Abstract

Work life balance became one of the triggers in job satisfaction. The aim of the research was to determine the effect of work life balance and compensation on employees’ work satisfaction and performance in Lakipadada Regional Public Hospital of Tana Toraja Regency. The research was a causal explanatory relation. The population and sample were all nurses in Lakipadada Regional Public Hospital of Tana Toraja Regency. The sample was selected using non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed using path analysis. The results of the research indicate that (1) word life balance has a positive and significant effect on nurses’ work satisfaction in Lakipadada Regional Public Hospital of Tana Toraja Regency, so the hypothesis is accepted, (2) the result of analysis on the direct effect of compensation on work satisfaction in Lakipadada Regional Public Hospital of Tana Toraja Regency indicates that there is a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance, so the hypothesis is accepted, (3) work life balance positively has a direct effect on employees’ performance in Lakipadada Regional Public Hospital of Tana Toraja Regency, so the hypothesis in this research is accepted, (4) compensation positively and significantly has a direct effect on employees’ performance in Lakipadada Regional Public Hospital of Tana Toraja Regency, so the hypothesis in this research is accepted.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan penggunaan media sosial terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa jurusan manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi UKI Toraja. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 241 responden yaitu mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi UKI Toraja yang telah memprogramkan mata kuliah kewirausahaan. Untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan pendidikan kewirausahaan dan penggunaan media sosial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi UKI Toraja.Kata kunci: Pendidikan kewirausahaan, penggunaan media sosial, minat berwirausaha, UKI toraja.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Koperasi Serba Usaha(KSU) Bintang Muda 88 Makale Kabupaten Tana Toraja. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara pembagian kuesioner dan wawancara. Banyaknya populasi adalah 30 orang pegawai Koperasi Serba Usaha(KSU) Bintang Muda 88 Makale Kabupaten Tana Toraja, dimana semua populasi digunakan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan teknik analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil perhitungan regresi linear sederhana Y = 11,785 + 0,423 X, hal ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada KSU Bintang Muda 88 Makale Tana Toraja. Kata Kunci: Motivasi; Kinerja Pegawai Abstract This study aimed to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at the Multipurpose Cooperative (KSU) Bintang Muda 88 Makale, Tana Toraja Regency. The data collection method used is by distributing questionnaires and interviews. The total population is 30 employees of the Multipurpose Business Cooperative (KSU) Bintang Muda 88 Makale, Tana Toraja Regency, where all populations are used as samples in this study. The analytical method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results of simple linear regression calculations Y = 11.785 + 0.423 X indicate a positive and significant influence between motivation and employee performance at KSU Bintang Muda 88 Makale Tana Toraja. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at UD. Karya Mandiri in Makale Utara, Kabupaten Tana Toraja. The total population is 31 people, all of whom are respondents in this study. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees who work at UD. Karya Mandiri in Makale Utara, Kabupaten Tana Toraja. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression, which is operated through the SPSS 23 program. The results show that work discipline (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at UD. Karya Mandiri in North Makale District, Tana Toraja Regency. While compensation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at UD. Karya Mandiri in North Makale District, Tana Toraja Regency. Simultaneously work discipline and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at UD. Karya Mandiri in Makale Utara, Kabupaten Tana Toraja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of land and building tax revenue (PBB) in Lembang Pemanukan, Gandangbatu Sillanan District, Tana Toraja Regency. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative where the researcher provides an overview of how the level of effectiveness of land and building tax revenue (PBB) in Lembang Pemanukan. The data analysis technique used in this research is effectiveness, namely comparing the realization of PBB revenue with the target of PBB revenue. The results showed that the collection of land and building taxes in Lembang Pemanukan, Gandangbatu Sillanan district, Tana Toraja Regency from 2018-2020 was in the effective or successful category. The effectiveness of land and building tax receipts in Lembang Pemanukan, Gandangbatu Sillanan sub-district in 2018-2020 was caused by several things, including public awareness in paying PBB, socialization of taxes to the public directly, so that the PBB reached the target which was said to be effective because it almost reached the PBB target.

Abstract

Masih rendahnya minat dari pemuda untuk berwirausaha, salah satunya disebabkan karena masalah keterbatasan modal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu upaya dalam mendorong minat berwirausaha bagi kaum muda.Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu untuk mendorong minat berwirausaha bagi kaum muda  Gereja Toraja Jemaat Kandora melalui pengenalan lembaga keuangan leasing.Materi yang diberikan adalah yang menyangkut konsep lembaga keuangan leasing, serta fungsi dan peranannya. Konsep tentang kewirausahaan dan teknik untuk menemukan ide peluang usaha. Hasil dari kegiatan ini, diharapkan kaum muda Gereja Toraja Jemaat Kandora memiliki semangat untuk berwirausaha melalui adanya modal yang dapat digunakan untuk berwirausaha yang disediakan oleh lembaga keuangan leasing ini.

