Abstract

Riset memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana integritas aparatur sipil negara (ASN) dan faktor apa saja yang menjadi penghambat dan pendukung integritas seorang aparatur sipil negara (ASN) di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Mamasa. Riset menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan tehnik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil riset menunjukkan ada beberapa oknum yang tidak peduli terhadap pemberikan pelayanan berdasarkan empat sikap yang di tunjukkan yaitu; sikap jujur, tulus dan dapat dipercaya, sikap transparan dan konsisten, sikap bermartabat dan sikap objektif sehingga dapat dikatakan Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Mamasa kurang berintegritas. Hal ini berhubungan dengan faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap integritas aparatur sipil negara (ASN). Baik itu faktor negatif yang menjadi penghambat seorang aparatur memberikan pelayanan yang berintegritas dan professional, seperti kurangnya pemahaman tentang tugas dan tanggung jawab sebagai aparatur, adanya sikap/ mental priyayi, merasa diri paling hebat, sombong, dan egois. Sedangkan faktor positif yang menjadi  pendukung bagi aparatur dalam memberikan pelayanan yang berintegritas tidak lain adanya kesadaran aparatur terhadap tugas dan tanggung jawabnya, adanya kesadaran melayani masyarakat(penerima layanan), dan dukungan dari sesama rekan kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the implementation of basic tasks and functions of the Community Empowerment Agency and village governance and the factors that influence the implementation process of the Main Task and the function of the community empowerment body of the village government in the Mamuju District. The type of research used in this study is qualitative deskriktif with the basis of survey research. The results showed that the implementation of some program results can be quite good although there are some activities have not achieved the targeted results of the problems faced by BPMPD mamuju district in the implementation of the affairs of community and village government, the improvement of organizational performance that carried out it becomes an absolute thing done Systematic and Structured.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of the effectiveness of the Head of the Agency's supervision of the Employee Performance of the Research Development and Planning Agency of Polewali Mandar Regency. This research uses quantitative, and data collection techniques through a respondent approach by distributing questions about the variables of effectiveness, supervision, and performance. The results obtained from the development of supervision can be carried out effectively with the effectiveness of 50.6 while supervision is 48.8 and performance is 50.4. Developing performance by prioritizing maximum supervision can provide optimal results in improving the quality of employee performance. Overall, the implementation of supervision in the research agency for development and planning of Polewali Mandar Regency runs effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the inspectorate supervises the Tapalang Sub-district Head of Tupoksi in Mamuju District. This research uses quantitative descriptive techniques that describe quantitatively about supervision carried out by the Office of the Inspectorate to the Tapalang District Head Office, Mamuju Regency. The supervision of the Inspectorate in Tapalang Sub-District of Mamuju District is in empowering the community in accordance with the procedures and is well implemented, including Human Resource Development, Capacity Building in capital, and Development of people's economic institutions. Implementation of supervision of the Inspectorate in the Head of Subdistrict Camat in Tapalang District, Mamuju Regency in the field of tranquility and public order in accordance with the procedures and well implemented and facilitating the implementation of community dispute resolution that has the potential to disrupt peace and public order.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of the rice distribution policy for the poor (raskin) in Sulewatang Sub-District, Polewali Mandar District, Polewali District. This type of research is quantitative, which describes the description of the implementation of micin rice distribution policies. Data is obtained through surveys, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation to collect as much data as possible from the field. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively which described systematically, factually and accurately about the facts obtained. The results showed that the implementation of a poor rice program policy in Sulewatang Urban Village had not yet achieved maximum results, because a number of things that were implemented were not in accordance with the existing rules/regulations. Even so, the goal is quite achievable because it can reduce the expenditure burden. The indicator of the success of the distribution of raskin / rastra seen from the process and mechanism using 6T (six right) is considered to be still less than optimal.
