Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan bagi kader desa dalam menggunakan software Microsoft Office dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi di saat sekarang ini. Materi pelatihan ini disampaikan kepada warga masyarakat yang ada di kelurahan Dadimulyo Kecamatan Kisaran Barat Kab. Asahan yang berjumlah lebih kurang 30 orang. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, demonstrasi, dan latihan yang disertai tanya jawab. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menjelaskan konsep pengantar dari pengenalan software Microsoft Office sebagai salah satu media dalam mempermudah pekerjaan manusia. Metode demonstrasi dipakai untuk menunjukkan suatu proses kerja yaitu tahap- tahap mengenalan tool-tool yang ada pada software Microsoft Office dan mengetahui masing-masing fungsinya, sedangkan metode latihan untuk mempraktikkan langsung penggunaan aplikasi tersebut. Sementara metode tanya jawab untuk memberi kesempatan kepada para peserta dalam berkonsultasi untuk mengatasi kendala dalam memahami materi yang sudah didapat. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan kepada para kader desa Dadimulyo mengenai penggunaan Ms. Office terutama Ms. Word dalam proses pembuatan laporan kepada kepala desa.

Abstract

In this day and age, the lifestyle of people who always want to be practical and always delay eating time causes the body susceptible to disease, this unhealthy habit that makes the stomach produce excess acid that triggers the onset of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD). Gerd disease is often considered mild by the public, but if left unchecked then the disease becomes very dangerous because it can irritate the lining of the esophagus and make it become inflamed. Over time, inflammation can damage the lining of the esophagus causing complications such as bleeding, narrowing of the esophagus, and can attack other organs of the body. Early detection of GERD in the stomach needs to be done to prevent the disease. But because of the lack of public knowledge about the symptoms of this disease and the frequent errors in diagnosing GERD, therefore it is necessary to build an expert system to diagnose GERD-based web. Research conducted by Bandar Pasir Mandoge Health Center because GERD disease is a type of disease that is often experienced by the community, and this type of disease is a disease that has the most number of patients in Bandar Pasir Mandoge Health Center with the number of patients as many as 534 in 2021. The purpose of this study is not to replace the role of humans, but to sub substitution human knowledge into the form of a system, so that it can be used by many people (experts and the general public) in dealing with GERD disease. In the preparation of expert systems, a combination of inference rules with a certain knowledge base is provided by one or more experts in a particular field. Several methods can be used, one of which is Forward Chaining which is a reasoning that starts from the facts to get the conclusion of the fact. The results of web-based expert system research using this forward chaining method can act as an expert to detect types of GERD disease and advice for prevention

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of compensation and competence partially andsimultaneously on the lecturer’s performance of STMIK Royal Kisaran in Asahan Regency, NorthSumatera. The population of this research was all regular (permanent) lecturers at STMIK Royaltotally of 90 people where data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and interviewsto those permanent lecturers. The quantitative method was used in this study, while the analyticalmethod used was multiple regression analysis by performing the F test and t test where the data isprocessed using SPSS software. From the results of multiple regression analysis the equation Y = 8.032+ 0.181X1 + 0.339X2 is obtained. Partially and simultaneously the compensation and competencevariables affect the performance variables of lecturers at STMIK Royal Kisaran.

