Abstract

Tidak dapat kita pungkiri bahwa Bali merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata yang memiliki popularitas yang tinggi. Para wisatawan tersebut sangat jatuh cinta dengan adat dan budaya yang ada di Bali tetapi tidak sedikit wisatawan yang tidak memahami arti penting tempat suci yang terdapat dalam kawasan daya tarik wisata. Untuk melindungi tempat suci yang banyak tersebar di Bali diperlukan adanya sanksi baik dalam peraturan perundang-undangan maupun berupa awig-awig desa agar dapat menjerat pelaku penistaan terhadap tempat suci di Bali tetapi sayangnya hal tersebut belum diatur secara tegas di dalam peraturan yang ada. Adapun perrmasalahan yang diangkat untuk dianalisa dan dijawab dalam penelitian ini adalah 1.Bagaimanakah Penerapan Sanksi Adat Dalam Penistaan Tempat Suci Menurut Hukum Positif ? 2. Bagaimanakah Penyelesaian Kasus Penistaan Tempat Suci Di Desa Padang Tegal, Kecamatan Ubud, Kabupaten Gianyar ? Metode yang digunakan adalah model penelitian hukum empiris. Produk hukum di Indonesia belum mengatur mengenai penistaan terhadap tempat suci secara nyata, dalam KUHP hanya diatur mengenai penistaan agama dan tidak disinggung mengenai penistaan tempat suci. Dalam kasus penistaan tempat suci di Desa Padang Tegal diselesaikan dengan sanksi adat dan melalui proses mediasi oleh Bendesa adat desa Padang Tegal dengan pelaku. Namun sayangnya sanksi adat ini kurang memberikan efek jera bagi pelaku dan hanya mengembalikan kesucian dari tempat suci itu sendiri.

Abstract

In general, this program is designed by Warmadewa University to make a real contribution to the nation by carrying out various forms of activities that can be carried out in groups or individually. In terms of community service activities, there is a sense of caring from campus elements who know directly to the community. One of the things that caught our attention from the campus element in the field of Law, was to provide socialization and Legal Counseling on Occupational Safety and Health or known as K3. Where in the Manpower Act, the Preamble considers the letters c and d of Law No. 13 of 2003, it is stated that, in the implementation of National Development, the workforce has a very important role and position as actors and development goals. For this reason, labor protection is intended to guarantee the basic rights of workers/laborers and ensure equality, opportunity and treatment without discrimination on any basis to realize the welfare of workers, in this case occupational safety and health, to realize the welfare of workers/laborers and their families with due regard to development of the business world. The formulation of the problems that arise: 1) There is no in-depth understanding of occupational safety and health regulations which are the operational standards of work implementation for workers. 2) Workers feel uncomfortable using personal protective equipment for occupational safety and health. In the end, this program can provide the basis for changes in the implementation of the laws that apply to the Assoka Wijaya workshop company located in Tabanan district so that the safety and health of workers can be guaranteed.

Abstract

Water is one of the most important elements in human life. Water resources are the most valuable gift from God Almighty because they provide benefits in realizing prosperity for the entire community. No one can deny that water is a basic need for all life, whether human, animal or plant, which cannot be replaced by other substances. So it must receive special attention because it involves not only human life but also other creatures, especially if we are talking within the scope of natural resource conservation, which in this case is a National Park. All parties involved in the management of the National Park as a conservation area must have a systematic effort in managing the area which is carried out by planning, protecting, monitoring, controlling, and utilizing which is carried out without destroying the landscape and changing the function of the area. management and utilization of existing water resources in the national park area, especially those used by buffer villages. The results obtained are the problem of using zones that are not in accordance with the established zoning and to overcome this, it is necessary to change the zoning from the core zone to the utilization zone so that the utilization of ground water in the core zone can be utilized as well as possible.

Abstract

Abstrak As one of the driving force of the middle economy, the cooperative has been growing rapidly in Indonesia in recent years. Bali Province is one of the best competition for Cooperative in Indonesia. This can be seen from the award given by the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia to the cooperatives in Bali. The government is also optimistic to continue to develop cooperatives in Bali well and right so that the future can meet the market both domestically and abroad, as well as the KOPWAN Mertasari, Karangasem District. This cooperative arises from the desire to develop a Dharma Wanita group within the Karangasem Regional Government in order to help the economy of the members even the Karangasem community. However, it is inevitable that various barrier factors are formed along with the establishment of this cooperative, one of which is bad credit. The problem of bad debts is the most common problem we encounter in banking institutions and it is very difficult to avoid. Therefore, in the course of a cooperative, it is necessary to prepare a variety of preparations to anticipate the occurrence of bad loans, one of them through a good credit analysis and the establishment of credit agreements with legal force
