descriptive research with phenomenological approach with research subjects at MTs Negeri 5 Kebumen. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis technique using the miles and huberman model. The results of study: 1) students' understanding of character education programs and various activities containing character values at Mts Negeri 5 Kebumen, both intracurricular, extracurricular, habituation and spontaneity activities. 2) students have shown a strong commitment to character education at MTs Negeri 5 Kebumen,namely by the willingness of students to make promises to comply with all applicable regulations in madrasas and are ready to get sanctions if they violate. 3) students have shownactions that reflect character values at MTs Negeri 5 Kebumen such as using good words, attitudes and actions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of work discipline in improving teacher performance. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The subject of this research is the Head of Madrasah. The informants of this research are teachers. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Check the validity of the data using triangulation of sources and methods. The data analysis technique uses an interactive analysis model, which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study can be concluded that: at MTs Al Islamiyah Balorejo Bonorowo in applying preventive discipline to teacher performance has been carried out since the beginning of the establishment of MTs Al Islamiyah Balorejo Bonorowo, while corrective discipline is also carried out, but the punishment given is not so burdensome in the sense that it is still just reprimand. Meanwhile, corrective discipline at MTs Al Islamiyah Balorejo Bonorowo so far has only been used as a reference, a reference to make teachers even more disciplined. At MTs Al Islamiyah Balorejo Bonorowo in carrying out discipline obeying the rules and performance penalties are always applied because it is a rule that must be followed by all teachers and employees at MTs Al Islamiyah Balorejo Bonorowo in order to improve discipline.

Abstract

A qualitative approach is used in this study. The research took place at the Nuril Anwar Maron Islamic Boarding School Loano, Purworejo. Data was collected by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The research informants were Mufattisy Pondok, Chairman of the Foundation, Head of Madrasah and his deputy, Ustadz/Akhlak Akhlaq teachers, administrators and students as well as residents around the pesantren. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. While checking the validity of the data is done by triangulation method. Furthermore, the results of the study showed that at the planning stage the learning was quite well organized and learning was carried out with three activities, namely initial, core and closing and supported by the example given by the Ustadz/administrator. Meanwhile, the learning assessment process is carried out by means of regular tests, UTS, UAS and direct tests. As for the follow-up, which includes apperception, written/oral evaluation and special coaching if needed

Abstract

This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach to the Rumah Inklusif Kebumen Community with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. All data were analyzed using the field analysis model, with the flow of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study can be concluded that the inculcation of character values ​​carried out by the Rumah Inklusif Kebumen Community is seen using the paradigm of Gus Dur's nine main values ​​related to monotheism, humanity, justice, equality, liberation, simplicity, chivalry, and traditional wisdom. Based on these nine values, the character values ​​that are instilled in the Rumah Inklusif Kebumen Community include independence, responsibility, religious, tolerance, hard work, creative, independent, democracy, curiosity, national spirit, love for the homeland, respect for achievement, friendly or communicative, love peace, care for the environment, and care for society.

Abstract

This research is intended to answer the following problems: 1) Is there any influence of the leadership of the madrasa head on student achievement? 2) Is there an effect of teacher performance on student achievement? 3) Is there an influence of the leadership of the madrasa head and teacher performance together on student achievement at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif NU 1 Kalijaran? This type of research is quantitative research. The data was obtained by using questionnaires, observations, interviews and documentation. All data obtained were then analyzed using quantitative data analysis. The results of the study found that: 1) The leadership of the madrasah head had a positive and significant effect on student achievement as evidenced by the regression calculation obtained a positive constant of 3,017 where the variable of Madrasah Principal Leadership (X1) had a significant number > 0.05, which was 0.915 with a calculated t value 1.108. The more the leadership of the madrasa head increases, the learning achievement of students will increase; 2) Teacher performance has a positive and significant effect on student achievement with the Teacher Performance variable (X2) having a significant number > 0.05, which is equal to 0.17 with a t-value of 2,505, it is concluded that the Teacher Performance variable has a positive and significant effect on learning achievement; 3) The leadership of the madrasah head and teacher performance simultaneously influence the results of student achievement at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif NU 1 Kalijaran which is obtained from the calculation of F count of 159.686 with a significance of <0.05, which is equal to 0.000. From these results it is known that the regression line equation can be used to predict Learning Achievement, or it can be said that the Madrasah Principal Leadership and Teacher Performance variables jointly affect Learning Achievement.

Abstract

The study was conducted to analyze management in the development of morality in RA GUPPI Pekauman, Madukara District, Banjarnegara Regency. The research method was carried out using a qualitative approach to the implementation of education at RA GUPPI Pekauman. The results of the study show that: 1) RA GUPPI Pekauman in planning the management of morality development involves all elements of both madrasas, stakeholders, communities and parents of students who are involved in determining the moral values ​​applied in madrasas contained in the rules; 2) Implementation of the management of moral development of RA GUPPI Pekauman is carried out in teaching and learning activities by integrating character values ​​and moral values ​​in each subject and implemented in extracurricular activities; 3) Evaluation of the management of the moral development of RA GUPPI Pekauman is carried out by making evaluation instruments, recording the achievement of indicators, and conducting analysis and follow-up.
