Abstract

This study aims to determine the functions of educational planning at the Pondok Nurul Huda Al Karimi. In this study, the data was obtained through observation, documentation, and interviews. Subjects and informants in this study were extracted from informants who have key roles in managing or implementing manage decision-makers in the educational process, namely boarding school caregivers, madrasa heads, ustadz, and administrators of the Nurul Huda Al Karimi Islamic Boarding School by using purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The main issues discussed in this study reveal how education management is seen from the educational planning function of the Nurul Huda Al Karimi Islamic boarding school, The results of this study reveal that there is a planning function for educational development carried out at the Nurul Huda Al Karimi Islamic Boarding School in Mereng Warungpring Pemalang, and that the curriculum planning is quite good. Furthermore, in planning for human resources or educators, they have met academic quality standards. Educational planning for the Nurul Huda Al Karimi Islamic boarding school by KH. Machmud, The organizational structure of the Nurul Huda Al Karimi Islamic boarding school is led by KH. Khotibul Umam, Education Direction by the curriculum section, and its control by caregivers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai sikap tasamuh (toleransi) mahasiswa yang mengikuti matakuliah ke-NU-an di Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam IAINU Kebumen. Sikap tasamuh merupakan satu dari beberapa kompetensi yang diajarkan pada matakuliah ke-NU-an Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa cenderung memiliki tingkat toleransi rendah sebesar 64,29%, sedangkan mahasiswa dengan tingkat toleransi tinggi sebesar 5,36%, tingkat toleransi sedang sebesar 30,36% serta tidak terdapat mahasiswa dengan tingkat toleransi sangat tinggi dan sangat rendah.Kata kunci: sikap tasamuh, sikap toleransi, kuliah ke-nu-an

Abstract

Local wisdom has a high value of life and is worth continuing to be explored, developed,and preserved as antithesis or socio-cultural changes and modernization The researchdesign uses Sequential Explanatory, the research population is NU citizens who havestatus as administrators (Branch level, Deputy branch and branch), Teacher and NUAutonomous Agency Management. the first phase of the study concluded that there wasno difference in the mean (mean) perception of NU citizens about the local wisdom of NUKebumen residents seen from F calculated 0.270 <F table (3.30) While the probabilityvalue was 0.767> 0.05, In general the respondents supported the concept the localwisdom of Kebumen NU residents is indicated by the percentage of approval for eachstatement with a range of 71% -100%. The second phase of research deepens quantitativeresearch with the results of the local wisdom of the NU people in Kebumen Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kegelisahan penulis terhadap marak berdirinya program tahfidz anak yang semakin ramai belakangan ini dan menarik simpatik umat Islam untuk menghafidzkan anak-anaknya. Penelitian ini akan membahas Manajemen Kurikulum Tahfidzul Qur’an Bagi Generasi Alpha Ponpes Tahfidz Anak Yanbu’ul Qur’an Tersobo Prembun. Penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus implementasi Manajemen Kurikulum Tahfidz Anak Bagi Generasi Alpha Ponpes Tahfidz Anak Yanbu’ul Qur’an Tersobo Prembun. Pengasuh pengurus dan santri sebagai subjek penelitian. Teknik pengumpalan data melalui dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan model pencatatan data, reduksi data, display data, diakhiri penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian bahwa: Pertama,perencanaan manajemen kurikulum tahfidzul Qur’an meliputi penentuan tujuan,metode, materi, media dan perencanaan evaluasi.Kedua, pengorganisasian manajemen kurikulum tahfidzul Qur’an berupa pengaturan programkegiatan, jadwal kegiatan dandilaksanakan sesuai ketentuan. Ketiga, pelaksanaan manajemen kurikulum dijalankan dengan mengintegrasikan secara visual dan non visual, yaitu menggabungkan antara hafalan Al-Qur’an, kajian kitab, penguatan Ahlusunnah wal jamaah, pendidikan formal dan lingkungan sosial (budaya/cultur). Keempat, evaluasi manajemen kurikulum tahfidzul Qur’an dilakukan dengan evaluasi harian yaitu pembimbingmelakukan pengujian terhadap setoran hafalan santri, evaluasi bulanan yaitu bersamaan dengan kegiatan sambangan orang tua wali menyimak hafalan santri, Evaluasi tahunan yaitu evaluasi tahap akhir setelah santri sudah hafal 30 juzz yaitu khotmil Qur’an bilghaib.

Abstract

Competition for graduate work placements in DU/DI which is the government's policy on the SMK curriculum is the main factor behind the implementation of the research. This study takes the formulation of the problem on how to plan, implement and evaluate marketing strategy management for the alumni of SMK Wongsorejo Gombong, Kebumen Regency. The implementation of education is approached with descriptive qualitative and phenomenological methods. The implementation of strategic marketing management for the alumni of SMK Wongsorejo Gombong begins with conducting a SWOT analysis which then results in planning, implementing, and evaluating the marketing strategy of the alumni of SMK Wongsorejo Gombong. The implementation of the alumni marketing strategy is carried out through school collaboration in three ways, namely collaboration with DU/DI, collaboration with parents/guardians, and collaboration with the community. A SWOT analysis related to the planning of the school's annual work program, the preparation of a public relations and Hub in work program which is a core part of alumni marketing is an important step for the school. The involvement of DU/DI and the community can increase the absorption of alumni in the world of work.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) mengetahui pengalaman guru MTs Negeri 1 setelah mengikuti diklat (2) mengetahui kemampuan guru dalam pengelolaan kelas di MTs Negeri 1 Kebumen (3) mengetahui apakah ada korelasi pengalaman guru mengikuti diklat terhadap kemampuan pengelolaan kelas di MTs Negeri 1 Kebumen. Penelitian ini berupa penelitian lapangan dengan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi karena responden hanya berjumlah 40 orang. Penelitian dilakukan di MTs Negeri 1 Kebumen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru MTs Negeri 1 Kebumen yang berjumlah 40. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner, teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah penyajian data, analisis korelasi product moment. Berdasarkan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Pengalaman guru MTs Negeri 1 Kebumen mengikuti diklat termasuk dalam kategori baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis yang menunjukkan nilai mean 25,82 yaitu pada interval 24-28. (2) Pengelolaan Kelas di MTs Negeri 1 Kebumen termasuk dalam kategori baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis yang menunjukkan nilai mean 34,1yaitu pada interval 32-37. (3) Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada korelasi pengalaman guru mengikuti diklat dengan kemampuan pengelolaan kelas di MTs Negeri 1 Kebumen yang positif dan signifikan sebesar 0,429. Karena r hitung (rxy= 0,429) lebih besar dari pada rtabel baik pada sigifikasi 5% maupun pada taraf signifikansi 1%. Kata kunci: Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (Diklat), Pengelolaan Kelas.

Abstract

This service aims to strengthen the values of character for children in Rogodadi Village, Kebumen Regency. This assistance was carried out for 1 month with 9 meetings. The participants in this assistance were 15 children in Rogodadi Village, Buayan District, Kebumen Regency. The implementation method uses the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method with five stages, namely: Diagnosis, Action Planning, Action Taking, Evaluation, and Specifying Learning. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the activity show that the activity of strengthening moral values through the Kitab Ngudi Susilo has been successfully implemented. The results of the analysis during the activity, the children understand well and can implement the manners that must be carried out by a child. Some of the methods used in this strengthening activity include CTL model, demonstrations, and interactive lectures. Having a daily journal given to children is a measure of the success of this activity. The results of the analysis of daily journals found that children can implement manners by Kitab Ngudi Susilo. The results of the questionnaire also showed that as many as 94% of the children understood the material presented by the service team well.