Abstract

Abstract : Bintang Kaca Tanjungbalai Store measures the readiness of the application in designing a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) at the Bintang Kaca Tanjungbalai Store, including, the sales process is still carried out by installing banners in front of the store and recommendations from person to person. Thus resulting in a lack of information known by customers about the product at the Bintang Kaca Tanjungbalai Store. Then in the ordering process, the customer is still very difficult to order a product because the ordering process is still manual, namely by coming directly to the Bintang Kaca Shop Tanjungbalai. As for other problems, namely in the customer service process there are no facilities that help them to get information about products, and interact with the Bintang Kaca Tanjungbalai Store to submit suggestions, criticisms and questions (faq). As well as experiencing difficulties in the process of managing and storing customer data who have made transactions, so that Bintang Kaca Tanjungbalai Store cannot analyze customer complaints, customer wishes, customer impressions. Along with the times, Toko Bintang Kaca Tanjungbalai wants its business to grow and be able to beat its competitors, by using one of the customer-oriented business strategies or what is known as CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Keywords: Furniture; Customer Relationship Management; PHP; Sublime Text.  Abstrak: Toko Bintang Kaca Tanjungbalai mengukur kesiapan dari penerapan dalam perancangan Customer Relationship Management (CRM) berbasis web pada Toko Bintang Kaca Tanjungbalai ini diantaranya yaitu, pada proses penjualan masih dilakukan dengan memasang banner di depan toko dan rekomendasi dari orang ke orang. Sehingga mengakibatkan kurangnya informasi yang diketahui oleh pelanggan mengenai produk pada Toko Bintang Kaca Tanjungbalai. Kemudian pada proses pemesanan pihak pelanggan masih sangat kesulitan dalam memesan suatu produk karena proses pemesanannya masih manual, yaitu dengan datang langsung ke Toko Bintang Kaca Tanjungbalai. Adapun permasalahan lainnya, yaitu pada proses pelayanan pelanggan tidak ada fasilitas yang membantu mereka untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai produk, dan melakukan interaksi dengan pihak Toko Bintang Kaca Tanjungbalai untuk menyampaikan saran, kritik dan pertanyaan (faq). Serta mengalami kesulitan dalam proses mengelola dan menyimpan data pelanggan yang telah melakukan transaksi, sehingga Toko Bintang Kaca Tanjungbalai tidak bisa menganalisa keluhan pelanggan, keinginan pelanggan, kesan pelanggan. Seiring perkembangan zaman Toko Bintang Kaca Tanjungbalai ingin bisnisnya dapat berkembang dan dapat mengalahkan pesaing-pesaingnya, dengan menggunakan salah satu strategi bisnis berorientasi pada pelanggan atau disebut dengan istilah CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Kata Kunci: Furniture; Customer Relationship Management; PHP; Sublime Text.

Abstract

Abstract: The growth of the e-commerce market in Indonesia is very high and is one of the largest in the world. As a country whose population is dominated by a mid-level economy, e-commerce is very positively welcomed by the Indonesian population, especially the millennial generation. The millennial generation is a generation of young people today who are currently in the age range of 15-34 years. This generation is the biggest consumer in utilizing the internet in many ways, such as social media and e-commerce. The method used in this service is a simulation using one e-commerce application, namely Shopee. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to utilize e-commerce, especially for millennials so that they can use it in positive terms. The result of this activity was the implementation of Community Service activities attended by 30 students at SMA Negeri 2 Tanjungbalai. Keywords: e-commerce; millennial generation  Abstrak: Pertumbuhan pasar e-commerce di Indonesia sangat tinggi dan merupakan salah satu yang terbesar di dunia. Sebagai negara yang penduduknya didominasi oleh ekonomi tingkat menengah, e-commerce sangat disambut positif bagi penduduk Indonesia, terutama generasi milenial. Generasi milenial merupakan generarasi muda masa kini yang saat ini berusia dalam rentang usia15-34 tahun. Generasi ini merupakan konsumen terbesar dalam memanfaatkan internet dalam banyak hal, seperti sosial media maupun e-commerce. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini ialah simulasi menggunakan salah satu aplikasi e-commerce, yaitu Shopee. Tujuan dilakukannya kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memanfaatkan e-commerce terutama bagi generasi milenial sehingga dapat memanfaatkannya dalam hal positif. Hasil kegiatan ini ialah terlaksananya kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat yang dihadiri siswa-siswi SMA Negeri 2 Tanjungbalai sebanyak 30 orang. Kata kunci: e-commerce; generasi milenial