Abstract

Real Work Lecture or abbreviated as KKN is a form of community service activities carried out by students guided by one of the guidance lecturers with a cross-scientific and sectoral approach at certain times and regions. This KKN activity aims to 1) KKN during this pandami period is a form of UKI Toraja's contribution to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 in the community with the aim of implementing KKN to make the role of students as part of the community in helping the social government to socialize and implement health protocols to prevent the spread of Covid-19. 2) as a medium of learning and fostering a sense of student concern for the problems faced by the community and reminding the public to remain active in improving the economy during the pandemic. This KKN activity is based on one core program in agriculture, namely "Utilization of Home Yards for Horticultural Crops as a Creative Entrepreneurial Strategy for Sandabilik Village Communities" and several other additional programs. The method used in this activity is to use a participatory approach that is to carry out community education and training with academics (Lecturers, students and government) acting as facilitators to be able to learn from each other, share their knowledge and experience. The location of the activity is Sandabili Village of South Makale Subdistrict.  The number of students involved in this activity consists of 14 students from different study programs. While the partners of this activity are the mothers of the chairmen of the guesthouse and the village apparatus. The implementation of this activity consists of several programs, namely the core program of agriculture, namely "Utilization of Home Yards for Horticultural Plants as a Creative Entrepreneurial Strategy for the Sandabilik Village Community" and several other additional programs as follows: a) Spraying Disinfectants in people's homes, b) Assisting the Covid Task Force in the enforcement operation of Covid-19 and PPKM health protocols, c) Distribution of assistance for residents who are self-isolated (isoman),   d) Assisting the village in collecting people who have not been vaccinated and taking part in the implementation of vaccinations, e) Spirituality services, f) Learning assistance, h) The creation of pilot cages, i) Sports activities in pandemic times

Abstract

The aim of this study is to identify and deepen the Ma'kombongan culture in the Toraja community as a collaborative learning model. In addition, the appointment of Ma'kombongan will preserve Torajan cultural values ​​in modern times. This study uses a qualitative research approach with data collection techniques through literature reviews and interviews with experts, traditional elders, and businesses of the Torajan community. The data was collected and the data coded. The research was conducted in three phases, the first phase was to collect studies in the form of books and to identify community leaders who were knowledgeable on the subject. The second stage is to conduct a literature review and interviews with community leaders. The third stage is to analyze the collected data to formulate a clear argument regarding the identification of Ma'kombongan as a learning model for group investigations. Abstract

Human resources are resources that are no less important in a company. As movers, human resources must have standards. The success or failure of a company in achieving its goals depends on the success of its human resources in carrying out their duties. The success of employees in carrying out their duties is supported by their performance. To achieve the expected goals, an employee must perform well. Performance is the result of the work produced by an employee. Therefore, the organization always strives to create employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership on the performance of PT. Malea Energy. This is an example of quantitative research. This study's population consists of 30 PT. Malea Energy employees. The determination of the sample is based on saturated samples, namely, all populations are used as samples, so the number of samples in this study is 30 employees. The data analysis technique is simple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results of the study found that leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Malea.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan Koperasi Credit Union Sauan Sibarrung. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan data primer berupa kuisioner yang disebar pada karyawan yang bekerja di Koperasi CU Sauan Sibarrung dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 reponden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Koperasi CU Sauan Sibarrung dengan nilai gaya kepemimpinan sebesar 83,86 % dan kinerja karyawan sebesar 81,51 %. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana dan diperoleh persamaan yaitu Y = 36,857 + 0,587X. Dengan koefisien determinasi (R kuadrat) sebesar 0,662 yang mengandung arti bahwa pengaruh variabel gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 66,20 %, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kinerja Karwawan Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on the performance of the Sauan Sibarrung Credit Union Cooperative employees. The data collection technique used in this study is to use primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to employees who work in the Sauan Sibarrung CU Cooperative with a total sample of 60 respondents. The results showed that leadership style had a positive and significant influence on employee performance in the Cooperative CU Sauan Sibarrung with a leadership style value of 83.86% and employee performance of 81.51%. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression and the equation is Y = 36,857 + 0,587X. With a coefficient of determination (R squared) of 0.662 which means that the influence of the leadership style variable on employee performance is 66.20%, while the rest is influenced by other variables. Keywords: Leadership Style, Employee Performance
