Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and understanding the juridical analysis of the rules for implementing administrative fines for people who do not use masks while on the move and doing activities outside the home according to Buleleng Regent Regulation Number 41 of 2020 concerning the Application of Discipline and Law Enforcement of Health Protocols as Efforts to Prevent and Control of Corona Virus Disease 2019 in a New Era of Life. This research is a research that uses normative research methods, using a statutory approach. Then analyzed descriptively qualitatively using primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials to get conclusions that are relevant to the problems at hand. The results show that the application of administrative fines for people who do not use masks while on the move and doing activities outside the home in Buleleng Regent Regulation Number 41 of 2020 is based on Presidential Instruction Number 6 of 2020 and Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 4 of 2020. As for the amount the fine was adopted from Bali Governor Regulation Number 46 of 2020.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of educational background, length of business, and understanding of MSME entrepreneurs on compliance with tax obligations. The subjects in this study were entrepreneurs who were involved in the UMKM business sector in the city of Bali. The number of samples used in this study were 78 respondents. The sampling method used in this study is by using convenience sampling, and the writing technique is done by using quantitative research methods. The data obtained by the researcher were then processed by multiple linear regression method using SPSS software. The results of the above research indicate that the educational background variable does not significantly influence the fulfillment of tax obligations. While the variables of length of business and understanding of MSME entrepreneurs have a significant effect on the fulfillment of tax obligations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami status Mandatory Consular Notification antara Indonesia dengan Arab Saudi dalam hubungan diplomatik antar negara dan upaya perlindungan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia dalam melindungi Warga Negara Indonesia yang dihukum mati di Arab Saudi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan menggunakan jenis pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan kasus. Adapun bahan hukum yang digunakan adalah bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier yang berguna untuk mendapatkan konklusi yang relevan dengan permasalah pada penelitian ini. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Status Mandatory Consular Notification antara Indonesia dengan Arab saudi memang belum ada perjanjian antar kedua negara yang secara khusus mengatur tentang pemberitahuan pidana mati terhadap TKI, dan 2) upaya perlindungan yang diberikan oleh Pemerintah Indonesia terhadap TKI yang terancam hukuman mati di Arab Saudi melalui dua bentuk perlindungan secara Kekonsuleran dan Secara Diplomatik.
