Abstract

Irigasi merupakan teknik dalam mengatur air yang sangat menentukan dalam keberha-silan mengairi persawahan untuk  pertanian sehingga perlu penataan yang baik untuk menunjang bidang pertanian. Salah satu daerah irigasi yang difungsikan adalah Daerah Irigasi Riam Kanan dengan daerah potensialnya 25.800 Ha, terletak di Kabupaten Banjar. Irigasi Riam Kanan merupakan proyek penunjang pengembangan bidang pertani-an dan pengairan di Propinsi Kalimantan Selatan, yang diharapkan dengan adanya sis-tim pengaturan air yang baik dapat memberikan pemanfaatan air dapat lebih hemat dan mudah sehingga hasil pertanian dapat meningkat.Jaringan irigasi yang di dalamnya termasuk bangunan-bangunan pelengkap utama, yaitu bangunan bagi dan bangunan sadap pada Daerah Irigasi Riam Kanan khususnya Salur-an Sekunder Wilayah Ulin 4 (B.UL 4) sampai dengan Penggalaman 4 (B.PL. 4) sebagai sampel penelitian yang menjadi sumber identifikasi, dihasilkan rata-rata bangunan masih dalam kondisi baik, namun ada sebagian pintu seperti berkarat, banyaknya tanaman yang tumbuh di sekitar pintu, pudarnya cat pada bangunan, dan sebagainya, yang bisa mengakibatkan sulitnya pengoperasian dan mengganggu kelancaran jalannya air.Untuk itu perlu pemeliharaan secara rutin dan ditingkatkan disertai dengan sosialisasi ter-hadap para petani agar dapat berpartisipasi dalam memelihara bangunan tersebut.

Abstract

Refill of electronic phone credit is a method to do an electronic phone credit transaction to a hand phone number through electronic. The refill of phone credit through an electronic can be done by sending short messages using short message service (SMS) technology. The message will be sent with the format determined by the phone credit server. Every phone credit server has a different format or operator code. The seller (user) has to memorize specific codes so that it is apt to making errorssuch as in inputting the operator code or the amount of phone credit inputted is not correct. The application design used the development of software waterfall and Blackbox testing as the testing method. The phases done at the waterfall method are analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. This application has several advantages such as platform used was based on android. Another advantage was the integration of other facilities in this application. Besides as an application of phone credit application, there was useful information like phone credit information, phone credit transaction information and also daily or weekly phone credit information can be obtained easily. Users can select the available content menu in the application such as phone credit menu, balance ticket or change the pin without having to type the manual format such as having to memorize the code of each operator, so the level of errors in this case human error can also be minimized.Keywords:Phone Credit Transaction, Android, Waterfall.

Abstract

Promotion to SMA/SMK/MA to interest and attract prospective students continue studying in Stikom Surabaya is the task of the sections Public Relation and Marketing (PRM).  In conducting promotional activities needed for these promotional purposes so that the cost can be achieved. However, the total cost of the promotion has been issued every year increase, while the number of new student admissions data in Stikom Surabaya has decreased each year. The cost of the promotion is divided into seven groups of costs relevant to the interest of prospective new students. Therefore there is a need for research of the promotion costs which are the seventh most influential significantly to new student interest.This is done as a consideration of decision-making so that promotional costs can be optimized in the coming year. The evaluation is done by doing a cost analysis and new student interest. The analysis method using multiple linear regression.

Abstract

This research is to design the application of student data processing as supporting in decision making and daily operational requirement, and also to compare the level of effectiveness and efficiency in data processing and presentation of information between current system and proposed application. Research done in matters this is a qualitative descriptive research by conducting a survey of the object of research that is at Primary School Negeri 1 Jaya Sakti Lampung Central using data collection techniques that is Observation (observation), Interview (interview), and Research Library. System created is a database system using Microsoft Visual Basic as its programming language. System testing is performed to test the level of effectiveness and efficiency of the system including the level of accuracy of data, presentation of information and data validation of the proposed application. So that the data processing and presentation of reports in accordance with the expected. The results showed that by using the computerized system in data processing and data collection Student Value is more effective and efficient than the previous system.

Abstract

Word-of-mouth (WOM) gives the consumer perceptions to engage in retail online shopping can include both utilitarian and hedonic shopping dimensions. To cater to these consumers, online retailers can create  a  cognitively  and  esthetically  rich  shopping  environment,  through  sophisticated  levels  of communication, as the personal influence, online community, and also by sharing they experienceSince the effect of word of mouth communications on marketing and has proven to stimulate online consumer's perceptions, 374 person of House of Taaj Facebookers in all over Indonesia, in which 280 female (75%) and 94 male (25%) has expressed their perceptions toward online purchase intention, and word of mouth. This research presumes that word of mouth from another online consumers, share information and features can influence online shopping intention and entice them to modify or even transform  their  original  shopping  predispositions  by  providing  them  with  attractive  and  enhanced interactive features and controls of buying. To achieve the research objectives and the test hypotheses, factor analysis, and linear regression are used to analyze the significant level of each variable indicator of this study. The result of the test may conclude that the Facebookers perceived more intention to search information by online, caused of the effectiveness of time using online community to search information  and review  the  other  experience.  A more  positive  online  shopping  experience  led  to consumers' positive perceptions for online purchase intention. Thus, this  study may  conclude that indicator variable of perception that really influence the Facebookers online purchase intentions are their perception towards the effectiveness of time that they can be used to evaluate, and find information by online, and the best indicator is their online community that can deliver and influence Facebookers online purchase intention.Keywords: Word Of Mouth, Perception, Purchase Intention, Online Purchase Intention
