Abstract

ABSTRACT The problem of prostitution is nothing new in Indonesian society, currently online-based prostitution is increasingly rampant. Several incidents during the period of June 2014, recorded the number of cases of prostitution in Bandar Lampung, as many as 84 cases of which happened to children / adolescents. And in 2016 this increased to 156 cases. From the above problems, the authors conducted service in the form of counseling on the prevention of online prostitution practice at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) NU Tanjung Karang, this location was chosen because this educational institution is in the middle of the city of Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this service is to provide knowledge on the importance of preventing online prostitution among adolescents. From the results of the counseling activities carried out, MA NU Tanjung Karang students and students are increasingly aware of the problem of online prostitution that is rife in the city of Bandar Lampung, understand the importance of sex knowledge, the impact of online protection, ways of prevention and know the regulations related to online prostitution and extension participants become aware of the importance of always upholding religious teachings, moral values, customs and complying with applicable legal norms. Abstract

Abstrak Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh tim dosen dan mahasiswa berada di Desa Sumberejo Kecamatan Bangkunat, Kabupaten Pesisir Barat. Selain melakukan kegiatan pengabdian juga menggali potensi yang ada di desa tersebut. Tim pengabdian berbaur dengan masyarakat dan mengikuti peraturan-peraturan yang ada di desa. Masa pandemi seperti sekarang mempersulit semua lini mulai dari kebutuhan sosial maupun kebutuhan ekonomi yang sangat dekat dengan kebutuhan masyarakat, maka perlu pendalaman dan analisis yang cukup tajam terhadap permasalahan ini. Mayoritas masyarakat Desa Sumberejo memenuhi kebutuhan ekonomi dengan bercocok tanam seperti pisang, jagung, pepaya, kelapa, cabai, serta hasil bumi lainnya. Dalam hal ini dibutuhkannya suatu usaha diseminasi aturan, pelatihan soft skill, edukasi dalam mendistribusikan semua hasil cocok tanam sehingga masih tetap pada norma sosial, agama, hukum, dan tidak dirugikan pihak agen maupun pengecer dagangan. Kata Kunci: Pengabdian Masyarakat, Peraturan, dan Hukum Ekonomi Syariah

Abstract

This research is to explain about the role of Dakwah communication strategy in the empowerment of the labor community in Panjang Sub-District, Bandar Lampung in improving the practice of the implementation of sharia. This is descriptive qualitative research, where the data were collected throuh interviews, observation, and documentation. The data were then analyzed qualitatively using inductive thinking approach. The result of this research shows that the communication strategy used by the preacher in Panjang Sub-district was by giving motivation through the message of dawah conveyed to the community, Providing religious guidance, including religious activities such as five-time prayer, memorizing prayers, taking care of the corps and protecting the environment, establishing good relations with the community, either through regular recitation at the ta’lim assembly or taking the advantage of Arisan for savings and loan activities, interacting and seeing firsthand situation and conditions that exist in the community, then cooperate with the government by providing assistance in the form of funds and food. The most inhibiting factor is mad’u, especially in terms of understanding the message (somatic), closed to change (self-image), and motivation, marked by the passiveness communicant in receiving da’wah from the preacher because the preacher can not fully know the limits of somatic knowledge from the community.