Abstract

Abstract: Community Service Activity is conducted in the form of training in the utilization of information technology in data processing that aims to provide knowledge and skills for the village apparatus in Buntu Pane subdistrict in data processing that is computerized as one way in making an institution decision.The target in this activity is the village apparatus in Buntu Pane sub-district which is approximately 25 people. Training in data processing is done by lecture method, demonstration, and practice with a question and answer. The lecture method is used to explain the introductory concept of the introduction of SPSS software as one of the media in data processing. Demonstration method is used to show a working process that is stages of recognizing the existing tools in the software SPSS and know each function, while the method of practice to practice data processing based on information technology by processing a certain data. While the question and answer method to give the participants the opportunity in consultation to overcome obstacles in understanding the material already obtained. The end result of activities is expected to accelerate and facilitate the employees in decision making for the future.Keywords: Data processing, SPSS software, computer, information technologyAbstrak: Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan salah satu bentuk Tridarma perguruan Tinggi yang harus dilaksanakan  oleh seorang dosen. Pada kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini akan mengimplementasikan kompetensi keilmuan yang dimiliki agar memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat, dimana kegiatan ini dilakukkan dalam bentuk pelatihan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pengolahan data yang bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi para perangkat desa di kecamatan Buntu Pane dalam pengolahan data  yang bersifat komputerisasi sebagai salah satu cara dalam pengambilan keputusan sebuah instansi.Sasaran dalam kegiatan PKM  ini adalah para perangkat desa di kecamatan Buntu Pane yang berjumlah lebih kurang 25 orang. Pelatihan dalam pengolahan data ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, demonstrasi, dan latihan yang disertai tanya jawab. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menjelaskan konsep pengantar dari pengenalan software SPSS sebagai salah satu media dalam pengolahan data. Metode demonstrasi dipakai untuk menunjukkan suatu proses kerja yaitu tahap-tahap mengenalan tool-tool yang ada pada software SPSS dan mengetahui masing-masing fungsinya, sedangkan metode latihan untuk mempraktikkan pengolahan data berbasis teknologi informasi dengan mengolah sebuah data tertentu. Sementara metode tanya jawab untuk memberi kesempatan para peserta dalam berkonsultasi untuk mengatasi kendala dalam memahami materi yang sudah didapat. Abstract

This study aims to reveal: Influence Leadership, Competence, and Cultural Organization partially and imultan to the performance of lecturers STMIK / AMIK Royal Kisaran. The population of this study are all lecturers on campus STMIK / AMIK Royal Kisaran which amounted to 82 people. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meramalkan jumlah pengangguran di Kabupaten Asahan pada tahun 2021 menggunakan Metode Weighted Moving Average yang nantinya akan membantu pihak pemerinta daerah dalam mengambil kebijakan mengenai masalah pengangguran ini. Data pengangguran diperoleh dari Instansi Badan Pusat Satatistik (BPS) Kabupaten Asahan dimana data aktualnya diambil dalam kurun waktu 11 tahun terakhir dari tahun 2009 sampai dengan tahun 2020 (data tahun 2016 tidak ada). Metode akurasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) untuk menghitung jumlah error, Mean Squared Error (MSE) untuk mengevaluasi metode peramalan, dan Mean Absolute Persentage Error (MAPE) untuk menghitung persentase error. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa peramalan jumlah pengangguran di Kabupten Asahan pada tahun 2021 yaitu sebesar 19851 orang pada nilai bobot 6 dengan nilai MAD sebesar 1763,43, nilai MSE sebesar 8394169,76 serta nilai MAPE sebesar 8,55 %

Abstract

The use of social media today is very large and has an impact on the social life of the wider community in line with the development of Information Technology. The existence of social media can certainly reduce human limitations in interacting and communicating with each other. One of the positive things about the use of social media is in conveying information quickly to the wider community, especially in advancing development in the region. The devotional activities are carried out in the form of socialization or delivering short materials followed by discussions where this activity aims to provide insights on the use of social media that is good and correct to provide benefits for its users. Participants in this activity are members of the community who are members of the Asahan Development Role Institute (LEPPAS). The result of this devotion activity is in the form of material understanding for the participants of activities that will be able to implement the role of social media in advancing regional development, especially in Asahan Regency.

Abstract

This Community Service activity is carried out in the form of training for village cadres in using Microsoft Office software in utilizing information technology at this time. This training material was delivered to the community members in Dadimulyo Village, Kisaran Barat District, Kab. Asahan, which amounted to approximately 30 people. This service activity was carried out using lectures, demonstrations, and exercises accompanied by questions and answers. The lecture method is used to explain the introductory concept of the introduction of Microsoft Office software as one of the media in facilitating human work. The demonstration method is used to show a work process, namely the stages of introducing the tools that exist in Microsoft Office software and knowing each of their functions, while the training method is to practice directly using the application. While the question and answer method are to allows participants to consult to overcome obstacles in understanding the material that has been obtained. The final result of this activity is expected to provide knowledge to Dadimulyo village cadres regarding the use of Ms. Office, especially Ms. Word in the process of making reports to the village head.
