Abstract

Interactive media allows a reciprocal flow of information that allows users to participate and modify the contents of the information at that moment (Real time). This interactive ability is also owned by social networks like Facebook, Instagram and other social networks, this is what makes online media superior. Instagram is so quick to adapt to the development of this popular technology that is an added value for Instagram that is complete with chat features and active user status to be a facility that can turn on this social networking site. Instagram is also accessed via mobile or tablet, therefore Instagram is utilized as a very effective and very efficient marketing communication medium. Elsphotographysub is one of the photo shooters who use Instagram as a marketing communication service. Various strategies have been carried out to maintain the existence of competition in the photography industry which is currently in view of the market which is very potential in an effort to promote services widely. Although not too large, but Elsphotographysub has been well known by this audience as evidenced by the achievement of 1,311 Instagram users who have followed the Elsphotographysub diagram as of January 23, 2020 and for some people who have used Elsphotographysub services.Keywords: elsphotographysub; instagram; services; marketing.

Abstract

This research is titled Bonek communication behavior in building image in the community. Bonek is a football supporter of the Persebaya Surabaya team, supporters are an inseparable part of a football match, people's interest in watching and supporting their respective clubs in the stadium is one a form of loyalty support for the club. In social life Bonek often gets a negative stigma from all forms of behavior, this means Bonek Communication Behavior plays a role in shaping their image in the eyes of the public. This type of research uses qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this study are by interviewing , observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used two channels consisting of data presentation and drawing conclusions.Keywords: behavior, communication, supporters, Bonek, citra.

Abstract

The automotive world in Indonesia is growing and getting more advanced. It can be seen from the many communities in the automotive sector, especially the motorcycle community. Motorcycle communities are increasingly popping up and growing in big cities to remote areas. In Surabaya there are many motorcycle communities, one of which is the Honda CB community. This community consists of Honda CB motorcycle owners in the Surabaya area. In this study, the author discusses the communication strategy of the Honda CB Community in the Surabaya community. Solidarity in this community includes internal solidarity and external solidarity. Internal solidarity includes social relationships that occur among members of the Honda CB community. External solidarity that includes social relations between members of Honda CB and the Honda CB community and the people of Surabaya. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive analysis. Descriptive analysis method was chosen with the aim of describing the phenomena that occur in accordance with the facts as they are. Sources of data in this study obtained from quotes, behavior, written sources, and photos. Data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Interviews based on sampling techniques conducted internally based on subjects who have the most representative information.
